The woman's sister is having an affair with a coworker. The sister suspected something because of her bond with her sister (she could feel the excitement the sister felt whenever the person was in the room).
The woman really likes (as a brother) her sister's husband and doesn't want to see him hurt. She wants to tell him but knows it probably is not a wise thing to do.
It would be even more apparent that twins have a psychic bond because the woman knows that the affair is with a female coworker.
The woman wants to know how to get her sister back on track and stop the affair.
