Rape ,Murder & Kidnap In The Bible
Rape is one of the most heinous crimes imaginable. Yet few people know that the Bible often condones and even approves of rape. How anyone can get their moral guidance from a book that allows rape escapes me. Perhaps they have been lied to about the Bible and carefully detoured around all the nasty stuff in the Bible.
So grab your Bibles and follow along as I show you all the nasty rapes that your priests and preachers don't want to tell you about. Note that in many places in the Bible there are references to "taking a wife". Don't be fooled into thinking that these were voluntary marriages. This first quote clearly shows that murder and force were used to "take" these wives.
1) Murder, rape, and pillage at Jabesh-gilead (Judges 21:10-24 NLT)
So they sent twelve thousand warriors to Jabesh-gilead with orders to kill everyone there, including women and children. "This is what you are to do," they said. "Completely destroy all the males and every woman who is not a virgin." Among the residents of Jabesh-gilead they found four hundred young virgins who had never slept with a man, and they brought them to the camp at Shiloh in the land of Canaan.
The Israelite assembly sent a peace delegation to the little remnant of Benjamin who were living at the rock of Rimmon. Then the men of Benjamin returned to their homes, and the four hundred women of Jabesh-gilead who were spared were given to them as wives. But there were not enough women for all of them. The people felt sorry for Benjamin because the LORD had left this gap in the tribes of Israel. So the Israelite leaders asked, "How can we find wives for the few who remain, since all the women of the tribe of Benjamin are dead? There must be heirs for the survivors so that an entire tribe of Israel will not be lost forever. But we cannot give them our own daughters in marriage because we have sworn with a solemn oath that anyone who does this will fall under God's curse."
Then they thought of the annual festival of the LORD held in Shiloh, between Lebonah and Bethel, along the east side of the road that goes from Bethel to Shechem. They told the men of Benjamin who still needed wives, "Go and hide in the vineyards. When the women of Shiloh come out for their dances, rush out from the vineyards, and each of you can take one of them home to be your wife! And when their fathers and brothers come to us in protest, we will tell them, 'Please be understanding. Let them have your daughters, for we didn't find enough wives for them when we destroyed Jabesh-gilead. And you are not guilty of breaking the vow since you did not give your daughters in marriage to them.'" So the men of Benjamin did as they were told. They kidnapped the women who took part in the celebration and carried them off to the land of their own inheritance. Then they rebuilt their towns and lived in them. So the assembly of Israel departed by tribes and families, and they returned to their own homes.
Obviously these women were repeatedly raped. These sick bastards killed and raped an entire town and then wanted more virgins, so they hid beside the road to kidnap and rape some more. How can anyone see this as anything but evil?

A 12-year-old Virginia girl who went missing after her mother was murdered was found alive nearly 3,000 miles away from home on Friday.
The miraculous discovery was made after Brittany Mae Smith and her alleged kidnapper were recognized in a store by a shopper in San Francisco.
Brittany was found unharmed and taken to a shelter, and the man accused in the abduction, Jeffrey Scott Easley, 32, was taken into police custody, authorities said.
Virginia police feared the worst on Monday when they found the body of Brittany's mother and Easley's girlfriend, Tina Smith, 41. Brittany was nowhere to be seen.
Brittany and Easley were later spotted on a surveillance video buying a blue tent at a Walmart near Smith's home in Virginia, possibly on the day of the murder.

CUERNAVACA, Mexico — Soldiers in Mexico have captured a 14-year-old U.S. citizen suspected of being a drug gang hitman as he attempted to travel to the United States.
Edgar Jimenez, known as "El Ponchis," is believed to work for the South Pacific drug cartel in Morelos state, outside Mexico City, the army said on Friday. Media reports last month on the search for a boy with the same nom de guerre said he could be as young as 12.
The boy was caught late Thursday as he boarded a plane in the city of Cuernavaca. He was traveling to the border city of Tijuana with two of his sisters, one of whom is believed to be the lover of one of the cartel's bosses, the army said.
He was brought to a regional office of the Mexico's attorney general's Office in Cuernavaca on Friday and told reporters there that he participated in at least four decapitations.
He said he was "drugged and under threat that if I didn't, they would kill me."
"El Ponchis" made headlines last month as reports of his grisly murders, including beheadings, surfaced. He acknowledged having killed at least seven people under the influence of drugs provided by a cartel leader, according to an army statement.
The Mexican daily newspaper La Razon said in November that "El Ponchis" was paid $3,000 for each murder he committed.
The three Jimenez siblings had allegedly wanted to cross to San Diego, where they have relatives.
Murders committed by minors, ranging from shoplifting to murder for the cartels, have risen across Mexico this year, state officials say. Police cruisers blocked off a park Monday morning frequented by a man who was arrested after a 13-year-old girl was found in his home, bound and gagged but alive, four days after disappearing with her family. The whereabouts of her mother, brother and another woman remained a mystery.

