Barck Obama continues the Big Lie regarding Iran and their nuclear program and claims that Iran is still trying to build a nuke despite not having any evidence to support that Iran is actually building a nuke.
Just like the false claims about Saddam Hussein and his imaginary WMD program.
***
The president, answering questions at a press conference during an Asia-Pacific economic summit, did not specifically say he would consider military action if Tehran were to persist in arming itself with a nuclear weapon. But he added: "We are not taking any options off the table. Iran with nuclear weapons would pose a threat not only to the region but also to the United States."Barck Obama continues the Big Lie regarding Iran and their nuclear program and claims... more

After devastating Libya and partaking in the murder of an estimated 100,000 Libyan men, women and children, RAF pilots return home to their families in the UK. In a deeply obscene news update, the Daily Mail is literally using ‘puppy dog’ imagery to cynically whitewash the murderous war crimes that these British pilots have committed.
The article of November 1st, titled: ‘Overjoyed spaniel welcomes home her master as Libya Tornado crews return‘, contains heartwarming photos of an RAF pilot’s spaniel dog(1) being reunited with her master. The “touching scenes” include another RAF pilot’s three year-old son “looking on proudly“, dressed in his miniature RAF uniform.
In the report, RAF Wing Commander Andy Turk repeats the ‘no boots’ lie, “Because there were no British troops, it was very important that the RAF maintained our intelligence and surveillance“. This is one of the most notorious myths of the Libya war; not mentioned in the piece is the well-known fact that British SAS troops have been on the ground(2) in Libya, leading the ground war ever since February.(3)
What is perhaps even more sickening than this grotesque display of ‘puppy dog’ jingoism is the comments posted by Daily Mail readers. Comments included “Fantastic job done again guys and lovely pictures. Welcome home and well done,” and “My son worked round the clock at RAF Lossiemouth to keep those GR4 Tornadoes flying to Lybia, via Italy. Proud of you, son“. One reader even felt the need to voice how uplifting the story was: “Best story I’ve read all week. All the pics are great but the spaniel’s unbridled joy at seeing her loved one return is especially uplifting“.
This contemptuous piece of ‘journalism’ serves as a reminder of how emotion and opinion has been manipulated over the Libya war. Here, the utter criminality of NATO’s genocidal onslaught has been whitewashed by the heartwarming imagery of a pining puppy dog. These are heights of manipulation that this writer previously thought unreachable, even by the most cynically depraved minds. After devastating Libya and partaking in the murder of an estimated 100,000 Libyan... more

A good Press TV news segment from when the Occupy Wall Street first began. I didn't see it posted before so I am posting it now.
If you are the 99%, you can speak in vague terms all you want about the corporations, the corporate greed etc, but you are not allowed to actually identify who the 1% really are. If you do, other protesters will call you names.
Skip to 4m10s in the video and listen to the first guest give a good overview of Occupy Wall Street and then the other two guests telling the host that Occupy Wall Street protesters should isolate people who try to recognize and identify who the 1% really are.A good Press TV news segment from when the Occupy Wall Street first began. Are you a socially conscious, American citizen? Do you pay much attention to what takes place beyond the confines of your own cozy, little piece of property, or self-interest? If you think I mean whether or not you know if Lindsay Lohan, is in or out of jail, then sadly, I must suggest that perhaps you have fallen prey to whatever fodder it may be of which is being methodically drummed into you..

Full interview with Patricia McCallister-Fired Lausd School Teacher
Patricia McCallister, the courageous thought criminal who was fired from her teaching position for daring to publically point out that the true nature of the Federal Reserve private banking cartel, who runs it and what it is doing to America.
***
Patricia McCallister was asking teachers to come to Occupy LA with their cause about the firing and mistreatment of teachers. McCallister made a sign about teachers losing their jobs, and about money being stolen from teachers.
McCallister was approached by a reporter who said he wanted to ask her some questions. He had a camera crew guy with him to take the video. The interview was about 5 minutes long. After the interview McCallister forgot about it. The interview took place on Friday, October 14, 2011. On Monday morning, October 17, McCallister started getting calls on my cell phone with such comments as "we support you", and some not so nice comments. McCallister did not know WHAT was going on. She then went on the web and started looking around the web, and I found the Occupy LA video.
McCallister then found out that she had been fired from the Lausd School School District for what she said in the video interview from Occupy LA. This interview with Truth Hertz host Charles Giuliani explores what McCallister said and why she was fired.Full interview with Patricia McCallister-Fired Lausd School Teacher

