The hacker used to work for Doug's Internet company. The hacker was pissed that Doug started dating a girl that the hacker had a crush on. The hacker had true love and emotions for this girl and Doug just saw her as another sexual exploit. The hacker started acting out at Doug's company and was actually caught on a surveillance camera slashing Doug's BMW's tires.
