Fox News host Bill O’Reilly declared Monday evening that hatred for pro-life advocates is stronger in America than for gay people.
In a discussion about social issues, regular O’Reilly guest Bernie Goldberg condemned “the bigotry on the right” for attacking Ellen DeGeneres’ and the LGBT community.
“Reasonable people may disagree on gay marriage, that’s fine,” Goldberg said. “But to call on someone’s dismissal to be fired, to lose her job, because she’s gay, is bigotry. And I don’t care how many people listening to us right now don’t like that, it’s bigotry.”
But O’Reilly felt later on that another group received far more animosity throughout the nation.
“The bigotry against pro-life people is I think way more than the bigotry against gay people,” he said. “Particularly in the media because the media supports gay people in this country.”

Former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee (R) is somehow still confused over the nationality and background of President Barack Obama.
Huckabee appeared on The O’Reilly Factor Friday evening to discuss the growing story of Mitt Romney unveiling his tax returns, saying the GOP candidate should do that based solely on one condition.
“Let him make this challenge,” he said. “I’ll release my tax returns when Barack Obama releases his college transcripts and the copy of his admission records to show whether he got any loans as a foreign student.”
Huckabee’s bizarre view of Obama stemmed from a 2009 email, based on an Associated Press April Fools joke, claiming Obama received a scholarship for foreign students while he attended Occidental College.
This isn’t the first time Huckabee has sorely lacked knowledge on Obama’s history. Last February, he wrongly claimed that Obama “grew up in Kenya.”

Fox News pundit Bill O’Reilly likes to say he operates in a “no spin zone.” So when O’Reilly proclaimed recently that he wanted to install solar on his Long Island home, dozens of solar companies in New York took him at his word.
Speaking on his show to Alan Colmes last week, O’Reilly said he was ready to buy a solar system, but that he couldn’t find anyone in the area to do it: “There’s nowhere, no one,” he exclaimed.
Well, today, his predicament is solved. A group of 60 New York-based solar companies have signed an open letter to Mr. O’Reilly explaining that they’d be more than willing to help him make an investment in solar:
Dear Mr. O’Reilly,
We hear you are ready to go solar pending your ability to locate a solar provider. We represent some of the hundreds of solar companies currently operating in New York State. We would be happy to help you get started with your investment in solar so you can join the many New Yorkers who are already saving money on their monthly utility bills by generating their own power.
Signed,
Clean Power Finance
Community Energy
EcoOutfitters.net
Energy by Choice
ETM Solar Works
Innovated Energy Solutions
KPS Solar
Mercury Solar Systems
One Block Off the Grid
RH Innovation Inc
SolarCity
Sungevity
Sunrise Energy Concepts
SunRun
Suntech America
Trinity Solar
Alliance for Clean Energy New York (ACE NY) – representing 20 companies with solar operations in New York.
Long Island Solar Energy Industries Association (LIPA) – representing 25 solar electric contractors on Long Island.
Dave Llorens, CEO fast-growing solar company One Block Off the Grid, says he could draft a quote for O’Reilly in minutes:
“There are tons of solar installers that work on Long Island. We can show him the economics of solar (and they are strong there) by whipping up a quote for his house in 10 minutes. If Bill is serious about actually installing solar, we’d be delighted to help him understand the investment.”
So there you have it: Can we take Bill O’Reilly, the self-proclaimed master of “no spin,” at his word? With the cost of solar continuing to fall and dozens of companies to choose from, this is the perfect opportunity for him to invest in a system.
If you want to see O’Reilly back up his word, we suggest sending him this tweet:

