Fox News host Bill O’Reilly declared Monday evening that hatred for pro-life advocates is stronger in America than for gay people.
In a discussion about social issues, regular O’Reilly guest Bernie Goldberg condemned “the bigotry on the right” for attacking Ellen DeGeneres’ and the LGBT community.
“Reasonable people may disagree on gay marriage, that’s fine,” Goldberg said. “But to call on someone’s dismissal to be fired, to lose her job, because she’s gay, is bigotry. And I don’t care how many people listening to us right now don’t like that, it’s bigotry.”
But O’Reilly felt later on that another group received far more animosity throughout the nation.
“The bigotry against pro-life people is I think way more than the bigotry against gay people,” he said. “Particularly in the media because the media supports gay people in this country.”

I hear this constant bitching about the assault on Religion here in the United States. When in fact it's the Religious assault on the rest of us is the problem. If you want to believe in the invisible Man Or Woman in the Sky thats your private right to do. Give me a break there has never been an assault on Religion in the schools, because there has never been the right to pray in school. You can't make this shit up, always with the hating of Gays and other Religions has slowly eroded your believers away from the Church. Didn't Jesus say to pray in private and keep it to yourself? All though Birth Control wasn't even mentioned in the Bible, you have to attack Planed Parenthood relentlessly. I get it, you don't favor ABORTION, then don't get an abortion. In fact only 3% of Planed Parenthood's business is abortion, paid for in donations not government funds. Jesus H Christ stay the hell out of everyones business, the recent assault by the Breast Cancer Organization Susan B Komen (On Planed Parenthood) is more proof of the ever creeping exhibit of Religion on our society. Then there is that Church from Kansas that loves to show up and protest against Homosexual's and dead Soldiers Funerals, can't you see how narrow minded that is? A Soldier that died defending your Religious FREEDOM, and you want to make a mockery of his or hers funeral? You people are absolutely NUTS! There is NO ASSAULT on your Religion, your preoccupation with what goes on in other people bedrooms is to say the least retarded!I hear this constant bitching about the assault on Religion here in the United States.... more

Allen West tells liberals and President Obama to, “get the hell out of the United States of America.”
When I heard and saw this on the Martin Bashir show… Let me tell you, even in these times of pure hateful INSANITY, I was taken aback. Now the sorry-ass Tea Party legislators have gone too far.
It’s one thing for Gov. Jan Brewer to shake her long boney finger in President Obama's face but to actually verbalize the Tea Party hatred by telling our President and all us Liberals to GET THE HELL OUT OF AMERICA is so far over the top, it's in outer-space right near Newt Gingrich's Moon Colony.
Hey HITLER (Allen West), in case you weren’t aware… It’s not just your America, IT ALSO BELONGS TO THE SANE PEOPLE WHO LIVE HERE ALSO! President Obama is the leader of the free world; he deserves our respect but you are too FREAKEN despicable and beyond contempt to ever get that straight in your teeny tiny little brain.
BTHOM that these very UGLY AMERICANS are in lead positions, it’s not the meek who will inherent the earth anymore… More like; THE STUPID WILL INHERENT THE EARTH. Not just mind-blowing but also very, very horrifying. Please watch the video of this moron, Allen West telling, we who think, to get the hell out of America. thinkingblue
PS: Jim Moran (D-VA) may conjure up benign reasons why the Tea Party Leaders act like hateful bastards but we all know or should know that they are the Shills for Corporate America. I hope someday they will all get voted out of office. They do not belong in leadership roles. They can't lead; they can only incite and try to dismantle the middle class. And their attempts at character assassination should be against the law.
Wise Old Saying: "What goes around, comes around."
"What you do or say today will come back to you in the future."
Let us all hope this will become a reality for these selfish hateful people who care only for themselves. They really should be pitied.Allen West tells liberals and President Obama to, “get the hell out of the... more

