A stint in prison usually has one of two effects on a man – it either breaks him down or makes him stronger. For Driver (Dwayne Johnson), a 10-year sentence proved the latter. His strength was not just fueled by time, but also by a hunger to avenge the murder of his brother during the botched bank robbery that led to his own imprisonment.

Okay, this looks awesome, right? A bunch hilarious people running killing their way through idiotic action movie tropes can't be bad. But I have two concerns. One, that film will make the same mistake Smokin' Aces did by focusing on the comedy to the point where the action suffers and two, that Richard Kelly is executive producing it. He didn't direct or write the film but just the idea that he's involved makes my awful movie senses tingle.Okay, this looks awesome, right? A bunch hilarious people running killing their way... more

Let the Right One In is such a perfect horror film, when I heard an American remake was planned I couldn't help but groan but this looks good. Chloe Moretz was an odd choice for the Americanized Eli but she did great work in Kick-Ass and (500) Days of Summer so I imagine she'll be up to snuff. Plus it will be interesting to see what Matt Reeves (Cloverfield) does with the source material.Let the Right One In is such a perfect horror film, when I heard an American remake... more

So there’s a lot of speculation about what Ryan Reynolds will be like in Green Lantern. And while it likely won’t give you much of an idea, you can have some fun seeing him as a much goofier superhero in the trailer for Paper Man. Here, Reynolds isn’t even real; he’s the imaginary creation of a failed novelist (Jeff Daniels) who strikes up a friendship with a 17-year old girl, played by Emma Stone.