A man was arrested Sunday at the home where Sarah Maynard was found in this central Ohio city, and authorities hope he will provide information leading to the others, Knox County Sheriff David Barber said.
"We were hopeful that we would find more than one" of the missing people in Hoffman's house, Barber said. "Our information was definite that it was most likely that Sarah was going to be in that house."
Barber did not say what led investigators to the two-story tan-sided house where they found the girl bound in the basement. Matthew J. Hoffman, 30, was arrested and charged with kidnapping.
Barber said more charges are expected against Hoffman, who lives at the home about 40 miles north of Columbus.

The woman who sparked a national firestorm by recounting Rand Paul's
youthful indiscretions to GQ magazine is now clarifying her account: She says she was not kidnapped nor forced to do drugs by Paul.
But she reiterated other odd aspects of her earlier story, including her claim that Paul and another college friend blindfolded her, tied her up, and told her to smoke pot and worship the "Aqua Buddha," even if they didn't physically force her to do these things.
The woman -- who was made available to me for an interview by GQ reporter Jason Zengerle in response to the Paul campaign's denunciations of his article -- said she didn't mean to imply that she was kidnapped "in a legal sense."
"The whole thing has been blown out of proportion," she told me. "They didn't force me, they didn't make me. They were creating this drama: `We're messing with you.'"
The woman said that much of the subsequent coverage of her allegations missed a key nuance: As a participant in a college ritual, where lines between acquiescence and victimization are often blurry, she was largely playing along with the notion that she was being forced to follow Paul's orders.
"I went along because they were my friends," she said. "There was an implicit degree of cooperation in the whole thing. I felt like I was being hazed."
That characterization of events supports Paul's claim that, as he told Fox News yesterday, "No, I never was involved with kidnapping. No, I never was involved with forcibly drugging people."
But in her conversation with me, the woman stood by the general outline of her earlier account.
"[They] came over to my house as friends that I knew," she told me. "They immediately said, `We're going to tie you up and go for a ride.'"
She reiterated that they took her to a room filled with pot smoke and told her to partake, but she emphasized that she hadn't been forced. "He did not drug me," she said. "He did not force me physically in any way."
She said they then "took me out to this creek and made me worship Aqua Buddha." And she added that the whole thing was so "weird" that afterwards she ended relations with Paul and his friends.
Though the GQ piece never used the word "kidnapping," (and quoted her saying the whole thing was a "joke"), subsequent media coverage has characterized the allegations this way, seemingly allowing Paul to keep the conversation focused on this one charge. He hasn't responded to questions about the blindfolding or the Aqua Buddha.
And in response to this latest round of allegations, the Paul campaign claimed vindication about the "kidnapping" while again declining to directly address the lurid charges about the prank.
"It is satisfying to see the libelous and grossly irresponsible charges of kidnapping completely shot down," Paul campaign spokesman Jesse Benton emailed. "It remains puzzling to us why the drive-by media continues to focus on an alleged 30 year old teenage prank when our nation faces high unemployment, a thirteen trillion dollar debt and are threatened with a Cap and Trade national energy tax."
Paul has also tried to discount the woman's claims as coming from "one anonymous source."

