When you begin typing a search query into Google, a list of the most common searches starting with your query is displayed. Well, it appears that in France, two companies are suing because they "were upset that when people started searching on their company names, the first suggestion was their company name followed by the word 'arnaque,' which means 'scam.'"
Google is not actually saying that these two companies are "scams." Simply, it is reporting an observation that a lot of people searching on Google are looking up information about them being scams.

The former homicide detective turned advisor for CSI: Miami, Michael Scott, is being sued along with his neighbor for $1m by his ex Rebecca Accarino, for emotional destress and false imprisonment.
Accarino claims that she Scott was threatening towards her, the neighbor rang 911 saying that there was a robbery, armed, in possession of drugs and stole a car. the lawsuit was filed in a Los Angeles County Supreme Court.

A Kylie Minogue fan, Stanislav Pazaratskas, is suing a Russian promoter for $5,000 for what was discribed as a "failed concert" in the St. Petersburg leg of Kylie's tour last year where the key elements were missing, which includes the large skull which critics believe to be the symbol of cancer that she'd beaten.