Warning: "Puss in Boots" PG-rated Kids Movie has overt bestiality sub-plot, but you know, it's just harmless fun from the filth who run Hollyood.
***
As usual in the media today, the male lead to female lead relationship was way over-sexualized.
Most objectionable, however, was the "side" sub-plot relationship between the male and female "evil" characters. After accomplishing several evil type actions, these two shady characters were conversing, and the male says to the female that he wants to cut down on such evil acts and have a family.
She doesn't want to have children but instead offers that he could have a child / sex with the hogs in their cellar of their covered wagon.
A short while later in the story, again in a sub-plot context aside from the main plot, the shady female figure is cooing a baby pig in a swaddling cloth in her arms, and says to her male counterpart, "Oh, he looks just like you!"
In a PG-rated movie for kids!!!
As it is a subplot and those conversation bits go by quickly, I venture that most people will miss them. However, those bits are there. They act subliminally. They were not cut by the director / producer. They have not been commented on that I could locate online. So, this agenda against the family and against decency is apparently being forwarded without question.Warning: "Puss in Boots" PG-rated Kids Movie has overt bestiality sub-plot,... more

Gaddafi's Real Crimes
Throughout his reign, Gaddafi insisted on a much larger (and fairer) share of his country's oil profits than multinational oil companies were used to accepting. Indeed, in a 2009 talk given to students at Georgetown University, Gaddafi threatened to kick Western oil companies out of Libya altogether by nationalising its oil and natural gas.
What is beyond dispute is that Gaddafi used his nation's oil wealth to turn Libya into the most progressive and modern of all African nations. In a 2007 African executive magazine it was noted that Libya, "unlike other oil producing countries such as Nigeria [where major Western oil companies have a stranglehold on the government], utilised the revenue from its oil to develop its country."
Gaddafi was also instrumental in establishing the African Union. He invested heavily and generously, to the tune of $6 billion, in many other African nations. Throughout Africa, hospitals, schools, hotels and roads bear Gaddafi's name as a sign of gratitude to the 'brutal dictator'. Libyan investments have helped to connect most of Africa by telephone, television, radio broadcasting, etc. Many major African companies, in which Gaddafi had invested via the 'Libya Arab Africa Investment Portfolio', now face financial ruin as Libyan oil money is diverted to the West under Libya's new rulers.
But undoubtedly the greatest threat posed by Gaddafi to NATO warmongers was his efforts to fast-track the creation of an African Monetary Fund and an African Central Bank and to establish the gold dinar as a pan-African currency (Libya has 144 tons of gold with a population of just 6 million, no external debt and $150 billion in cash reserves).
Gaddafi's idea was that African and Muslim nations would join together to create this new currency and use it to purchase oil and other resources to the exclusion of the dollar and other currencies. While a Russia Today report called it "an idea that would shift the economic balance of the world", Gaddafi's plans for a radical financial overhaul of African economies would undoubtedly have sounded the death knell for IMF looting of African economies, not to mention the 'CFA Franc', a colonial currency tied to the Euro and the French central bank and used in twelve formerly French-ruled African countries (hence the unbridled enthusiasm with which the French government joined the fray).
Writing in April 2011 for the London Evening Post, writer Jean-Paul Pougala had this to say about Gaddafi:
"For most Africans, Gaddafi is a generous man, a humanist, known for his unselfish support for the struggle against the racist regime in South Africa. If he had been an egotist, he wouldn't have risked the wrath of the West to help the ANC both militarily and financially in the fight against apartheid. This was why Mandela, soon after his release from 27 years in jail, decided to break the UN embargo and travel to Libya on 23 October 1997.
Mandela didn't mince his words when the former US president Bill Clinton said the visit was an 'unwelcome' one: "No country can claim to be the policeman of the world and no state can dictate to another what it should do." He added, "Those that yesterday were friends of our enemies have the gall today to tell me not to visit my brother Gaddafi, they are advising us to be ungrateful and forget our friends of the past."
Writing in September this year in the Guardian, Julian Borger and Terry Macalister pointed out that Western oil companies had planned to carve up Libyan oil before the so-called 'revolution'. Are we surprised? Is it mere coincidence that the NATO bombing campaign began on the 8th anniversary of the invasion of Iraq? The Egyptian uprising was more or less legitimate based on the psychopathic policies of a real 'brutal dictator' - Hosni Mubarak - who had brought millions of Egyptians to the brink of starvation. And take note how Mubarak was dealt with in comparison to Gaddafi. But no such conditions existed in socialist Libya.
The plain truth is that there was no widespread popular revolution against Gaddafi; there were only ever hired mercenaries, a well-orchestrated Western media campaign, which played out a script dictated to it from start to finish, heavy infiltration by military intelligence agents of the US and European countries, and NATO bombs. Lots of NATO bombs.