OSU Football Player Asks Twitter Followers to “Show Some Hate” To An Atheist
.
Hate, as an emotion, can be a very powerful motivator for both good and bad. The hatred of racism has helped propel civil rights. The hatred of sexism has helped propel women’s suffrage. When one sees hate fuel good things, it is usually hate directed at an unjust or cruel idea or social norm.
It is the hatred of the other kind that concerns most of us: hatred toward people, especially when manifested physically, such as the brutal beatings of homosexuals, lynching of black southerners during the Civil Rights era, etc. This is the type of hate that normally brings about bad things. History is certainly rife with examples.
Everyone is perfectly free to hate anyone they want. But when someone directs hate at an individual or group of people or asks others to “bring the hate” or “visit the hate” upon someone else, then one’s freedom of thought is now a physical manifestation of and subject to criticism, laws, and the appropriate consequences and repercussions associated with the physical action or manifestation.
We have a prime example of this at The Ohio State University: the difference between hating someone and bringing the hate upon someone. OSU football player Jake Russell (#21, punter) tweeted late night on January 24th, “my roommate max rouse (look him up on Facebook) is an atheist, please show him some hate.”
The tweet was deleted later on by Mr. Russell, but not before it was captured for the entire world to see Mr. Russell’s bigotry on display (see image above). Why did Mr. Russell want his 1,400+ followers to show some hate to an atheist? And what exactly does it mean to “show hate?”
Clearly concerned about the well being of Mr. Rouse, the screen capture was emailed to OSU Vice President of Student Life, Javaune Adams-Gaston. Mrs. Adams-Gaston assured American Atheists (via Greg Lammers, our Missouri State Director, who saw and reported the tweet) that the school will investigate the matter immediately. Thank you to Mrs. Adams-Gaston and The Ohio State University for not sitting idly by while this happens.
As for Mr. Russell, we hope sir that no one ever asks anyone else to show you some hate. We hope that one day you will learn the pluralism that exists at your school and in your future places of employment and residence. If anything happens to Mr. Rouse, you will be directly responsible for instigating such action and inciting someone else to violence or harassment. Mr. Russell has brought dishonor to his team and to his school. He has disgraced himself by displaying his bigotry in public. In a way we owe Mr. Russell an thank you for displaying his bigotry so we now know to be wary of him and his possible actions.
To Mr. Rouse, may we point you to The Ohio State University Students for Freethought on campus, an affiliate of the Secular Student Alliance. May you find like-minded friends there, where we can practically guarantee no one will “show you some hate.”

Earlier this week, Rick Santorum, his wife, Karen, and their oldest daughter, Elizabeth, were all talking about how much Rick “loves gay people” and that his opposition to our right to marry is a “policy difference.” Karen then added to the obscenity of this utter claptrap by suggesting that gay activists were being “backyard bullies” in our attacks on her husband and his policies.
Karen, we need to talk. And by that, I mean that I need to talk and you need to listen.
You love your husband — I get that. You love your faith — fine by me. But when you pretend that hate is love, that lies are truth, and that victims are oppressors, you have become inane.
So yes, we are calling him what he is: a sanctimonious bigot who believes that we are dangerous, sick, and evil. We are telling the truth about his vision and his beliefs about us. That is NOT bullying, it's about saving our own lives. Your husband would erase the landmark and life-saving changes we have seen over the past few years, and revisit the hell of a government that does not see us as fully human. Given what so many of my brothers and sisters live through daily, you calling us bullies is contemptible.
It did not have to be this way. Many people of faith truly and authentically do love the LGBT people in their lives. They also love fairness and equality and inclusion. They do not live in fear of those who are different. My mom was such a person, and I am sure you could have been too.
In some ways, it’s very sad. In another two or three months, the cameras will be gone, and the press will not care about you or Rick. The march of justice will continue, leaving you and your family a forgotten footnote on the wrong side of history.

