When a Swedish dope smoker's TV started talking to him and his girlfriend appeared to turn into a dolphin, he decided it was time to lodge a complaint. The befuddled 26-year-old went to his local police station to complain about the low quality of the hash he had been sold. He told officers he suspected it had been laced with LSD or some other psychedelic substance, and wanted it tested, the Local reports.

Guardia Civil from the Organised Crime and Drugs Team in Almeria have seized two tonnes of hashish and arrested 12 people, aged between 19 and 52, charged with crimes against public health and illegal association.
The operation, codenamed Germen, began last September and in October, a shipment of almost 2,000 kilos of hashish was intercepted at El Bello Rincon cove resulting in the arrest of two people.

Afghan police working with British special forces have uncovered a drugs stash of 237 tonnes of hashish.
Afghan and British officials say they believe it to be the world's biggest seizure of drugs in terms of weight.
The drugs were found hidden in trenches in Kandahar province on Monday. The haul was so large that British jets bombed it to destroy the hashish.

Officials say they have uncovered 260 tons of marijuana in a massive drug bust in southern Afghanistan.
The drugs are estimated to be worth more than $400 million and were BURNED on site.
British Capt. Mike Finney, a NATO spokesman, confirms that amount was found and says a trench some 6 feet deep had been dug out by a bulldozer and filled with bags of marijuana. The trench was covered by foliage to camouflage it.
