James Henry, a freshman running back for the UT Longhorns, was arrested today and charged with felony counts of obstruction and tampering with evidence as well as for allegedly beating up one of the victims of a July robbery committed by 2 of his teammates.
Henry's arrest brings the total number of University of Texas football players have been arrested since June to 6.
3 of the arrests (including today's) were in connection with the July robbery, 2 were for suspicion of driving while intoxicated earlier this summer (I wonder why they just say suspicion - did they not do a breathalyzer to confirm one way or the other?), and the 6th was on drug charges last week.

OJ Simpson arrested in Las Vegas for assault with a weapon, armed robbery and some other stuff.Simpson says he was only going to pick up memorabilia of his that had been stolen from him. 2 thoughts. 1 - might have been a wise choice to leave the gun at home. 2 - if the stuff was stolen from you, did you file a police report?