This was a letter posted on Daily Kos by one of its members. It was so, to the point, that I felt a need to circulate it around a little more thus this post. It is a rant to all those who like to refer to themselves as members of the Tea Party and their GOP leaders. The GOP has such an easy task when it comes to adapting people's minds to vote for them; Spread hate and they will be yours, is their message and it has worked for more years than I like to remember. Let's stop the hate and bring on common-sense solutions to all our problems. I say ALL because we are ALL the same regardless of what the Republicans would like us to believe. thinkingblue
An open letter to the people who hate Obama more than they love America
By MinistryOfTruth DailyKos
I meet you all the time. You hate Obama. You hate gay people. You hate black people, immigrants, Muslims, labor unions, women who want the right to make choices concerning their bodies, you hate em all. You hate being called racist. You hate being called a bigot. Maybe if you talked about creating jobs more than you talk about why you hate gay people we wouldn't call you bigots. Maybe if you talked about black people without automatically assuming they are on food stamps while demanding their birth certificates we wouldn't call you racist. You hate socialism and social justice. You hate regulations and taxes and spending and the Government. You hate.
You like war. You like torture. You like Jesus. I don't know how in the hell any of that is compatible, but no one ever accused you haters of being over-committed to ideological consistency. You like people who look like you or at least hate most of the things that you hate. You hate everything else.
Now, I know you profess to love our country and the founding fathers (unless you are reminded that they believed in the separation of church and state), but I need to remind you that America is NOT what Fox News says it is. America is a melting pot, it always has been. We are a multi-cultural amalgamation of all kinds of people, and yet you still demonize everyone who is not a rich, white, heterosexual christian male or his submissive and obedient wife.
You hate liberals, moderates, hell, anyone who disagrees with Conservative dogma as espoused by Fox News and Rush Limbaugh. You hate em.
Well, here are the facts, Jack. If you hate the Government then you are unqualified to manage it. If you hate gay people more than you love America than you should take your own advice and get the hell out. There are several countries that are openly hostile to gay people, but they are full of brown people and you don't like them much either from what I understand. It looks like you are screwed, but that's not what I am here to tell you. more here http://ministryoftruth.dailykos.com/This was a letter posted on Daily Kos by one of its members. Pat Buchanan on Tuesday blamed “militant gay rights groups” and former Obama administration official Van Jones for a campaign to oust him from his commentator gig at MSNBC.
MSNBC President Phil Griffin suggested last week that the former Republican presidential candidate had been indefinitely suspended from MSNBC after the publication of his book “Suicide of a Superpower,” which contains chapters titled “The End of White America” and “The Death of Christian America.”
“The reports of my suspension are highly overrated,” Buchanan chuckled to Sean Hannity Tuesday. “In November, I had a medical condition, shakes, fever, chills, and I was in the hospital for 11 days, and pretty big hit. … There’s been no formal notification of anything like that.”
“Look, for a long period of time, the hard left, militant gay rights groups, militant — they call themselves civil rights groups, but I’m not sure they’re concerned about civil rights — people of color, Van Jones, these folks and others have been out to get Pat Buchanan off TV and deny him speeches, get his column canceled,” Buchanan noted, speaking about himself in the third person.
“This has been done for years and years and years. And it’s the usual suspects doing the same thing again. But my view is you write what you believe to be the truth.”
In an email to supporters on Tuesday, Color of Change, an organization co-founded by Jones, credited the more than 275,000 members who signed a petition demanding MSNBC fire Buchanan.
“This is a huge victory for everyone who cares about keeping hateful, racially divisive rhetoric and misinformation out of the mainstream media,” the group wrote.

