Azzarello weaves his tale together with a common theme. The brilliant, ambiguous ending serves to emphasise the cold truth that the Joker, this ghastly, purest of evils, will always exist in one form or another, and it is the hero’s - the Batman’s - duty to fight, rather than defeat, it. That Joker is able to close its character-driven narrative with such a strong finale is hugely impressive. This web exclusive kinda reminds me of a mix of Red Dwarf, Boosh and Spaced in different scenes. The tiny budgeted series is titled Beast Hunters and goes after the horror sci fi comedy tracks, while being filled with familiar faces.

Promo to the finale of the Lost series, it's almost over and even with deflating excited, this episode should be a must watch for many Losties. I have at times in my life been strangely obsessed with that which makes us laugh.
In college I wrote a ninety page thesis on the way that people use humor in their daily lives. I just found a box of books from that era, so I've rekindled my interest with this ongoing series in humor studies.
Today we will be discussing appropriate incongruity as it is understood in Elliott Oring's 2003 book Engaging Humor.