Just like I've been saying all along; the "Tea Party" is nothing and controls nothing. There's almost no such thing as a "Tea Party." It was just a few politicians and media figures who decided to call themselves leaders of the Tea Party. It was nothing but a media-created Republican cutout.
****
Critics say both the House and the Senate Tea Party caucuses are simply designed to allow lawmakers to attach their names to them so they can point to their work on behalf of the grass-roots movement when they speak with voters back home. The lack of activity, they say, confirms that suspicion.
“I didn’t want to have to be in a caucus within a caucus,” said Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.), a tea party favorite who is a Steering Committee member but declined to join the tea party group.
Illinois Sen. Mark Kirk, a freshman Republican who served nearly a decade in the House, said there was a lack of enthusiasm in the Senate’s 47-member GOP conference for organizing a Tea Party Caucus.
“On top of that, any caucus is tough,” Kirk said, pointing to the institutional hurdles in a body where the power granted to each senator often makes such groups unnecessary.
On the House side, the Tea Party Caucus has been similarly quiet. The last meeting of the 60-member group occurred in early June, several months after its previous meeting in late February. The group was launched in July 2010 by Rep. Michele Bachmann (R-Minn.) to “ensure the voices of the people are carried through the halls of Congress.”
But “the people” haven’t been able to communicate much with this group since Bachmann turned her attention to the presidential campaign trail. Before returning to Washington on Oct. 12, to vote on free-trade agreements, Bachmann had not voted since Aug. 1, when she voted against the debt ceiling agreement. She missed nearly half of all votes in July.
Iowa Rep. Steve King — a tea party favorite, himself, and close friend of Bachmann — acknowledged that he hasn’t heard a peep out of the House Tea Party Caucus in the past few months.
“The reason for that is Michele Bachmann leads the Tea Party Caucus, and she’s almost 100 percent campaigning for president right now,” King said in a phone interview. But he argued the group carried clout in the House and said it would continue to function whether Bachmann is in Washington or in Iowa.Just like I've been saying all along; the "Tea Party" is nothing and... more

There is something else that goes unrecognized. Few Americans are willing to acknowledge that Occupy Wall Street and the tea party movement are two manifestations of the same explosive American anger at the American government and the modern corporate system.
Both movements blame “the bankers” for what has happened. Both also blame “the politicians in Washington.” They just blame different politicians. The tea party people identify the enemy as liberals, Democrats, mainstream journalists, people who live in Washington, New York and Los Angeles, and are in one way or another in league with banking, international finance and cosmopolitan society.
The OWS people hate “the bankers” whom they identify with greed, financial manipulation (often crooked) and the oppression of the rest of their countrymen. They see their enemies as rightists: the tea party, fundamentalist Protestants, cultural conservatives, Republicans, warmongers, and self-righteous and xenophobic patriots. These days, a lot of them have saved some hate, or grief, for Barack Obama, who, they believe, has betrayed them.
Both sides are obsessed with the other and cannot recognize what they have in common, which is victimization by a finance- and corporate-dominated American business establishment in effective control of the United States government, whose elected officials now are themselves victims of a system of campaign contributions, upon which their careers depend. They have only themselves to blame—politicians of both parties, and their Supreme Court—having deliberately removed all regulation or limit from what is now a fundamentally corrupt electoral finance system. There is something else that goes unrecognized. Few Americans are willing to... more