Bill O'Reilly welcomed radio host Tavis Smiley and Prof. Cornel West onto his Tuesday show. The resulting dust-up was nothing short of a cable news classic.
Smiley and West have become a bona fide double act, regularly making the cable news rounds. O'Reilly brought them on to discuss the Occupy Wall Street movement and poverty in America. He set up the conversation by saying that the two were overlooking key statistics in their battle against poverty that showed the problem to be as much one of "personal responsibility" as economic injustice. Then, he turned to West.
"Where am i going wrong?" he asked. West said that his "lens" was wrong, and that he was overlooking the widening economic inequality in America. "The oligarchs and plutocrats that you tend to want to promote rather intensely [are] not only doing well but been too greedy!" he said. "I don't think I'm promoting anybody who's doing untoward things," O'Reilly said. "We're talking about chronic excess!" West responded, causing O'Reilly to try to shut him up. "No filibustering here," O'Reilly snapped.
He said that what Smiley and West seemed to want was for the government to "forcibly seize" money from the rich and give it to the poor. "That's socialism and that's not going to work here," he concluded.
"It wasn't socialism when we bailed out the banks in the first place?" Smiley said. He started to say that O'Reilly had been "right" in a recent attack on Stanley O'Neal, the former head of Merril Lynch. O'Reilly misheard him.
"Lied about it?!" he thundered. "What do you mean i lied about it?!"
"I said you were right!" Smiley said. "R-i-g-h-t!" O'Reilly apologized, and assured his guests he was "calm." Things got a lot less calm right afterwards, though. Smiley asked why O'Reilly was focusing on O'Neal, one of the few black CEOs of a major firm, causing O'Reilly to shout, "we treat everybody the same here!" Smiley disagreed, and wondered why, when Occupy Wall Street protesters were being arrested, no "bankster" had gone to jail "to pay for his crimes."
"They didn't violate any laws!" O'Reilly said, prompting Smiley and West to essentially lose it. "OOOOOHHHHHHHH!" they both said together. "How do you know?!" West yelled. "There's been no investigations! Why would you say something like that?!"
"All right, knock it off!" O'Reilly fired back. "...You don't have any evidence!" West countered that, with no investigation, no criminality could be proven. "You take your law school at Princeton, you develop an illegality and I will put it on the air," O'Reilly said.

When Bill O’Reilly tried to complain that his taxes were already too high, Jon Stewart beat him down with facts, and debunked the GOP’s howls of class warfare.
O’Reilly claimed that he is paying through the roof in taxes, and when Jon Stewart said that wasn’t true, the FNC’s top rated host moved the goalposts.
Here is their exchange:
O’Reilly: I’m not going to give you. I am paying now through the roof in taxes.
Stewart: You’re paying less than you paid in the nineties.
O’Reilly: That’s not true. Property taxes are up. If you had a home you’d know that. Sales taxes have gone up.
Stewart: The marginal tax rate was 39.6%
O’Reilly: Yeah, and now it’s thirty six.
Stewart: No, it’s thirty five. What is it?
O’Reilly: Thirty five and a half, you round it up.
Stewart: So, it’s 4% less. The rich have…
O’Reilly: But every other tax in the country has gone up. What’s the matter with you? Every other tax, sales tax, state tax.
Stewart: You are not living in reality. Here’s the reality. Here’s the reality. The top 1% taking nearly 25% of income today…
O’Reilly: And pay how much of the tax? 30% of it.
Stewart: The top 1% control 40% of the wealth. Twenty five years ago it was 33%. Top 1% have had incomes rise 18% over the last decade.
O’Reilly: So we should shoot them.
Stewart: I’m not saying we should shoot them, but we shouldn’t act like returning to the tax rates of the Nineties is class warfare on par with Lenin and Marx.
O’Reilly said that he would be in favor of raising taxes if he got big spending cuts. Stewart pointed out that this was Obama’s plan, and Bill-O replied with Solyndra. O’Reilly typified the Republican position by saying that he would agree to a tax increase on the wealthy if the federal budget was cut by 10% across the board.
The statistics Bill-O used to defend the wealthy were misleading. What he didn’t tell you was that 34% of federal revenue comes from the payroll tax, and the top 1% only pay 4.1% of the payroll taxes in this country.
Bill O’Reilly complained that state and local taxes have gone up, but he didn’t mention why. When the federal stimulus money dried up, states were forced to raise taxes and slash funding to local governments, which then caused a budget shortfall for local governments, who were then forced to raise taxes. Unemployment and the mortgage crisis have also caused state and local tax bases to erode. Economic factors combined with the fact that the term stimulus has been turned into a slur by Republicans, left many states with little choice other than to raise taxes in order to meet their constitutional requirement of a balanced budget. (A constitutional amendment requiring a balanced federal budget is also a GOP fav).
The tax increases that Bill O’Reilly was moaning about are a direct result of the Republicans refusal to pass more stimulus. Stewart was right. Bill-O is not living in reality. The economy of the past decade has been so good to him that he easily can afford to pay the increased state and local taxes, and still come out with a profit due to the Bush tax cuts.
This latest Stewart/O’Reilly exchange on taxes demonstrated why it is impossible to negotiate with Republicans. Jon Stewart offer of rationality and facts, was met with a sarcastic rebuttal from O’Reilly that we should shoot the rich for doing well, and dismissal of the president’s deficit reducing plan by bring up Solyndra.
It isn’t class warfare to suggest that the wealthiest Americans pay their fair share, and no, Bill O’Reilly you don’t get to demand that the poor and middle class get hurt even more with a 10% spending cut to programs that they depend on. Why do we have to cut spending on schools, roads, grants for police and firefighters, Medicare and Medicare, and programs for children, the poor and the elderly by 10%, just to coax people like Bill O’Reilly to do what’s right and pay their fair share?
Bill-O caused his own local and state taxes to go up by supporting the slash and don’t spend policies of the GOP.
This isn’t a negotiation. Bill O’Reilly, stop whining and pay your fair share. When Bill O’Reilly tried to complain that his taxes were already too high, Jon... more

