Has my time finally come to shine? Will Mr. Gore help the LOCAL IDEAS Non-profit Corporation we have founded? I could become energy self sufficient and even an energy producer with technology to help others do the same on less than 100k of grants or investment to work with. As long as bean counting and money changing brings greater profit than work, I will suffer and so will energy and environmental causes. This story is interesting because the Electric Horse(tm) prototype was built in Nelson Britsh Columbia in 2003. SInce then I have a US patent pending that will finally be examined by USPTO this summer. In this day and age of $4 a gallon gasoline, I have contacted many electric bike manufatures in the USA. Their products are no match for my production prototype design, which is much better looking than the prototype I ride almost every day. Yes their are regulations limiting road use of electric bikes to a geriatric disgrase compared to the techinolgy I have proven. Beside the fact that my bike design can be sold to off road enthusiasts with full power capabilities, the computer controller I use can also be programmed to meet the SS-SUV oil barron restrictions that are killing the electric bike. I'm looking for a partner or investors to get this product to market as soon as possible. I am spent and disappointed in our cruel greed based corporate slime system that only invests in war and oil. A physicist and his biologist son destroyed a common virus using a superfast pulsing laser, without harming healthy cells. The discovery could lead to new treatments for viruses like HIV that have no cure.
"We have demonstrated a technique of using a laser to excite vibrations on the shield of a virus and damage it, so that it's no longer functional," said Kong-Thon Tsen, a professor of physics at Arizona State University.