A regular MSNBC contributor says people should stop beating around the bush and just call Rick Santorum what he is.
In a discussion on Tuesday about who would win the Iowa caucuses, United Republic senior strategist Jimmy Williams lashed out at the Republican presidential candidate for being “a homophobe and a bigot.”
“I find it utterly fascinating when white people think they know how black people think,” Williams explained, referring to a recent controversy where Santorum said he didn’t “want to make black people’s lives better by giving them” welfare.
“I find it absolutely fascinating when men think they know how to tell women what to do with their bodies,” Williams added. “What in God’s name are these people thinking?”
“This is taken completely out of context,” conservative political commentator S.E. Cupp objected. “He talks about how conservative social policies are better for white people and for black people.”
“I take great offense to that as a gay man making plenty of money,” Williams interrupted. “I can’t go raise a kid as well as a mom and a dad can?”
“That’s not what he — you’re taking things out of context,” Cupp insisted.
“That’s what he says all the time!” Williams shot back. “Rick Santorum is a homophobe and a bigot. Let’s call it what it is.”
“He absolutely isn’t!” Cupp exclaimed. “He talks about the economics of these policies and these social issues that we talk about. It’s so theoretical without ties to anything concrete. That’s what he does.”
MSNBC host Alex Wagner pointed out that in his latest remarks, Santorum was “singling out black folks in particular.”
“What it speaks to is a contention and an idea in the back of some people the Republican Party’s heads, which is: ‘The people taking from the makers are people of color and they don’t deserve these handouts anymore,’” she said.
“Well, that is not Rick Santorum’s point,” Cupp replied. “I know him well. That is not his belief.”
Speaking to Fox News host Sean Hannity Monday night, Santorum said that he condemned “all forms of racism.”
“[T]here’s nobody who has done more as a Republican in the United States Senate to bring African Americans into the party,” he explained. “Go ask J.C. Watts. Ask Michael Steele. I’ve worked with historically black colleges. I’ve done a ton of stuff. This is just someone trying to cause trouble.”

GOP presidential candidate Ron Paul has commented on the emotional testimony of a man who explained how Dr. Paul came to his rescue when know one else would purely because his wife was white and he was black.
The video, released this week not by the Paul campaign but by independent supporters, features James Williams explaining how close to forty years ago Ron Paul was the only physician who would help him when his pregnant wife became sick.
Mr Williams of Matagorda County, Texas, says he believes no one would come to his aid and deliver the couple’s child “because of the difference, me being black and her being white”.
Mr Williams then explains how Ron Paul stepped in and took care of his wife and even dealt with the medical expenses after the baby was tragically stillborn.
Appearing on the Jan Mickelson radio show, Paul, was clearly emotional when the audio of the piece was played back to him.
Commenting on the video, Paul said “I’m amazed that they found that. If you’d have asked me to go back and find somebody like that I wouldn’t know.”
Explaining that although he does not recall the specifics of the incident, Paul added that he found it humbling to know how grateful Mr Williams is.

WASHINGTON – Rep. Ron Paul has tried since 2001 to disavow racist and incendiary language published in Texas newsletters that bore his name, denying he wrote them and even walking out of an interview on CNN Wednesday. But he vouched for the accuracy of the writings and admitted writing at least some of the passages when first asked about them in an interview in 1996.
Some issues of the newsletters included racist, anti-Israel or anti-gay comments, including a 1992 newsletter in which he said 95% of black men in Washington "are semi-criminal or entirely criminal."
Paul told TheDallas Morning News in 1996 that the contents of his newsletters were accurate but needed to be taken in context. Wednesday, he told CNN he didn't write the newsletters and didn't know what was in them.
Paul, who leads polls in Iowa leading up to the caucuses there on Jan. 3, published a series of newsletters while he was out of Congress in the 1980s and 1990s called The Ron Paul Political Report, Ron Paul's Freedom Report, The Ron Paul Survival Report and The Ron Paul Investment Letter.
In 1996, Paul told TheDallas Morning News that his comment about black men in Washington came while writing about a 1992 study by the National Center on Incarceration and Alternatives, a criminal justice think tank in Virginia.
Paul cited the study and wrote: "Given the inefficiencies of what DC laughingly calls the criminal justice system, I think we can safely assume that 95 percent of the black males in that city are semi-criminal or entirely criminal."
"These aren't my figures," Paul told the Morning News. "That is the assumption you can gather from the report."
Nor did Paul dispute in 1996 his 1992 newsletter statement that said,"If you have ever been robbed by a black teenaged male, you know how unbelievably fleet of foot they can be."
'I didn't write them.'
Now, Paul says he had nothing to do with the contents of the newsletters published in his name.
"Why don't you go back and look at what I said yesterday on CNN and what I've said for 20-something years, 22 years ago?" Paul said on CNN Wednesday. "I didn't write them. I disavow them. That's it." Paul then removed his microphone and abruptly ended the interview.

