We actually didn't vote for George W. Bush, we voted for Al Gore. THE SUPREME COURT ENDED THE DISCUSSION AND INSTILLED GEORGE W. BUSH! This administration got into power by circumventing the will of the people and stopping any further discussion. Move along, nothing to see here! AND WE DID!
I don't think they could circumvent a LANDSLIDE! A Democratic Presidential Candidate, Al Gore and a Republican Vice Presidential Candidate, Chuck Hagel, WOULD BE A SCREAM.
Picture it, 'Live Vote '08' all over America. Venues all over America, people traveling to the nearest city to hear 'Voices of Reason' and participate in an American Movement! Sign up volunteers to donate time and supplies for clean up after. We could chant 'SPEAK FOR ME'.
Oh well, sounded good to me. But, I'm just One Lonely Voice in Cleveland.

Sigh. I may have to just have a psychotic break, and live in an alternative universe where Al Gore gets elected president and Chuck Hagel magically tones down some of his domestic conservativism and is elected vice president.
And the two of them reclaim America's ability to talk with countries and not dictate to them. And America can start to heal again. Maybe.
Ah. But that's an alternative universe.
May ah, it's not too late, One lonely voice can make a difference. Al Gore could make a difference, he could rock the world! It's time for mainstream media to change. For some time I have been posting the need to unite America through leadership. I would like to see Al Gore re-elected with Chuck Hagel as his V.P. Al Gore is a statesman. I think he is above party politics. I would like to see Al Gore lead us ALL, not just democrats or republicans, but all Americans. If Americans would work together, we could eliminate the party politics and bring back American politics. Americans working together to bring back humanity and honor. Many Americans do not agree with the party spin played out in mainstream media. Gore/Hagel '08 would give voices to Americans not party. I have a different slant than most. I want to see Al Gore re-elected with Chuck Hagel as his V.P. After watching Chuck Hagel on Real Time with Bill Maher, I thought he would be an excellent choice for Al Gore's running mate. When I googled Chuck Hagel on YouTube, I found many occassions where he was trying to speak out against the neocons. Al Gore could lead by example and bring Americans from both parties to the table. The two party system always leaves one party out. It's time to Unite America. The good Democrats and good Republicans that could be brought to the table would rock both parties. I want to see an 'American' Party. One that Unites instead of Divide America. Third Party is spin, 'American Party' would be fact. Democrats and Republicans working together to stop the madness.
