What a mess. The Board of Regents of Eastern Michigan University voted unanimously to fire the school's president, John Fallon, only 2 years into his 5 year contract. Why? Because in December, university officials told the press and the family of Laura Dickinson, a 22 year old found dead in her dorm, that she had died of asphyxiation, but that there was no sign of foul play. However, 2 months later, another student was arrested and charged with murder, and it comes out that Laura was raped and killed.What a mess.
