hmm. maybe in a tie in with the MPD this woman is searching for her twin who is making her life miserable, getting her in trouble at work, cheating etc, because she (the bad twin) feels the other has had all the breaks leaving her with all the misfortune.. works out that there is no twin in skin, but a split personality
