Beat me out at the ball game, Tase me out with the crowd;

Pittsburgh Police Chief Nate Harper released a statement on Monday, concerning a video that shows a fan being beaten by an officer at a Pirates game.
The video, which was posted on YouTube, apparently shows 41-year-old Scott Ashley confronting police after he was asked to leave Saturday night's game against the Colorado Rockies.

The video, shot by a fan at Saturday's game, has been posted on YouTube.
In his statement, Harper did not address specifics of the case, rather explained Pittsburgh police policy.
"The Bureau of Police recognizes that police officers, in the performance of their duties, will encounter situations where is necessary to use force in order to effect an arrest or otherwise protect the public welfare or as a means of protecting themselves. Officers shall only use a level of force that the officers might reasonably believe is necessary. Each Use of Force is documented and reviewed by each officer’s supervisor and members in their Chain of Command," the statement said.
"The actions of the subject in this incident which necessitated the Use of Force and the reasons why the officers used force are documented and reviewed. The City of Pittsburgh expressly forbids any Use of Force that is excessive. As a matter of policy this incident and all incidents where force is utilized are reviewed.
"The PBP recognizes the importance of video evidence when reviewing any interactions between the police and the public. This is demonstrated by the installation of video cameras in our patrol vehicles," Harper said in the statement.
In the video, police can be seen asking Ashley to leave the game. Ashley refuses, prompting the crowd to chant "USA," in a reference to the jacket Ashley was wearing.
According to the criminal complaint, police said Ashley was being unruly, used foul language and refused to leave the park.
Police said at one point, Ashley asked one of the officers to move so he could watch the game.
According to the police report, as police were escorting Ashley out of the park, a fan gave him a high-five. Shortly after that moment is when police said Ashley threatened and then slapped a PNC park employee, an action that can be seen on the video.
The video then shows police using a Taser and batons to get Ashley under control.

The Latest: Fan Still In Jail
"Not only could I see the action that transpired in the bleacher general admission area, where everything transpired, but also I got to see everything from the fan being tasered and beaten to the 'USA, USA' chants," said witness Zachary Weiss.
Pirates management released a statement saying they received several complaints about Ashley and asked him to leave and that when he refused and threatened the staff, it became a police matter.
Ashely is facing several charges including resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. As of Monday morning, he remained in the Allegheny County Jail.

Strobe Light Epic Night

i (black) spent the night over my friend ginas (mexican) house and at 2:00 in the morning we decided to sneek out and egg houses and toliet paper trees the only problem was sneaking out since her stepdad (black)is still up so the only way out was the roof lol so i turned on the strobe light to make it look like we were partying and me and her got on the roof from her window and i jumped and landed on my back i felt parilized for a second then she said get up your a strong girl lol and i did then she jumped and i barley caught her so we make out way through the neighborhood and we meet up with her boyfriend milton and 2 other guys from school ricky and carlos so we egged houses and toilet papered then we threw the last egg and it set off a alarm and we hauled ass running and since gina was so short i had to hop the fence with her on my back and we rolled into the highway then carlos and ricky went home and me milton and gina decided we needed a drink so we went cooler hopping and we got out hands on shutter house white zinfandel which is whine and fml it was corked so i took the bottle hit it on the end of the sidewalk and yay it opened and drank they drunk like mexicans and i drunk like a true black person lol then we got so drunk i had the idea to go swimming there was a local pool nearby it is now 5 in the morning and we hopped the fence and broke into the preppy neighborhoods pool we jumped in and swam dizzy and all then miltons mom was calling and we hurried out the pool and it took 10 minutes to get out of the pool area because we were wet! and didnt have towels and the bars around the pool were metal! so finally we got over the fence and we got lost due to being now tipsy and its now 5:30 ish and we finally see our house so we were still wet and had trouble getting on the roof then finally i push gina up on the side of the house and she makes it on the roof she climbs back in the house and opens the window for me to climb in and we make it at 6:02 in the morning and her stepdad was still up lol then we fell asleep on the floor waking up at 3:30 in the afternoon:) ahhhhhh the shi we do and the stroblight was still on aint we badass;)i (black) spent the night over my friend ginas (mexican) house and at 2:00 in the... more