Red State’s Erick Erickson Creates Occupy Wall Street Alternative ‘We Are The 53 Percent’
Right-wing blogger Erick Erickson has started a “We Are The 53 Percent” Tumblr as a conservative alternative to Occupy Wall Street, referencing the 53% of Americans who pay federal income tax, ostensibly in contrast to the protesters who do not.
Erickson reportedly worked with Josh Trevino, of the conservative Texas Public Policy Foundation, and conservative filmmaker Mike Wilson to launch the site.
53% refers to a statistic that 47% of Americans don’t pay income tax, which has become a popular conservative talking point.
The idea of the “We Are The 53 Percent” Tumblr is that Occupy Wall Street protesters — who call themselves “the 99%” and have their own Tumblr featuring written testimonials from people who have fallen on tough economic times — are those who don’t pay their taxes, and who won’t take personal responsibility for their troubles.
“I would like to point out to these people that I work three jobs, can’t sell my house in this economy, still am paying massive student loans, and somehow or another do not blame Wall Street for my situation,” Erickson wrote in a post on Red State. “In fact, I’m one of the 53% — the 53% of Americans subsidizing these people so they can go hang out on Wall Street to complain.”

Anything to get into Iran. Sorry if I don't believe an administration that says that they weren't aware that they were shipping guns to Mexican terrorists and drug dealers just to see where they'd end up.
The US says it has broken up a plot by agents linked to Iran to assassinate the Saudi ambassador to Washington using explosives.
Two men originally from Iran - one a naturalised US citizen - have been charged with counts of conspiracy, Attorney General Eric Holder said.
The plot was "conceived" in Iran by the Quds force, part of Iran's Revolutionary Guard Corps, he added.
The state department has listed Iran as a "state sponsor" of terror since 1984.
Mr Holder said the alleged plot was a "flagrant violation of US and international law" that had been "conceived, sponsored and directed by Iran".
'Comedy show'
Meanwhile, Iranian foreign ministry spokesman Ramin Mehmanparast told the semi-official Iranian news agency, Fars, that the allegations were "a comedy show fabricated by America".
Iran's official Islamic Republic News Agency called the charges a "propaganda campaign" by the US government against Tehran.Anything to get into Iran. Sorry if I don't believe an administration that says... more

Hmmm, Biden making a surprise presidential bid for the 2012 elections? Vice President Joe Biden is clearly stating what should be the obvious, but people are saying that the Tea Party and occupy Wall Street are protesting different things.
***
Vice President Joe Biden likened the protesters who have camped out on Wall Street in New York City to the tea party movement Thursday, citing anger over the federal program that spent hundreds of millions of dollars to bail out private banks in 2008.
"What is the core of that protest, and why is it increasing in terms of the people it's attracting? The core is the bargain has been breached with the American people," Biden said. "The American people do not think the system is fair or on the level."
"There's a lot in common with the tea party," Biden said at forum in Washington, D.C., when asked about the "Occupy Wall Street" movement. "The tea party started why? TARP. They thought it was unfair -- we were bailing out the big guy."Hmmm, Biden making a surprise presidential bid for the 2012 elections? Vice President... more

Another for the dumbest story of the week.
Al Qaeda tells Iran's President Ahmadinejad to stop questioning 9/11. That's funny because the US government doesn't want anyone questioning 9/11 either.
"Al Qaeda" wants the world to know that they did the attacks and that it wasn't a government conspiracy.

Terrorist organisation's magazine reportedly says it is 'ridiculous' for Iran's president to blame the attacks on the US government
Al-Qaida has sent a message to the Iranian president, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, asking him to stop spreading conspiracy theories about the 9/11 attacks.
Iranian media on Wednesday reported quotes from what appears to be an article published in the latest issue of the al-Qaida English language magazine, Inspire, which described Ahmadinejad's remarks over the 11 September attacks as "ridiculous".
"The Iranian government has professed on the tongue of its president Ahmadinejad that it does not believe that al-Qaida was behind 9/11 but rather, the US government," the article said, according to Iranian media. "So we may ask the question: why would Iran ascribe to such a ridiculous belief that stands in the face of all logic and evidence?"
The al-Qaida article insisted it had been behind the attacks and criticised the Iranian president for discrediting the terrorist group.
"For them, al-Qaida was a competitor for the hearts and minds of the disenfranchised Muslims around the world," said the article published in the Inspire magazine. "Al-Qaida … succeeded in what Iran couldn't. Therefore it was necessary for the Iranians to discredit 9/11 and what better way to do so? Conspiracy theories."Another for the dumbest story of the week.