MORENO VALLEY, Calif.
Parents have been warned to keep an eye on their children and take extra safety precautions after a 17-year-old Southern California girl was apparently abducted about a block from her school and killed.
An autopsy confirmed the identity of Norma Lopez Wednesday, six days after she disappeared and a day after her decomposed body, shirtless and clad in jeans, was found face-down in a grove of trees in the agricultural area on the eastern edge of Moreno Valley.
Investigators would not release the cause of death.
Police and the FBI have not identified a suspect and asked the public for help in the investigation. Police would like to speak with the driver of a green SUV seen speeding from the area the day Lopez vanished.
About 2,000 people gathered around an athletic field at Lopez's school Wednesday evening for a vigil where friend Moises Michel, 16, remembered how Lopez loved dance, especially merengue and salsa.
"Whenever we were bored we'd just dance with each other, we'd get up and dance," he said. "I'm used to seeing her every day smiling. I'm just in shock because I can't believe it."
Lopez disappeared July 15 after leaving a summer school class at Valley View High School, where she would have been a senior this year. Authorities said she was heading to meet a friend.
When she didn't show up, her younger sister and a friend went to look for her, found some of her personal items in a field 1½ blocks from the school, and called authorities, said Riverside County sheriff's Sgt. Joseph Borja.
The field, a well-known neighborhood shortcut, is off a street that dead-ends at the base of boulder-studded hills cut with trails. Homes line one side, but in the blazing Wednesday heat, the expanse of dirt and dry stubble was deserted.
Searchers had fruitlessly covered the area for several days.
The mix of suburban-style residential sprawl and large rural areas is common in fast-growing Moreno Valley, a city of 186,000 about 60 miles east of Los Angeles between March Air Reserve Base and a swath of unforgiving, rugged terrain known as The Badlands.
The teen's disappearance drew wide attention across Southern California, where the high-profile abduction-murders of two other teenage girls in San Diego County — one jogging alone this year and the other walking to school in 2009 — led to a sex offender who ultimately admitted to the killings and is now imprisoned.
"I believe this has been made personal because we all have children," Borja said. "It's probably our worst nightmare that our kids can just be taken from a street and killed."
He would not provide details on the items found at the site where Lopez was abducted, explaining that releasing further details could hamper the investigation.
"We haven't caught the suspect who killed Norma so obviously there is at least a murderer out there, and so I would be vigilant, I would be aware," Borja said. "If I was a parent, I would keep track of my children. I would do everything I could to ensure their safety."MORENO VALLEY, Calif.

Curbing illegal immigration was a leading war cry of the Republican Party of Texas convention in Dallas last weekend, and party leaders repeatedly rallied delegates by commiserating with Arizona, which has come under fire for its law that makes being an illegal immigrant a state crime.
Play a round of golf, good chance youll be kidnapped? Thats a scary prospect, and ripe material for the Truth-O-Meter.
Far as we could tell, ABC News broke the story, reporting on a Feb. 11, 2009, that: "Phoenix, Arizona, has become the kidnapping capital of America, with more incidents than any other city in the world outside of Mexico City and over 370 cases last year alone."
Several news organizations then reported the information, including the Associated Press, The Arizona Republic and United Press International; some media outlets attributed the news to ABC, others just said Phoenix was "known as" the No. 2 kidnapping capital. The Los Angeles Times more specifically reported that Phoenix "police received 366 kidnapping-for-ransom reports" in 2008 and that they estimate "twice that number go unreported," according to a Feb. 12, 2009, article.
A quick online search shows that Dewhurst has at least a dozen news accounts backing up his claim, but theres a hitch: None of the stories says how the kidnapping ranking was reached. Also, while all the stories specify the number of kidnappings that have occurred in Phoenix since 2008, none says how many kidnappings were reported in other cities.
We asked ABC to elaborate on its report, a request that didnt immediately yield supporting evidence. Meantime, we kept digging.
Neither the FBI nor the U.S. National Central Bureau of Interpol, an arm of the U.S. Department of Justice that serves as the United States' representative to Interpol, could confirm that Phoenix has the second-highest frequency of kidnapping cases worldwide. LaTonya Miller, an Interpol spokeswoman, said the agency doesnt track local kidnapping rates. An FBI spokeswoman, Denise Ballew, suggested we call city police departments to compile a kidnapping count since unlike local authorities, the bureau tracks kidnappings that result in someone being taken from one jurisdiction to another, such as across state lines.
Short of the time wed need to call authorities in every medium- to big-size city in the world, we contacted Daniel Johnson, an overseas kidnapping operations consultant at ASI Global, a Houston-based company that coaches clients through kidnappings. You read that right: Say an insured family travels to Bulgaria and the father is kidnapped for ransom; ASI Global will deploy to Bulgaria to help the family negotiate with the abductor.
Johnson said: "From our internal experience in the last year, Mexico by far has been the biggest location for kidnappings" followed by Honduras, Venezuela, Nigeria and the Philippines. The company has handled domestic cases but Thompson said they dont compare in volume to overseas incidents. Thompson said the company annually dispatches a consultant to handle about 50 to 100 cases a year. Mexico City, Caracas, Venezuela, and Tegucigalpa, Honduras are the three cities where they work on the most kidnapping cases, he said.
Scott Stewart, vice president of tactical intelligence for Stratfor, an Austin-based global intelligence company, separately chimed in: "According to our analysts, there is no way that Phoenix is the No. 2 city in the world for kidnapping and there are significantly more kidnappings in many other cities throughout Latin America," he said. "San Salvador, Guatemala City, Bogota as well as several cities in Mexico certainly have higher kidnapping rates than Phoenix."
That said, Stewart said Stratfor doesnt track such kidnapping statistics, noting that its "extremely difficult to measure given the fact that so many cases go unreported and that the record keeping in many of the most effected countries is inaccurate." The company bases its information on "intelligence that we gather through our network of human and open sources, as well as the experience of our analysts," he said.
Sgt. Tommy Thompson, a public information officer at the Phoenix Police Department, also said kidnappings are under-reported. "Herein lies the problem with the numbers," Thompson said. "Does Bogota, Colombia, keep records? Does Mogadishu, (Somalia), keep records? Does Houston, Texas, keep records? Does Austin keep records?"
He said Phoenix has been dealing with the issue for several years now, and the number of reported kidnappings have actually decreased since this story broke in 2009. There were 358 reported kidnappings in 2008 (10 fewer than reported by the LA Times, due to later reclassification of the crimes), 318 in 2009 and there were 105 from January through May 2010, he said, putting the city on track to sustain less than 300 this year.
Thompson said almost everyone who is kidnapped in Phoenix is involved in criminal activities such as illegal border crossings and the drug trade. "Unless youre involved in the dope trade, theres a very very slim chance" that youll be kidnapped, he said.
"Everyone wants to tie it to their political agenda," Thompson said. "Again, the two overwhelming questions are, do they keep records elsewhere in the world and are there more people — other agencies — across the nation who are even willing to talk about such a problem?"
"It was the media that said 'second in the world only to Mexico City, and it was basically because we were open enough to say that we have an issue with kidnappings and not try to hide it," Thompson said.
Summing up: "Kidnapping capital" turns out to be a headline-grabbing label; no wonder it caught Dewhursts attention. Still, its incumbent on him — and news organizations bandying the No. 2 description — to check it out. So far, weve seen no evidence that its accurate, or even close.
Phoenix has experienced hundreds of kidnappings over the past few years. However, we couldnt find reliable around-the-planet evidence to confirm that only Mexico City experiences more of them. In fact, experts advise that such rankings cant be made based on available information. If they could, they speculate, other cities would prove to have more kidnappings than Arizonas capital.
Punch line: Nothing confirms Phoenix as No. 2 in kidnappings worldwide. Well revisit this turf if compelling evidence surfaces, but for now Dewhursts statement is False.(I had to cut out some so go read the original article)