Leaders of an anti-gay conservative Christian organization on Tuesday endorsed Republican presidential candidate Rick Santorum ahead the upcoming Iowa caucuses.
The Family Leader CEO Bob Vander Plaats said that while his organization would not endorse a candidate at this time, he could personally Santorum because the former Pennsylvania senator was the “champion for the family” who is the best position to beat President Barack Obama.
Earlier this year, Santorum, Rick Perry and Michele Bachmann all signed The Family Leader’s pledge, agreeing to opposes same sex marriage, oppose Sharia law and ban “all forms of pornography.”
“Everything he brought back to the family,” Vander Plaats said during his endorsement of Santorum Tuesday. “He has been a stalwart and a soldier for the sanctity of human life, and God’s design for the family and one man, one woman marriage.”
“I believe Rick Santorum comes from us,” the conservative leader added. “Just not to us, he comes from us. He’s one of us.”
Chuck Hurley, head of The Family Leader’s Iowa Family Policy Center, who also endorsed Santorum Tuesday, said that his group had gotten death threats from supporters of other GOP candidates.
“I do regret that one erstwhile friend and culture warrior has threatened to — quote — ‘burn Bob’s body, drag it through the street and hang it from a bridge’ — unquote — if Bob doesn’t endorse who that person wants him to endorse,” Hurley explained, refusing to name the supporter or their preferred candidate.
“What sold me on Rick Santorum?” Hurley continued. “He meets and exceeds the biblical qualifications.”
Soon after launching The Family Leader’s pledge in July, Vander Plaats was caught on video praising a joke that used the word “fag” in the punchline.
“You know what my wife says?” an attendee at an event in Audubon asked Vander Plaats. “She says: Iowa, the state where you can’t smoke a fag, but you can marry one.”
“Oh shoot, that’s pretty good,” Vander Plaats replied. “That’s pretty good.”

The Israeli newspaper Haaretz mysteriously removed from its website an article exposing atrocious Israeli racism against black people just hours after it was published.
The article by David Sheen – a copy of which was made by The Electronic Intifada before Haaretz deleted it – reported on a rally by Israeli Jews on Sunday in Tel Aviv against African immigrants, demanding that they be sent home because Israel is a “Jewish state.” The rally was addressed by Michael Ben-Ari, a member of the Israeli parliament from the National Union party which also favors expelling Palestinians.
The deleted article stated:
The demonstrators chanted “The people demand the expulsion of the infiltrators,” “We have come to expunge the darkness,” and “Tel Aviv is for Jews, Sudan is for Sudanese.”
Ben Ari criticized Prime Minister Netanyahu for allowing African migrants to remain in the county after they had already entered in recent years. He called Netanyahu’s cabinet “the blackest government ever for Tel Aviv.”
Shocking video of hate rally
Video taken at the rally and posted on YouTube by Sheen, shows some of the vile racism, including by Knesset member Michael Ben-Ari.
Protesters can be heard chanting such slogans as, “Sudanese to Sudan, Tel Aviv is for Jews” and “Their place is in Sudan, not here. This is a Jewish state!”
“Restrict their movements”
Ben-Ari then praised the mayor of the Red Sea port city of Eilat for his alleged harsh treatment of Africans. The mayor, Ben-Ari said, “is doing a great job with the Africans there. I only wish we did the same here in Tel Aviv. He doesn’t allow them to attend schools, he restricts their movements, he knows what to do.”
Africans ‘bad for property values’
“Disgusting! Why should my son go to school with 30 Sudanese in a class?”
The same woman adds, “Let’s see you take them back home to your neighborhood and then we’ll see you complain that your property values are dropping.”The Israeli newspaper Haaretz mysteriously removed from its website an article... more

