The Moray Radiant Energy discovery, using radiations from the cosmos as its power source, gives the greatest amount of energy per pound of equipment of any system known to man. Electrical power through an electric motor or an electric jet far exceeds any form of energy in any engine in the delivery of power. There is no dead center of lost motion in an electric motor no loss of push in an electric jet. Also, the starting torque is much higher in the electrically powered engine than in the combustion engine. Harnessing cosmic energy is the most practical method yet discovered by man, furthermore, it is possible to utilize this vast source of energy from the universe without a prime mover at any point on the earth - on the ground, in the air, on the water, under the water, or even underground. http://www.makeahistory.com/index.php/your-details/43049-the-sea-of-energy-in-which-the-earth-floatsThe Moray Radiant Energy discovery, using radiations from the cosmos as its power... more
Teahupoo, Tahiti is widely known throughout the world of surfing as having the most powerful break on the planet. There are certainly larger waves found breaking at other places in the world, but none that break with such impact and ferocity as found at Teahupoo.
On Aug 27th 2011 during the Billabong Pro waiting period is what many are calling the biggest and gnarliest Teahupoo ever ridden.
Chris Bryan was fortunate enough to be there working for Billabong on a day that will go down in the history of big wave surfing. The French Navy labeled this day a double code red prohibiting and threatening to arrest anyone that entered the water.
Kelly Slater described the day by saying “witnessing this was a draining feeling being terrified for other people’s lives all day long, it’s life or death. Letting go of that rope one time can change your life and not many people will ever experience that in their life.Teahupoo, Tahiti is widely known throughout the world of surfing as having the most... more

Sion Milosky, goofyfoot from Kauai, died today at Maverick's. He was 35. "He had been charging all day," says longtime Mav's filmer Curt Myers. "He was f--king charging, waiting out the back for the super bombs. At approximately 6:00pm today, he took off on a very big wave outside the bowl. "Sion was surfing the place like he owned it, a full inspiration, sitting in a very aggressive spot and catching the ramp into the bowl," longtime Mav's charger Ryan Seelbach explained. "On this particular wave, he was right in the heart of the bowl. He made the drop, got to the bottom, did a bottom turn and the thing just mowed him over. There was no making it to the shoulder on that.
Rest in Peace
