We shoot the show “Bar Karma” at a bar in Brooklyn, which has kindly allowed us to place lots of decorations on the walls, especially paintings and framed pictures – there’s even one of executive producer/co-creator Will Wright! But who else should be immortalized on our wall of fame? Should any of the characters on the show get a portrait? Or anyone who’s popped by the bar to grab a drink, even if visiting from a different timeline? Let’s hear some nominations!

How about a picture with the bartender and two people who weren't alive at the same time.

Or a picture of two different generations icons (maybe parent and child) but show both of them at the same age posing for a picture like Judy Garland and Liza Minelli or something. Maybe Alexander Graham Bell with an iPhone.

I single picture, tucked away and nice and hidden that changes every episode. Could possibly foreshadow future characters to come, or certain events that may happen, or really anything creative that the elite of the fans can look to and gossip about. The easter eggs are really fun and go over pretty well. You want your show to be for a certain audience, and I think that audience is definitely the more witty of people who can appreciate such "inside information" or what-have-you.

Ok, here's an original idea I just thought of...

A lot of cool bars have various street signs, construction signs, etc. hanging on their walls in addition to picture frames..so...

how about a "street sign" type thingy on the wall that says "YOU ARE HERE with an "arrow" underneath it - except the "arrow" isn't just pointing in one direction,... more

There should be an image of two people sharing a drink who would otherwise be an odd combination. Either it can be two people from different time frames (Abe Lincoln has a drink with Martin Luther King Jr.), or two people from the same timeline but different walks of life. So say Albert Einstein having drinks with some jazz players.

Character's backstories should be fleshed through portraits i.e. close up of a portrait then enter that scene at that moment to learn something we didn't know about that character. That kind of fleshing out of the characters is what made Lost so great. Even if you don't take my idea, I definitely think that the portraits should be a prominent part of Bar Karma. I think each character should have a... more

I think it would be cool to have some ancient world maps framed on the wall.

    Here are some examples:

One of my favorites is the ancient Chinese "Zheng He voyages map:

One picture, prominently placed, should change every week and feature a community member in an ancient historic location.

I was thinking perhaps not one big piece but the use of random snapshots that they could have taken, but they'd be with famous historical people. Like Dayna playing chess with Ben Franklin or a late night game of bocce ball between Nephrotiti and Calamity Jane. It could be a more subtle nod to the influence the bar has had through out time.

1.) Pictures of major historic events with one or two people wearing clothing not of that time period.

2.) Pictures of the immortal bartender in various historic costumes.

3.) Autographed photos of historic figures.

4.) Pictures with "observers" in them- the Men in Black (not the comedy movie, but the actual legend). People in black suits and black fedoras, bald with pale white skin. They are in the show "Fringe" now.

keep the walls bare, and after each episode the next will have a picture of the main character form the previous episode on the wall.kind of like a catching souls in a picture type of thing, only real subtle.not just portraits, but what appear to be random pictures on first glance, but are previous characters.
like what appears to be a bonnie and clyde picture, is actualy a picture of the businessman with his wife from the businessman scandal episode, after it airs.or a picture that serves as a synopsis of that episode.adorning the wall as if bar karma is alive and has memories, altered by the experience with the pictures standing as testament.

A picture of H.G. Wells with Mark Twain (if it doesn't exist, make it ^^).

Reasoning being that those two have written really nice novels about time travel, which I think fit the idea of the Bar.

A few months ago a charlie chaplin video got posted where it seemed that someone was walking around talking on a cell phone. Not sure if anyone mentioned it, but I think it'd be funny to see a still photo of that. Article's here: http://www.universetoday.com/76821/time-traveler-caught-on-film/

The one and only Chuck Norris... he so damn awesome that I would watch the show purely based on the fact of him being in a picture frame.

BUT WATCH OUT Everyone better support this to otherwise Chuck Norris is going to round house kick your ass so hard that not even a time and space travelling bar will be able to rescue your ass.
