Xcorps Action Sports TV #28) WINTER X seg.4.

Xcorps Action Sports Show #28.)"WINTER X"-seg.4- Crystal Fambrini hosts this special winter edition show which takes the X viewer from southern California to a snowboard/ski event in Switzerland, to Nepal and the top of the world- Mt. Everest and to Antarctica's tallest peak Mt.Vinson.
The show opens with cool new Tooth and Nail records band Underoath rolling out the tunes to hot host Crystal in a blizzard at the local Mtn.High resort. Looking cool she opens a segment from Europe in Verbier Switzerland where pro snowboarders and skiers tear it up in an event called the Carlsberg High Five, which stands for BIG fun! Great music here from Suburban NoiZe records band the CottonMouth Kings.

After the break the Winter X show continues with more action from Europe and some words from the participants. Then it's back to So. Cal where Crystal introduces an amazing segment about Mtn. climber Tom Whitaker-the first amputee to scale the worlds tallest peak. Great documentary shots here by cameraman Jeff Rhodes. Matching music by 5 one 51 bpm.com See what climber Tom Whitaker thinks the great advantage losing a leg gave him.

The next winter X segment drops down to the worlds coldest continent Antarctica where Xcorps filmmaker Brad Grant takes his cameras on a subzero hike to the top of Mt. Vinson. See what it looks like from a point on this earth few see and what it takes to get there. Music by Maverick records band Deftones doing their haunting song "Minerva".

After that it's back to blizzard conditions 2 hours from the beach at Mtn.High where Crystal talks with resort marketing head John McColly about snow and the resorts unique location. Lot's of cool winter X action here and some last words from Crystal Fambrini who recaps the show. Tunage from Paul Oakenfold and his song "Motion". The show closes out with XC host Jason Lazo looking supersonic for an upcoming Xcorps show called--MIG-21. Stay tuned!

Xcorps Action Sports TV #12.) LUGE seg.4

Xcorps Action Sports Show #12.)"LUGE" seg.4- Xcorps cameras were the only ones rolling at a grassroots guerilla style gravity sports event we call The Barrett Junction Shootout featuring downhill luge, stand up skate board, inline speed skate and gravity bike racing held at Barrett Junction near San Diego California.

Firestorms raged as gravity riders from around the world zipped on leathers, checked trucks and let it go at the IGSA sanctioned event organized by rider Frank Waterhouse who broke the course record on the closed stretch of highway not far from the Mexican border.

Xcorps host Bob Woodard opens the show from San Diego riding the Speed Skater street luge equipped with the new SkateBrake. Not bad for a first run Bob! Our cameras were as committed as all those who showed up at the event amid warnings that out of control firestorms burned on all sides. Lots of big smoke and fire shots here as well as a dedication to all the victims of the biggest fire in San Diego history. See the shots from space!

Papa Roach and Lo-Tel pump the action with X and Gravity Games winners like Rat Sult and the ever-loved Kludy pushing 60mph down the hair pinned and cliff edged coarse which offered no room for error. See riders in their best speed tucks and a sick head over heels wipeout by gravity bike rider Noah Rutherford who lives to tell the Xcorps cameras all about it. Yes we slo-mo the magic moments for our viewing audience. Noah split the bikes rims and will recover.

Inline speedskaters Dave Lambert and downhill champ George Merkert talk about their realm of the event and invite other skaters to go for speed while Donald Orlando shows off his 84mm 6 wheel skates he got up to 58mph! Nice. After that Xcorps guest host and gravity champ Rat Sult talks to the fiercest female competitor in the league Stacy Allen from Oklahoma and asks her how she got into the sport. Music from the Rolling Stones and Dr. Dre back the piece.

After the break speed board legend Kludy talks to the camera about the effects of big winds on course speed. Frank Homemade Waterhouse wraps the shootout with his thoughts, more race action and some powerful shots taken from space of the fires that surrounded the event closing all exit roads. Many camped the night in a fire ring!

