Here is the original story pitch:

 

A person walks in the bar in hospital clothes carrying a sense of awe, relief and surprise. The options:

• He/she is having a "near death" experience while undergoing a surgery, and reaches Bar Karma.

• In the case of the above, there is some Karmic connection between this person and the surgeon or nurses participating in the surgery in past lives.

• He/she is having a "lucid dream" while in the hospital bed; or

• He/she is actually (already) dead, and reaches Bar Karma as a disembodied "soul."