15 years ago, a California woman's husband kidnapped their three-year-old daughter and two-year-old son. Six years ago Facebook launched. A few months ago, the woman tracked down her kids on the social networking site.
From the sounds of it, the woman just happened to search for her daughter's name on Facebook and found her profile. After exchanging messages with the girl, the mother contacted the office of San Bernardino Deputy District Attorney Kurt Rowley. The folks there were able to establish that the children were in Florida and move them into the custody of the Department of Children and Families after arresting the father.

A Montreal Mafia player closely linked to the Rizzuto clan is believed to have been kidnapped after his car was found abandoned and unlocked with open windows.

Samantha Lowry Et Al, were able to kidnap Sebastian Pavon Cuellar by forging the signature and records of the Consul Cecil K Scott of the United States Embassy.
This was followed from violence to the father, including mental abuse, physical abuse, trespassing into his home, theft and at least 30 crimes, but even against the grandparents of the child (Parents of Daniel Pavon Cuellar) nearly 80 years old and including murder attempts reported to police.
On the International settlement agreement under Hague proceedings, Daniel agreed to hold harmless from criminal charges the against the Lowry Family thinking on the best interest of the child, Samantha was to deliver all the stolen property, but she kidnapped the child and remains with all the stolen property of Daniel and his family including 1732 masterpieces, his homestead, records, identifications, real estate and much more.

Daniel Pavon Cuellar applied under the Hague Convention and has taken every step to protect his son at all given times, but up to date and after nearly three years of the conflict and nearly two years six months of the kidnapping of his son, the rights of the child and the father are and continue to be seriously violated.

OJ Simpson may get another chance to look for the real killer.
The Nevada Supreme Court has agreed to hear an appeal of Simpson's convictions for kidnapping and armed robbery. Simpson is serving up to 33 years in prison for robbing two sports memorabilia dealers.
