5:24 a.m. update - The earthquake was felt in the U.S virgin island sorrounding Puerto Rico. The explosion can be seen from most of the metropolitan area in Puerto Rico. The after shock was registered as a 2.8 quake. No casualties have been registered.
CURRENTLY there are NO planes easing the fire or containing it. Firefighters are trying their best to avoid the explosion of the other 7 tanks . We don't know if the government has the facilities to deal with this event. The governor is going to speak at 6 am.
