There is a very organized and structured system among us to coordinate the release of a weaponized flu with the goal of killing people at unprecedented rates. The pneumonic plague now being witnessed
in the Ukraine may be just the beginning of this global effort.
SARS, Avian Flu, and Swine flu appear to have been just trials for deadlier killers such as the current pneumonic plague which is likely another weaponized strain similar to H1N1. Perhaps the pneumonic plague itself is another trial for something more lethal.
There are many questions that have yet to be addressed. How did this virus spread so quickly? Why are the actual numbers not being reported? What has changed in the H1N1 virus to cause this plague or is it a completely new virus? Who is benefiting from the hype or reality of the situation?
The statistics being reported by the Ukrainian government are very misleading. The reported cases have doubled in two days. According to the latest updates, there are 478,456 Influenza/ARI cases, 24,003 have been hospitalized, 60 on ventilators and 81 deaths, although the actual figures may be exponentially higher.
With the so-called Mexican Swine Flu, we saw the gross ineffectiveness of national governments and the World Health Organization in preventing the spread of A/H1N1, which is a mild virus. This new lab produced virus is a certainly a killer and we can likely expect it to spread throughout the world in the next few weeks or months. The mainstream media seems to be collectively timing the release of this information for some opportune moment.
The World Health Organization (WHO) recently confirmed that the A/H1N1 virus showed no signs of mutating, or becoming more virulent. Which leaves little alternative but to conclude that the virus is either a random mutation, proving the WHO wrong, or that it has been a newly released bio-weapon possibly courtesy of Baxter International. This link below is the real link, the one on the top leads back to current. Ah, the best laid plans ... Despite David Cameron saying his new plans re: Europe would not result in a "bust-up" between the Conservatives and Euro allies, the Tory leader has been publicly slammed by French Euro minister Pierre Lellouche.
Lellouche one of the more pro-Anglo bods in Sarkozy's cabinet has called Cameron's new European policies "pathetic" and has suggested they'll amount to the UK being amputated from the European body politic.
Cameron *had* promised that should the Tories get elected, we'd vote on whether Britain signs up to the Lisbon Treaty or not, but has had to back track now that the Treaty is due to become law regardless. Laying out his slightly altered Conservative vision, Cameron now says his government would fight for various powers to be returned to Britain, inflaming Pierre's rage.
In a Guardian interview, Lellouche gave an insight into how meetings between himself and the Tories have gone in the past. He says; "They have one line and they just repeat one line. It is a very bizarre sense of autism." I love the idea of William Hague, complete with sad baseball cap, just repeating the phrase: "Europe bad. Pound good."
Should Dave give up on the steamroller that is our future in Europe? Or is he right to continue to defend the UK's sovereignty?
The principle that in public schools should not be exposed religious symbols is a fundamental norm of almost all modern states. Exceptions are only Italy and other countries where the Vatican has always exercised great influence, such as Spain, where the same issue has caused controversy between the church and the secular government of Zapatero. David Cameron's political rivals are having a field day after the Tory leader admitted his party is doing a U-turn over the Lisbon Treaty.
Cameron's admitted it's no longer possible for the Conservatives to hold a referendum on the treaty, after Czech president Vaclav Klaus was the last European leader of the 27 EU states to complete the ratification. In 2007, Cameron gave the public a "cast-iron guarantee" that they'd be given a vote on the treaty.
Labour have leapt on the about turn. Foreign Secretary David Milliband accused the opposition leader's position of Europe of being "is false and dangerous," while Mandelson joked that "Cameron's cast-iron guarantee has become very rusty indeed."
Some papers are taking the news better than others. The Guardian goes with the headline "Tory Leader soothes right with pledge to battle EU", the Telegraph goes with the slightly grumpier "Power drains away to EU as treaty gets go-ahead" while the apocalypse have arrived for the normally restrained Express (ahem) who proclaim "Britain: The End" on their front page.
A giant step has been made in what will be the world’s largest renewable energy project. While previously just a grand vision for the production of clean energy in the Saharan desert, the project now has a core group of backers and a signed agreement between 12 companies wanting to move forward with the $555 billion renewable energy belt. The 12 collaborators signed articles of association last week for the DESERTEC Industrial Initiative (DII), which will work to bring more companies and groups on board as well as focus on regulations and conditions to get the project successfully completed and generating pure power from the sun.

In a historical moment in which all the world governments are aware of the very serious danger of global warming and many countries including the United States and China begin massive investment into renewable energies, Italy seems one of the less eco-friendly countries in the world. Despite environmentalism has entered politics for over twenty years, in practice our nation has done little and now that would be time to act, is doing nothing. http://inaltreparole.net/en/nature/ecologyitaly311009.htmlIn a historical moment in which all the world governments are aware of the very... more

