Original old skool beats!
The BBC have released a copy of the oldest computer recorded music known to exist, and judging by the quality, there won't be any discrepancies.
The scratchy, slightly off tune, recordings feature such classics as 'Baa Baa Black Sheep' and 'In the Mood' and are thought to have been captured by the BBC in the Autumn of 1951 during a visit to the University of Manchester.
The recording has been released as a celebration which commemorates the 60th anniversary of 'Baby', the original 'modern' computer.

So you wanna throw down a guitar track to your ProTools, Sound Track Pro or some other audio app, but don't want to shell out the big bucks. Crate has released a mini amp with a USB out so you can plug it in to your computer and hear and record simultaneously. Of course with solid state and such tiny little speakers it's not going to sound like that Marshall full stack you use on stage, but it's good for getting those ideas recorded quickly and easily, right? [editorial...
