Elizabeth is the woman with MPD. One of her personalities is her twin sister, Theresa. Theresa has been kidnapped by another personality.
David, the kidnapping personality, is holding Theresa because she was about to reveal a secret to Liz. The secret will completely change Liz's life if it's revealed.
If Liz knows what happened in her past, she will no longer need her other personalities, which have always helped protect her. The BK crew must discover the secret to resolve her problems. -

The woman carries the same tattoo as Dayna. The tattoo changes slightly with each personality. This is how the BK staff (and audience) catches on as quickly as they do that they are dealing with more than one personality.

One of the womans personalities does something to another person, that sets in motion a chain of events that eventually comes back to bite the original womens other personality, for instance,
one personailty robs a bank, and the police have her picture and they track her down, and arrest her but the other personality is the one who has to deal with the consequences. -
She is reliving multiple past lives due to some character flaw.

It turns out it is the woman's crazy extroverted personality that needs help, for this is the personality type that gets her into trouble and keeps men at a distance. Estelle has no idea she has MPD. One of the personalities is having an affair with Estelle's boss, and demanding he leave his wife. This is causing Estelle trouble at work, but she has no idea why her boss is being so weird to her.
While her other personality is becoming more and more stalker-crazy, even beginning to threaten the boss' family.
The BK team must get Estelle to confront the other personality in order to get her to disappear. -
How about one of personality's is a child, and she wonders if she can get into the movie at a child's price! Kind of a joke, you can can use it if you want.

Why not go all "Inception" on multiple personality disorders?
Woman has additional identities but then one of those identities has a multiple personality disorder as well.
Kind of like the decision tree that Bar Karma is all about (make one decision and then branches from that one)
Woman has 3 personalities (1-1, 1-2, & 1-3) relating to original person but then personality 1-3 has two personalities relating to personality 1-3 (1-3-1 & 1-3-2).
Side note. Fantastic that Jonathan Frakes and Genie Francis are involved with Bar Karma. Love their work. -
I think the Bar Karma team should investigate the multiple personalities, and through further probing they unravel clues that appear to align with a typical multiple personality disorder mystery. For example, each personality has a connection, and James, Dayna, and Doug believe that they are dealing with a single fractured personality.

Or the woman is just FAKING IT. The whole time she's been coning people with this multiple personality bullshit. Now karma has come back for revenge when she develops a REAL multiple personality that she cannot get rid of.

Her problem is that one personality comes out at day and one comes out at night. Her day one is a jerk and is really rich but her night one is about to massacre a bunch of high-school students at the school prom. If she changes her ways, her night person will not kill the students. But she will also lose most or all of her riches