Bob Woodard takes another luge run and opens for Xcorps host Jason Lazo who is in Detroit hanging with the So Cal band NHOI-Never Heard Of It- who are playing Saint Andrews Hall in the rock city. Jason talks with the band about their tour and proceeds to blow the place up! See the show for the fun details. Remember you saw this band first on Xcorps!
After that Jason intros a new video from our friends at Rive video promotions featuring music from Relapse Records band UNSANE. WARNING-fierce face grinding bone breaking skate wipeouts here. Wear your bloody helmit!

X Corps host Jason Lazo opens things up in Chula Vista Ca at an MTV event called Chiller Beach – a mix of X Sports and music featuring the phycho freestyle MX team The Metal Mulisha. Jason and XC co-host Bob Woodard tour the gig and film rider Mike Metzger hucking his X Games gold winning BACKFLIP. Jason talks with Mulisha rider Brian Deegan - who talks about the sport he helped create and the music that powers his moves. Guess the band? J man also talks to rider Jeremy Twitch Stenberg about this fairly new insane sport.
Next Bob Woodard checks out the 10 story high snow covered vert ramp MTV built for pro freestyle skiers like Boyd Easley and Greg Tufflemire and others who keep things moving. See what they have planned. After that Bob bumps into the Chiller Girls and we see Metz pull another BACKFLIP officially making the move common. Check out the scene backstage where Jason raps with featured band –Off By One- local San Diego boys going big themselves.
The following segment is also MX flavored with sweet XC host Roslyn Bradle meeting Jason at the Lake Elsinore Ca MX park to hang with the first girls of dirtbiking – The MX Girls. Lots –O- chicks going huge here pulling moves and going big on their 2 strokes. Jason talks with mxgirls.com / sport organizer Michele Johnson who rides fast high and hard for the XC cameras.
Roslyn talks with world class rider Aubriana Dunn who at 18 is only beginning to dominate the sport. See her weightless moves from multiple cameras along with other MX girls riding hard.

Xcorps #46.) SNOWBIKE-2 seg.2- This winter X show features team XC returning to the So Cal mountains riding mini foot snowboards at Mountain High and snowbikes ripping down the slopes at Big Bear in a suicide race called the Kamikaze Downhill!
A follow up to Snowbike-1 this Xcorps episode includes more exclusive footage of 15 athlete riders on high performance BMX and mountain bike frames converted for high speed snow racing!

Xcorps on camera reporter Jason Lazo opens from the beach at San Clemente Ca less than 2 hours drive from the Big Bear ski resort. Jason thros to the X Guru Eric Ducharme who is hanging with snowbike conversion kit inventor Matt Hanson who demonstrates how to convert any bike into a snowbike! If you can ride a bicycle you can handle the black diamonds as demonstrated by BMX rider Brian Bubba Smith who starts things off with a Rodeo Can and a smooth long Tail whip! Sweet!
Next the X cams jump a few mountains north to Mountain High Resort where team rider Steve Caprio first time demos another product introduced on Xcorps – Snowmadz – mini snowboards for the feet! Check out Steves hilarious 1st run down the mountain pumped by SubNoiZe band (hed)p.e. doing “Born To Ride”!

Then its back to Bear Mountain with Bubba and the Gang of 15 on the edge of control! Great snowbike action shots here with sun and snow and new music-our specialty on XC! Stay tuned as Bubba drops some sound bytes on what he thinks of his ride with skis and the next bike he plans to convert!

After the break the show returns to the beach where Jason is talking to beach blond So Cal surfer Jennifer Hunter about her website BOB-an acronym for Bitches on Boards-an action sports online social site for anyone who rides a board- Surf Skate or Skim! Fun shots of chicks ripping here!
Then its time for more wild snowbike action with Bubba and the boys edited with a new music video from RIVE with the band Showbread doing their song The Pig. Bubba talks about some of his crossover moves. Only on XC!

Xcorps Action Sports Show #44.)"PADDLEBOARD"-seg.5- Xcorps cams zoom in on another cool niche sport born of the surfing world with a close up look at the water sport of open ocean PADDLEBOARDING featuring lone watermen stroking boards from Californias Catalina Island to the mainland-Manhattan Beach California- a distance of 32 miles!

