AT&T passes 400,000 Houston homes with U-verse service
A total of 400,000 homes in the Houston area now have access to AT&T U-verse TV and Internet services, the company said Oct. 1.
The figure marks a significant expansion since AT&T U-verse launched in the Houston area in November 2006 and is the result of an ongoing effort. The service is offered today in parts of communities across Brazoria, Fort Bend, Galveston, Harris and Montgomery counties, and there are plans to continue reaching even more customers.
