Episode 002 is in the can! Who knew Bill Cosby was going to be coming out with a Hip Hop Album? We Did, well we found out and we’re telling you, so now YOU DO! Seriously, slide on over to THE COS’s web presence, and seriously, tell him we LOVE him, especially Leonard Part 6(really imdb? 2 stars? come on, this is THE COS!), Ghost Dad(seriously imdb? 4 stars? Ghost Dad isn’t even as good as Leonard Part 6!), but the bestMother, Jugs, and SpeedI’m guessing if we all go to imdb and rate Mother, Jugs, and Speed a 10, not only could we raise it’s ranking from a 5.6 to a 6.0, but we might even be able to get it released on Blue Ray. I’m wondering if Mother would pull the ambulance around for these poor girls who clearly need to learn there’s a time and a place for girls to go wild, and it’s probably spring break…I guess…if ever.

A Japanese team from Tokai University has taken the top spot at the World Solar Challenge, which was held at the end of last week in Australia. The team beat out the Delft University team which won four consecutive previous Challenges, and this year took second place, with the third seat going to the University of Michigan. The race course travels from southern to northern Australia over 3,000 km (about 1864 miles), and the winning team's car, Tokai Challenger, completed the race in just under 30 hours, averaging 62 miles per hour. Other notable participants included the MIT-built Eleanor.

(CNN) -- Americans Elinor Ostrom and Oliver Williamson won the Nobel Prize for economics for work on how community institutions can prevent conflict, the Nobel Committee announced Monday.
Ostrom becomes the first woman to win the prize in its 40-year history.
The award was a "great surprise... I'm still a little bit in shock," she said by phone at the news conference announcing the prize.
Ostrom, a professor of political science at Indiana University, was praised "for her analysis of economic governance, especially the commons."
Ostrom's work shows that local communities often manage common resources -- such as woods, lakes and fish stocks -- better on their own than when outside authorities impose rules, the committee said "Bureaucrats sometimes do not have the correct information, while citizens and users of resources do," she said to explain the significance of her work.
The committee highlighted her research on a dam in Nepal as an example, saying her research has moved analysis of nonmarket institutions "from the fringe of economic analysis to the very center."

Earlier this week, 1.5 million people filled the streets of Berlin, Germany to watch a several-day performance by France's Royal de Luxe street theatre company titled "The Berlin Reunion". Part of the celebrations of the 20th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall, the Reunion show featured two massive marionettes, the Big Giant, a deep-sea diver, and his niece, the Little Giantess. The storyline of the performance has the two separated by a wall, thrown up by "land and sea monsters". The Big Giant has just returned from a long and difficult - but successful - expedition to destroy the wall, and now the two are walking the streets of Berlin, seeking each other after many years apart. I'll let the photos below tell the rest of the story.