Jason Lazo hosts this next Xcorps show, sponsored by PIPES CAFÉ and HAWAIIMANA NUTRITION, reporting from locations in Hawaii and California. Along with the California paddle boarders Jason talks to big wave tow in surfers Garrett McNamara and Keilli Mamala in Oahus North Shore. Great big wave video here featuring the two in action in Hawaii and Teahoopu Tahiti. Dont miss this action!

The Xcorps shot on the beach in Cardiff Reef Ca. included here some of the 100 paddle boarders who made the epic 32 mile journey from the island of Catalina to the California mainland. Jason talked with 3 top 20-seated athletes, George Plsek, Brian Szymanski and Tim Fischer about the challenges and triumphs of the event. A good look here of the actual paddleboards used by the participants along with great video footage shot by videographer Dan Dixon on his jet ski during the race.

Paddle boarding events began with Tom Blake back in 1928 who raced a 120-pound board the 32 miles from Catalina to the mainland in just under 6 hours. In the early 1950s surfboard shapers Dale Velzy, Greg Knoll and Hobie Alter introduced a new era to the sport staging the legendary races between California city and county lifeguards. Dangerous conditions cancel the Catalina race for 20 years before Gibby Gibson and Buddy Bohn revive it with a field of 10 paddlers in 1982. Buddy and Gibby have helped keep the sport alive from 1982-2006.

Qualifying for the Catalina Classic Marathon Paddleboard Race race is NOT easy with each participant having to do at least one other grueling long distance paddle beforehand.

Xcorps Action Sports Show #42.)"MX GIRLS"-seg4- The women of Moto X are featured in this episode, which highlights MX GIRLS who go BIG, and fast on their dirt bikes at the Milestone MX Park in Riverside California.
XC host Jason Lazo rolls into town to check out the action along with guest host and MX GIRLS founder Michele Johnson who shows us some of her ride moves in this episode!
The girls of action sports have always been featured on Xcorps and we continue so with this fun feature show shot at a cool new So Cal track during what was called MX Girls Ride Day organized my founder Michele Johnson.
The show opens up with fast action and music from Suburban NoiZe band D.I. who return PUNK to the X show with their song Gutters of Paradise. Nice fit! Chicks on 250cc dirt bikes wind it up tight on the fresh Cali track and the air show begins! Jason and Michele roll the track with the X cam crew at all the corners. Helmet cam POV for the real feel along with the trademark Xcam Superfish lens pull in all the moves! Check out girlie riders Michele Marshall, Tricia Young and Kelly Yancey having some high reV fun rolling to tunes from Dirtball and their song Tried Trued Tested!
After the break its back to the air show at Milestone Ranch where Jason meets WMA Pro 905 Mika Cornelius who talks about the track and her Kawasaki Green Monster ride! SubNoiZe band D.I. punks up some dust here too with their song The Western Front. In thy face with thy dust! Cool bike-cam face shots of Mika here too!
Tooth and Nail records band Falling Up roll out their new Hotel Aquarium music video c/o RIVE and the MX Girl action continues. Michele talks to rider Katie McGuire about her style and the camaraderie at the event.
Next a bike hits a camera and the girls keep hucKing their bikes with Dirtball hopping out a tune called Pits-Spit all adding to the fun mix!
Jason then intros a new vid from Brooklyn band Type O Negative doing a dark and happy song- September Sun. MX Girls get their moves slow-mowed to this Goth metal ballad! Hitting the pits Michele talks with pro rider Kelly Yancey about the BIG WINDS and how they effected the ride day. Grom like rider Tatiana Falls shows off her KTMs and gets questioned next- talking about her pro rides in Texas. Only on Xcorps do you see MX Girls!
Break 4 brings back a nice off the line rabbit race start and the J man talks with red head rider Michele Marshall about her roll in the MX Ride Day. This gal knows her suspensions!
Dirtball returns the favor and the action shots roll on and out! Solid still shots here too from pro shooter Tristan Kallas who also patrolled the track. Appearing in a previous Xcorps episode MX Girl Bonnie Warch returns. Once a MX Girl- always a MX Girl!