GOP presidential candidate Mitt Romney had an interesting exchange with a gay veteran at a New Hampshire diner Monday morning.
According to The Boston Globe, 63-year-old Vietnam vet Bob Garon asked the former Massachusetts if he would support a repeal of the state allowing same sex marriage.
“I believe marriage is between a man and a woman,” Romney replied. “That’s my view.”
Garon was upset by Romney’s answer, explaining to the GOP candidate the troubles married gay veterans face.
“If two men get married, apparently a veteran’s spouse would not be entitled to any burial benefits or medical benefits or anything that the serviceman has devoted his time and effort to his country,” he told Romney. “And you just don’t support equality in terms of same-sex marriage?”
After Romney said “we apparently disagree,” Garon further showed his displeasure.
“It’s good to know how you feel,” he said. “That you do not believe that everyone is entitled to their constitutional rights.”
Romney instantly replied back to Garon’s opinion.
“No, actually, I think at the time the Constitution was written it was pretty clear that marriage is between a man and a woman,” he said. “And I don’t believe the Supreme Court has changed that.”
What has changed however is Romney’s position on another issue. While running for the Senate in 1994, he told a gay newspaper that same sex marriage was a “state issue as you know – the authorization of marriage on a same-sex basis falls under state jurisdiction.”
Garon told The Boston Globe afterwards that Romney’s chances at winning were doomed.
“The guy ain’t going to make it,” he said of Romney. “He is not going to make it. You can’t trust him. I just saw it in his eyes. I judge a man by his eyes.”

A shocking video of a gay student being beaten at Union-Scioto High School in Chillicothe, Ohio, has surfaced reports Channel 6 WSYX news.
In the clip, which was filmed on a cell phone and then posted to Facebook, the attacker, who has not been named, can be seen waiting for the gay student, who wishes to remain anonymous, in a classroom.
Once the student arrives, the bully begins severely beating "the holy living crap out of him," says his mother.
Even though the boy tried to get away and asked "Why are you doing this?" the attack continued.
WSYX reports the student received a possible concussion and a chipped tooth.
The student also says that the perpetrator wrote "Check out the definition of a faggot" on his Facebook page two days earlier.
The attacker received three days suspension, but the mother of the gay student says that is not good enough and she is going to file charges.
She added, "For all those people that have hate in their hearts, they need to let it go because people are going to be who they are."
Anti-LGBT bullying is, sadly, not a new phenomenon and despite a very public outcry in recent months, it continues to rear it tragic, ugly head.
In recent weeks two students, Jamey Rodemeyer and Jamie Hubley, both committed suicide after being subjected to bullying because of their sexuality.
Towleroad adds:
"An anti-bullying bill is pending in Ohio's legislature. Ohio House Bill 208 would add sexual orientation, gender identity, and other enumerated protections to Ohio’s anti-bullying law without changing the general prohibition against any bullying or harassment. Proponents of the bill are seeking testimony in the House Education Committee, according to Equality Ohio, but the bill has not been a priority of the committee."A shocking video of a gay student being beaten at Union-Scioto High School in... more

(CBS) Do gay doctors pose a threat to hospitalized kids? Linda Harvey apparently thinks so. On a recent broadcast, the conservative Christian radio host urged parents to "think long and hard" about whether kids should be cared for by hospital workers who "proclaim a homosexual lifestyle."
PICTURES - OK to be gay? Regional acceptance of same sex relations
To make her point, Harvey offered isteners a scenario: "Let's say your 11-year-old has broken her leg rather badly and needs to be in the hospital a few days. Which would you prefer - a nurse who's proud of her lesbianism, who has rainbow identifiers on her work clothing, or a nurse who does not?"
Just who is Linda Harvey? She's a Columbus, Ohio-based former executive of Ohio State University Hospitals and the founder of a "Christian pro-family organization" called Mission:America, according to the organization's website.
On the Oct. 18 broadcast, Harvey acknowledged that gay health-care workers can be competent and might be the best bet in a medical emergency. But she urged parents to pick a pediatrician very carefully. In addition, she said parents should consider writing a letter to the pediatrician saying that if a child must be hospitalized, then he/she will not be treated by gay workers.
"For routine in-hospital care where contact with your child would be required," she continued, "your values should be respected."
