Every year Victoria’s Secret make a fabulous super-expensive bra for the Autumn Lingeire show. Last year Gisele Bundchen was honored to wear a perfect lingerie invention but this year it’s Marisa Miller who’s been chosen for the mission.

The Black Eyed Peas will be the sole musical guest on the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show. Of course, that’s why I’ll be watching. And I used to read Playboy for the articles. The show will feature top supermodels wearing scanty lingerie, but I’m there for the music, man.
 In addition to a great deal of flesh, a $3 million Harlequin Fantasy Bra will also be on display.
Frankly, though that doesn’t interest me. I’ll consider myself lucky if I have a chance to hear will.i.am pontificate along the lines of: “We are in the middle of a really defining time right now. It’s the end of the traditional era of how we experience music and media.”
To which I can only add: huh?

Both Frederick’s of Hollywood and Victoria’s Secret are launching new lingerie lines that are targeting consumers outside their usual demographic.

Frederick's will be using its wholesale division's Movie Star and Cinema brands to target women ages 16 to 24 years old with a line of intimate apparel that's a little tamer than the styles typically associated with the Frederick's brand. The idea is this age group may feel bored by the usual cotton nighties, but may not ready for a risqué teddy.

There’s a void in [retail for] "tamer" intimate apparel that still has a "sassy and sexy" edge, says President and CEO Linda LoRe. The Cinema and Movie Star brands will draw from the Frederick’s heritage. Some pieces can even be worn as outerwear for a “flirtier, sexier” look, LoRe says.

Victoria's Secret's Pink division, which caters to younger women, also will have a Wear Everywhere bra, which will be promoted with a "buy two for $32" offer. The company hopes this will coax consumers to stock up on basics. Then, while they're shopping for everyday, perhaps they will also buy some of the higher-margin items...

Winter cold has already affected most of us and made us forget about perfect light clothes.
Of course nowadays designers have created plenty of garments to wear in winter that look stylish and modern.
But what about lingerie? Do you really want to don those terrible pieces which are in no doubt warm but look horrible?
As for me, I don’t think it’s a good idea. Besides, now we have a new lingerie set by Victoria’s Secret that is beautiful enough and keeps warm.