Xcorps Action Sports TV #39.) SPEED seg.1

Xcorps Action Sports Show #39.)"SPEED"seg.1 -- Another all American horsepower episode this one called SPEED with Xcorps cameras rolling at The Bonneville Salt Flats Speedway Utah for SPEEDWEEK with the fastest cars on the planet going for land speed records!
X man and guest host Rat Sult rolled the full size X motor coach north from San Diego to Utah's
western edge exiting at the historic and beautifully vast Bonneville salt speed track, which extends for more than 30 miles- dead flat and ready for speed! The 'Speed Week' event is sanctioned and organized by the SCTA-Southern California Timing Association- and is held every year at the Utah state park, near Wendover Utah on US-80, where an elite group of worldwide motor sports speed enthusiasts meet to go for the records in their custom machines.

The show opens with some scenic road shots and a look at the RIVE provided band The Clay People hammering their high octane song 'Supersonic Overdrive' in their cool retro 60s video. Nice fit with those dancing girls! XC host Jason Lazo's new show theme song carries the action into segment one with Rat driving his mega coach on the salt and land speed record holder Mike Nish driving the Royal Purple streamliner car full tilt on the flats!
After the break Rat checks out the salt track and heads for the starting line where high horse vehicles in all classes from top fuel dragsters to classic street muscle to modified trucks and street bikes lining up for take off! See the full speed runs and hear the actual official times read over the radio sets. Suburban Noize band Dirtball rolls right with the action including a high speed out of control hood losing spin across the tricky salt crystal track. Check out a classic 1970 Plymouth Super Bird ready for takeoff and a '71 Camero doing a spin out at over 250MPH launching the car end over end into the desert air! Close ups of the wrecked rig here too!

The next segment takes a look at what the street bikes can do and Rat talks to Richard Thomason owner of Danny Boy 2 -- a modified airplane fuel drop tank- who talks about what it's like to drive all out! See his max speed in this unique speed class all overseen by the SCTA.
After that the Sub NoiZe records band Mondo Generator jams the flats to a collage of motor cars from Buicks and Fords to rice rockets to turbine powered never imagined vehicles in all sizes and colors. Rat takes a looks at the fastest car of the week- the awesome Nish Motor sports Royal Purple streamliner ripping past the 370 MPH mark! All American custom engineered! Rat cruises the pits and talks to driver Mike Nish who talks about his speed runs. Insane shots here looking out the back of his car as well as a POV dash-cam showing how big his eyes get at these white knuckle speeds! It's all about adrenaline here on The Xcorps!
The action and music continue with a look at the semi truck class of speed demons. Watch a double diesel engine custom modified trailer-hauler take off and blast down the salt track at over 229 MPH! That's truckin!
The show wraps with show host Rat Sult on the track with an un-authorized race of his own driving in the motor home class! See his full sized rig roll against a vintage South Wind coach at floor pedal speed! High octane smiles here for sure! That's the way we roll on The Xcorps!

