You may recall a previous article we posted about a nifty little product in beta design called BudTrap. BudTrap’s sole purpose is to keep your iPod earphones untangled, make them easier to use and keep loose wires from flopping about. Well, the folks at BudTrap have since performed an overhaul on the BudTrap beta design, making it simpler to use and compatible with even more devices.

Someone asked that question when the tiny shuffle came out, so we tried it. Well, we didn't, but we found someone who did: The very sweet sword-swallower Heather Holiday, from the Coney Island Circus.
Heather is a professional sword swallower. Someone with no gag reflex—or better said, trained to suppress it while swallowing 36-inch long solid steel swords down her throat. No tricks, no smoke and mirrors. She's the real deal. I saw her swallow an entire—and very large—soup spoon with my own eyes in a second. She didn't even blinked. She gobbled it down like I eat maple-syrup-bathed buttermilk pancakes.Someone asked that question when the tiny shuffle came out, so we tried it. Well, we... more

SEATTLE — Apple Inc. unveiled a minuscule new iPod Shuffle on Wednesday that takes its "smaller is better" mantra to a whole new level.
The third-generation Shuffle, a slim aluminum rectangle less than 2 inches long, takes up about half as much space as the previous version even as it doubles music storage space to 4 gigabytes. To achieve such a tiny form, Apple had to remove most of the buttons from the body of the $79 device and build them into the headphone cord instead.
"Smaller has tended to work very well for us," said Greg Joswiak, a marketing vice president at Apple.
The trade-off for a sub-$100 Shuffle always has been the lack of a screen to visually navigate the music stored on the device. The first-generation Shuffle, which launched in 2005, could hold about 240 songs, arguably not enough to warrant a screen.
Do you think this is going to do well in the market today, during the recession? Will it a) be successful because its cheaper or b) not do as well since everyone should already have one by now?SEATTLE — Apple Inc. unveiled a minuscule new iPod Shuffle on Wednesday that... more

Apple released a new iPod that can TALK! to the users. well talk in terms that it can give u the name fo the song, artist and the album of the son the listener is listening to.
But the marvelous thing about this device is that its smaller then the previous Shuffle, but even then it holds a memory of 4 GB! (that's around 1000 songs)!

When the Apple store goes down, it can only mean one of two things, either it's Armageddon time or they're updating. Thankfully yesterday, they were updating!
And what is in this wonderful update I hear you ask. The brand spanking new Ipod Shuffle 4GB, which has a host of new features over its predecessor.
Its main new feature is that it can now take commands via your voice, i.e tell it to skip track 3 and it will, in theory. But getting one won't be the start of a one-sided relationship, this little baby can talk back to you! It'll tell you status information (battery life etc) and maybe even tell you how damned sexy you're looking today. To further fuel the Mac vs. PC debate, they've even got different voices for each system, presumably a geeky voice for the PCs and some sultry lady voice for the Macheads.
I've gotta admit, this looks super sexy and it's absolutely tiny. Check out the link for some comparative shots against a house key. When the Apple store goes down, it can only mean one of two things, either it's... more

Microsoft is offering iPod nanos, shuffles, and touches as prizes to promote their Live Search in Australia. Microsoft is working through a joint venture in Australia with Nine Network, ninemsn, for Internet search.
Microsoft said that using a competitor's products in this way is frowned upon. However, the Zune is not available in Australia.