PCW Extreme Political TV Results
Midway Middle School Auditorium
Midway, GA
Monday July 18th, 2011
Host: Johnny Suave
Suave welcomed everyone to this week’s edition of PCW Extreme Political TV and was immediately joined by Midway’s police chief Kelly Morningstar.
Chief Morningstar welcomes PCW to Midway, Georgia and then wants to know why three kids are selling lemonade in the lobby. Suave reaches into his pocket and produces a one day permit and the crowd cheers. Then someone grabs a microphone.
Man: “Rafe Semmes, Midway, Georgia. ...This is simply ludicrous! Shame on whoever made the judgment call that the lemonade was a threat because they did not know what was in it. This is what happens when “PC” takes over common sense and reality goes out the window.”
http://beta.coastalcourier.com/section/4/article/33929/
Chief Morningstar again repeats that the girls didn’t have a business license or the required permits and police could not determine how the lemonade was made, who made the lemonade, of what the lemonade was made with. The crowd boos in response.
Man #2: “Scott Brown, Atlanta, GA. ...The law is the law and you cannot selectively enforce it. Period. To anyone else offended by the officer’s actions, get over it. We cannot turn those charged with enforcing the law into bad guys. They didn’t make the laws, so it’s unfair to blame them for something you feel may be wrong.”
http://beta.coastalcourier.com/section/4/article/33931/
Brown’s remarks also elicit boos. Suave says this is a issue of using ‘common sense.’
Suave: “I don’t know what’s more ridiculous. The war on lemonade stands all over the country or this whole Carmageddon thing that was supposed to bring LA to its knees over the weekend.”
Match #1 Triple R (D) w/ Code Pink and Emily List defeats ‘Tin Cup’ Ray McAvay (Tea Party)
- Triple R still lusts of being the PCW champion. McAvay tries to win one for the Tea Party. Unfortunately, McAvay goes Phil Mickelson in the final round of the British Open. After Triple R dominates early. McAvay makes an incredible comeback and looks to be on the verge of winning but his overaggressiveness pisses it away at the end.
Rick Perry Visits EA Sports
On a jumbo screen inside the offices of a division of EA Sports, a scene from one of the company’s popular college football video game was playing out, featuring Perry as quarterback for his alma-mater, Texas A&M.
In the scene, Perry throws a touchdown before a stadium full of cheering fans.
As Perry left the room, a reporter shouted, “hey Rick, are you in the game?”
It was a reference to EA’s catch-phrase “if it’s in the game, it’s in the game.”
Perry did not respond and hustled off the stage.
Suave: The big question is ‘will Perry answer the call?’ Let’s find out.
Suave pulls out his cell phone and dials…and waits…and waits…and waits…
Match #2 (Taped at an Idaho bar) Marlon Baker defeats Daren Abbey
- it all began when 28-year-old white supremacist Daren Abbey began threatening Marlon Baker and threatened to stab him because “blacks are not welcome.” Baker, wearing a t-shirt that said “Spokane Boxing Club champion,” knocked Abbey unconscious with one punch.
Ron Paul Promo
Ron Paul announces that this is his final trip around the political merry-go-round. Either he will become the next PCW CEO or he will retire from political wrestling.
This brings out the PCW Tag Team Champions- Jack and Joe Schmidt along with Jim Schmidt. Jim walks out with the Extreme German Schnauzer Hans Gruber.
Jack is disappointed that Ron Paul is going to retire next year if he doesn’t win the PCW CEO race. But what he’s NOT disappointed about is the new Harry Potter movie. Jack raves about Alan Rickman’s ‘brilliant’ performance as Professor Snape in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows- Part 2.
Joe admits that he cried during the part where Snape reveals to Harry that he loved his mother. He begins to break down again but Jack picks it up from there and reminds everyone that Rickman also played Hans Gruber in the first Die Hard movie- the name of their Extreme German Schnauzer.
Jack says that no matter what, the PCW Tag Team Title belts are home and will stay with the Schmidts even after Paul retires.
Suave Tries to Call Rick Perry Again…