Xcorps Action Sports Show #38.)XCORR-2 seg.1- This high RPM Xcorps episode delivers big horse off road race action with continuing coverage of the CORR off-road motor sports race series held at the The Quarry racetrack in Chula Vista California.
Show host Jason Lazo opens it up south of San Diego in Chula Vista California right along the Mexican border reporting on the new CORR off-road races. The X HD cams rolled from all angles on this new style of motor sports with Jason trackside in the high horse jammin war zone of V8 noise, flying gravel and fast trucks! Suburban Records band Dirtball matches the action level with their song "RockRoll"! Raptillian Baby!
See high rev mud slinging action backed by a screaming spectator crowd of over 10,000 with Baja and NASCAR drivers banging it up and going BIG off kickers and berms easily covering 10 truck lengths through the air! It's loud and Jason's proud to be there covering all the moves over the mile long course carved into a mountain- an old stone quarry on the Mexican border- making for a great view of the action from the stands. Sub NoiZe Records band Hed PE pumps it up with their new video "Suffa". Sick POV action shots here from cameras in the rigs as well as from an over-head cable cam capable of 100MPH+ provided by Perpetual Motion.
The next segment rolls hard and fast with more CORR carnage action and The Kottonmouth Kings presenting their rip-hop video 'Living Proof' to the XC audience. Nice Hollywood style shoot-out here to the dirt track action that includes mass destruction and vehicle punch-outs-flips-rolls and fire all over the Chula Vista track!
The segments pound on with more Sub NoiZe music from the Humble Gods pushing their tune 'Destroy'-only the strongest survive! Another nice fit!
In the pits Jason talks to MX legend Jeremy McGrath about CORR and his crossover to 4 wheels! See what he says. After that the relentless high-powered action continues with Jason hanging with a Mariachi band and the sweet Monster girls! More shots here of high priced truck demolition along with mixed cool edit effects and insane airborne race action POV Xcorps style!
Rolling the pits J Man then speaks to CORR drivers Josh Baldwin, Ricky Johnson and Alan Pflueger who talk about their winning race strategies and what they think of CORR! See wide open race moves cut with a new video from the band Junkyard Prophet jamming their song 'Remember Me' presented by RIVE. Sweet fit!
After the break Jason returns to X Zone trackside for more dirt motor racing with the start of the Super Buggy category of off-road motosports fueled by Dirtballs song 'Batter Swing' -- a song about baseball that works for these racing shots too!
Jason catches up with race event organizer Deanne Vernengo who talks about the races and the rugged track.
The show closes out with Jason ducking flying gravel and the Humble Gods doing their song 'Destroy' along more sick cable cam and in car POV video from Chula Vista at cool outdoor track called 'The Quarry'.
CORR-Championship Offroad Racing is race genre born from the Baja Mexico 500/1000 races which led to the development of a wide range of tough custom 2 and 4 wheel drive off-road race vehicles including 800HP trucks with massive suspensions along with Pro Lite street style trucks, dirt buggies, trophy carts, ATV's and Rhino racers. James Baldwin was instrumental in developing and bringing the races to the people with stadium style race events championed by Mickey Thompson in the 1960's. Now many members of the Baldwin family help manage, promote and race in CORR events.

The show opens with music from Maverick Records mega artist Alanis Morissette and XC front man host Bob Woodard in his element-on board captain Randy Hinton's Cabo sportsfisher-the Incognito- heading out into one of the best fishing areas on the planet- the Pacific ocean at the end of the scenic Baja peninsula 1000 miles south of San Diego Ca. Check out the action with Bob and the crew hooking up to striped Marlin in grand Hemingway style! Included are underwater shots of the huge fighting fish along and many scenes of local wildlife such as jumping Grey whales and giant flocks of pelicans. Xcorps promotes tag and release in sports fishing demonstrated by Bob wrestling one of the underwater monsters one handed-getting the hook back and sending it on its way in the mile deep waters below. Music from the So Cal band The Dorados and their song "Hooked On Hookin Up" fits the action like a glove. This band knows their fish songs!
The next segment rolls ashore and into the desert with Bob hooking up with Gala Ancona and Fernando Cancino from Baja Wide Open Adventures for some offroad race action. See the dust fly as Bob straps in and hits the test track with cool music and scenes from Les Claypool's Frog Brigade "Buzzards of Greenhill". Also here is an insane clip of XC host Rat Sult dragging his new V8 sand rod at Glamis dunes Ca. Another good fit thanks to the local Cabo buzzards and our friends at RIVE.
After the break the action returns to the deck of the "Incognito" for more world class hookups with Bob and the boys landing and releasing 2 more Marlin for the X CAMS! After the sun sets its over to the resort for a special look at the nightlife in Cabo with Malabara-an exotic fire dance team-performing. Slow camera shutter speeds capture the flowing fire action as the dancers spin fire to music from island irie legend Eddy Grant doing his song "Everything Irie". Cool hot stuff on Nikki Beach!
The show wraps with Bob sampling a tasty seafood feast prepared by Melia cooks accompanied by a festive mariachi band jamming the classic song "La Bamba"! Viva Mexico! Additional music from Unloco. J.S.Edmondson --2/06 TrT-29:30 Closed Captioned