Standing at Khrushchev's grave, one need only look around the graveyard, in the shadow of the dark salmon cupolas of the 16th-century Novodevichy Convent, to unearth an intriguing, tortured history. There's the grave of Nadezhda Alliluyeva, found dead in an apparent suicide after a spat with her husband, Stalin; there's the tomb of Nikolai Gogol, whose remains arrived at the cemetery from Danilov Monastery, which the secret police converted to a detention center in the 1930s; and there's the grave of Anton Chekhov, whose tubercular body was reportedly transported back to Moscow from Western Europe in 1904 in a railcar reserved for fresh oysters. The Russian cemetery, like its grand European counterparts, is a tapestry of cultural history that brings to bear the idiosyncrasies and paradoxes of individual personalities. But it also illustrates, in shades of stone grey, a vexed social topography of the past.
Across Europe, historically minded tourists are increasingly appreciating the allure of grand cemeteries like Novodevichy. Vienna's Zentralfriedhof, with over three million graves, including those of the twice-exhumed Ludwig van Beethoven and musical modernist Arnold Schönberg, has seen an increase in visitors recently. So has Venice's Isola di San Michele, the crowded, cypress-speckled funerary Isle of the Dead, a former prison island that was transformed into a cemetery at the behest of Napoleon and now houses the graves of Ezra Pound and Sergei Diaghilev. It is easy to understand the appeal. As Mark Twain noted after seeing the eerily expressive funerary sculptures of Genoa's Staglieno Cemetery, "To us these far-reaching ranks of bewitching forms are a hundredfold more lovely than the damaged and dingy statuary they have saved from the wreck of ancient art and set up in the galleries of Paris for the worship of the world." Compared to dingy museums, Europe's landscapes of the dead are infinitely more alive.

One of the big news stories in Denmark in recent weeks has centered on a small Copenhagen neighborhood called Tingbjerg. Over the years it has been turning gradually into a Muslim enclave in which non-Muslims have been increasingly subjected to harassment and criminality. Among these victims has been the openly gay pastor of Tingbjerg Church, who earlier this month, after several years of being persecuted by local Muslim youths, quit his post and fled the neighborhood, thereby making headlines around the country and sparking widespread discussion and debate about a very widespread phenomenon - namely, the ongoing Islamization of urban areas across Western Europe.
Few people outside of Denmark have heard of Tingbjerg. It’s a residential neighborhood in northwestern Copenhagen. About 6500 people live there, down from about 10,000 in the 1970s. Today the great majority of those residents are Muslims. As the neighborhood has become increasingly Muslim, it’s also been increasingly plagued by gang violence, burglaries, car-burnings, vandalism, and other offenses. Over the years, the members of Tingbjerg’s non-Muslim minority have come to feel increasingly vulnerable and ill at ease in their community. Many have moved out..........
The truth about life in Tingbjerg was vividly underscored on October 14, when two journalists for Denmark’s TV2 drove to Tingbjerg Church to get some footage of it for a report on the Vogel story. While they were filming outside the church, two young Muslim men rode up to them on motorbikes. The second of the three videos posted here shows what happened next. In an aggressive, threatening voice, one of the youths ordered the TV2 team to “erase those fucking pictures now, ’cause you’ve taken pictures of us,” then added, apropos of the Vogel story: “It’s lies. I’ve read in BT. It’s not worth shit….It’s propaganda.” The boys then drove over to the TV2 team’s van and proceeded to smash its windows. (The results of their efforts can be seen on the first of the three posted videos on the same page.)
Two days later the TV2 website ran a letter from a resident of Tingbjerg who had been living in the neighborhood since August. “It took about a week,” the man wrote, “before I saw with my own eyes that there is something totally wrong, socially speaking, here in Tingbjerg.” On August 23, he saw a group of 20 kids aged between 11 and 20, some of them in masks, pulling a wagon filled with stones.
They disappeared behind some buildings, and a minute later black smoke appeared from the area. The young people appeared again, and went down to a place between the buildings I live in. While I watched, I saw them also set fire to a dumpster from the building I live in. Some of us went outside to try to put out the fire....Fire trucks and police cars drove by at least 2-3 times without stopping to help. They didn’t stop until a paddy wagon came, with officers dressed for combat. Later we found out that they hadn’t stopped the first time around because stones were being thrown at them....
Needless to say, Tingbjerg is not unique. Western Europe is full of neighborhoods that are at various stages of the process that Tingbjerg is now going through – a process that may be fairly described as a gradual shift of power whereby these areas end up being Muslim-controlled enclaves that are no-go zones for non-Muslims (even those, like Vogel, who are there to serve the community). As time goes by, more and more European neighborhoods are slipping quietly into the first stage of this process – and are eventually reaching the point at which, yes, even cops and firefighters don’t dare show up unless they’re accompanied by a sizable contingent of armed and armored backup. One of the big news stories in Denmark in recent weeks has centered on a small... more

Archaeologists in Germany have made a number of sensational finds along a railway line under construction in eastern Germany -- Bronze Age treasures, burial sites and evidence of settlements dating back more than 7,000 years.
Archaeologists in the state of Saxony-Anhalt have uncovered 4,000-year-old skeletons and Bronze Age treasures in excavations along a railway line being built in eastern Germany.
Copper and amber jewellery and hundreds of dog's teeth with holes bored in them as well as small shell discs worn as decoration for clothing have been found in the remains of settlements and graves from various epochs along the planned high-speed railway line from the cities of Erfurt to Leipzig, the Saxony Anhalt Office for Monument Protection and Archaeology said in a statement.
