In March 2009 a small asteroid nearly hit earth. Could a larger comet or asteroid hit earth causing a Doomsday event?

Could Swine Flu Influenza cause a world Flu epidemic in people soon? A severe form of Influenza disease seen first in Mexico appears to be a new mix of virus strains that is causing severe respiratory illness. It has been seen in Mexico starting in April 2009, there is a concern that it could spread worldwide and cause a world Flu pandemic similar to in 1918.
Bird Flu has been seen in birds and chickens in recent years in Asia, but so far it has not mutated to become easier to spread between people. But a mutation of the Flu virus could occur that could result in a deadly world pandemic. Recent crop circles in the U.K. seem to be about a giant solar flare occurring soon.
And a prophecy of the Bible Book of Revelation and also Isaiah in the Old Testament on the possibility of a giant solar flare scorching the earth with great heat.
The sun seems to not be following its normal cycle, where there are very few sunspots over the last year, so an unusual solar flare is possible.

This summer Native American youth and at-risk teens are repairing the ecosystem along a Lake Superior beach, built dozens of Mason Bee houses including some to be placed at the U.S. National Gardens in D.C.; Native American teens this month are helping build a greenhouse for native species plants on the Keweenaw Bay Indian Community reservation.

In 1948, the fig tree or Israel began to put forth leaves, so to speak, and Jesus said that generation would see ‘all these things’ fulfilled.
The Bible said that pivotal event in history would take place simultaneously with the birth of a revived Roman Empire . A unified Europe looks back to its’ foundation as January 1, 1948.
It said an apostate world religion would develop at the same time. Revelation 13:11 describes this religious system as “having two horns like a lamb” -- symbols of Christianity. The World Council of Churches was born in 1948.
It predicts that global political system will co-exist with a global economy. The World Trade Organization -- a trade organization empowered to regulate the global economy with the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade, enacted by the UN in 1948.
The Bible predicted that global economy will fall under the control of a single individual who will be able to regulate commerce down to the individual level -- “That no man might buy or sell” -Rev 13:17.
In 1948 Bell Labs invented the transistor chip, signaling the official birth of the Computer Age.
That final age would be marked by 'rumors of war' - Matt 24:7. The ultimate 'rumor of war' was the Cold War. It began with the Berlin Airlift of 1948. The Soviet collapse was a direct result of the cost of fighting the Cold War. The ongoing decline of US influence in the world is also related to the costs of that 'war'. The power vacuum left by the simultaneous decline of each of these great powers is being filled by Europe , just as the Bible predicted.
Earthquakes began to show a marked increase in size, scope and intensity in 1948. The modern period of ethnos against ethnos can be traced to the death of colonialism beginning in 1948. Increasing 'pestilence' or deadly disease, can be traced to 1948. Economic 'kingdoms' began with the first multinational corporations in 1948.
Legislation passed by the UN in 1948 like the UDHR and the UNCPR function today as the legal cornerstones of our developing globalist worldview and the disintegration of US Constitutional guarantees.
The decline in morality -- worldwide -- can arguably be placed at the feet of the current trend of devaluing human life to the degree that legislation permitting abortion and euthanasia are evidences of an 'advanced' society.

In October of 1999 , As Jewish settlers in 15 Israeli settlements on the West Bank were evicted from covenant land at the urging of the US, the the same day the Dow Jones Industrial averages lost 5.7 percent and on n October 15th the Dow lost another 266 points, and a hurricane slammed into North Carolina. The next day, October 16, 1999 the fifth most powerful earthquake in the 20th Century, rocked the U.S..The quake was centered near Joshua Tree, California and was felt in three states.
In June of 2001, President George Bush Jr. sent CIA director George Tenet to Israel to attempt to implement the Mitchell Plan, a plan calling for among other things, cessation of new building in the Jewish settlements. George Bush Jr. pledged to stay out of the peace negotiations between Israel and the Palestinians, but shortly into his administration, he changed his mind On the same day that Tenet met with Israeli and Palestinian officials, tropical storm Allison formed in the Gulf of Mexico and moved over Texas, the President's home state, and dropped over twenty-eight inches of rain over the Houston area alone, causing over $4 billion dollars in damage. The storm then moved to Florida and up the east coast causing damage as far as Pennsylvania. Meteorologists claimed Allison was one of the worst tropical storms in history.

In February 2004 there was a earthquake measuring 5 on the Richter scale in the Jordan Rift Valley. It shook Israel and the surrounding area and caused a crack to appear in the ceiling of the Knesset building half an hour before the Israeli cabinet was scheduled to meet to discuss pulling all Jews out of the Gaza Strip and handing the territory over to the Palestinians. Staff in the Israeli Knesset thought a large bomb had gone off. The nearby Temple Mount literally sits along the fault line that runs through the Jordan rift. The hurricane is moving at breakneck speed and hits the U.S. coast and stalls causing continuous devastation.
On September 28 1998 as the hurricane stalls, Clinton meets with Yasser Arafat and Netanyahu at the White House to finalize this land deal. The rain and flooding in Texas continued until October 22 and then subsided. The floods ravaged 25 percent of Texas and left over a billion dollars in damage. On October 21st President Clinton declared this section of Texas a major disaster area.
On November 30 1998, Yasser Arafat came to Washington DC again to meet with President Clinton to raise money for a Palestinian State. The goal was to have Jerusalem as the capital. A total of 42 nations were represented in Washington. All the nations agreed to give Arafat and the Palestinians more than $3 billion in aid. On February 28, 1993, ATF agents in National Guard helicopters zoomed in on the Branch Davidians' church and home, Mount Carmel Center, they did so with guns blazing, just like an American raid on a Vietnamese village. Bill and Hilary Clinton, Janet Reno and Democratic presidential candisate, General Wesley Clark who supplied the Army tanks, were responsible for the deaths of more than 74 men, women and children who died in the inferno, including twelve children younger than five years of age. David Koresh's unarmed father-in-law, who stood with him at the front door of the church while the unarmed Koresh begged ATF agents to back off, was killed by gunfire from ATF agents on the ground. The agents shot wildly and threw grenades at the building for more than an hour, even as Davidians called "911" to beg for a ceasefire. ATF snipers later killed one Davidian as he tried to reenter Mount Carmel to join his family.
At dawn on April 19, 1993, and throughout the morning, tanks rammed holes in the main building and pumped (in the FBI's words) "massive amounts" of CS gas into the building, despite knowing that inside were more than a dozen children. The tanks demolished parts of the compound and created tunnels for the wind to blow through. The buildings at this point were saturated with inflammable CS gas and spilled kerosene. ...Around midday two U.S. military pyrotechnic devices were fired into the main building, igniting a fire which (because of the holes in the walls allowed the wind to gust through) spread rapidly through the complex of buildings and became an inferno and more than 74 men, women and children died. Fire trucks were prevented by the FBI from approaching the inferno. After the compound had burned down the ATF flag was hoisted aloft to signify 'victory'. The local sheriff investigated and found no basis for complaints against the Branch Davidians. According to him these were law-abiding American citizens.
