Caster Semenya is a South African middle-distance runner who won the 800 m at the 2008 Commonwealth Youth Games. She won gold in the 800 m at the 2009 World Championships in Athletics in the final setting a new world record. Just right after the race, the rumours sprang that she is not a girl but a guy.
