The United States Supreme Court is considering changing its laws for juvenile criminals. Right now the U.S. is one of the only countries where juveniles can be given a life sentence without the chance of parole if they're convicted of certain crimes. Many non-profit groups like the Juvenile Justice Project of Louisiana say that conditions in juvenile detention centers in the U.S. are horrendous and don't help juvenile offenders get better. Louisiana has the highest number of kids getting locked up in the country, most are poor and black. The United States Supreme Court is considering changing its laws for juvenile... more
The Nioxin System 1 Cleanser has gone against the ever-growing trend of all-purpose, panacea-type, 2-in-1 anti-anything shampoos and concentrates instead on one particular objective and one specific hair type. That’s refreshingly unambiguous for a shampoo brand, and it’s certainly one of this product’s finer points.
To be more precise, the Nioxin System 1 Cleanser is designed to transform fine, thinning hair into a thicker, healthier mane. Just how effective it is in doing so will be discussed at length in this product review.
Nioxin System 1 Cleanser
Nioxin System 1 Cleanser
The Nioxin System 1 Cleanser is not only the best and gentlest shampoo available for fine, natural, non-chemically altered hair in the early stages of thinning. It’s also a hair loss product in every sense of the term. To clarify, it’s a DHT (Dihydrotestosterone) blocker that’s formulated to hamper the production of the number one culprit to hair loss and also gently removes and cleanses scalp grime and environmental residue like a normal shampoo.
(If you would like to purchase, visit HairEnergizer.com buy clicking on this link – Nioxin System 1 Cleanser)
The System 1 Cleanser works both ways when it comes to strengthening and thickening thinning hair; that is, it nourishes and thickens the individual strands themselves via its unique BioAMP technology from inside the cuticle to outside the hair shaft as well as blocks off excess DHT male hormones that actually keep nutrients from reaching your hair. In addition, you’ll also get the extra bonus of flexibility and natural shine through System 1’s Actv-Renewal ingredient.
While it certainly has all the usual formulations and fancy marketing bylines when it comes to promoting its alleged benefits, one has to wonder whether or not the shampoo’s “Actv-Renewal ingredient” and “BioAMP technology” are sufficient enough to get the job of making thinning or dying hair fuller, thicker, and healthier.
Thankfully, despite the company’s cliché manner of advertising its wares, the shampoo does work. It also lathers quite well and does everything a shampoo is supposed to do with the added caveat of encouraging hair liveliness.
Whether you’re a young adult who’s worried about a thinning scalp line, a young girl who’s embarrassed to see that, yes, hair loss does happen to women, or a middle-aged man suffering from the onset of both a mid-life crisis and male pattern baldness, this is a great product to use, or at least to test out. Be warned though that advanced thinning and hair loss isn’t covered by the Nioxin System 1 Cleanser—that’s what System 2 and System 3 are for.
Here’s the lowdown on Nioxin System 1 Cleanser: It’s the best product you can ever get in order to prevent or stave off hair thinning and loss before or during its onset. Furthermore, it’s a great way to maintain full and bouncy hair without worrying about shedding like a mutt or hair fragility.
Even though its results may vary from person to person, quite a lot of customers can vouch for this product’s aptitude. Plus, it’s also reasonably priced. Ergo, it more than deserves its 9.25 out of 10 stars rating. The Nioxin System 1 Cleanser has gone against the ever-growing trend of all-purpose,... more

Google was born on the Web and is increasingly giving Microsoft fits by forcing the decades-old software giant to compete on Google's terms. Like open source. Like cloud computing.
Microsoft may shore up its fortunes in the short term with a successful Windows 7 launch. But in the long term, its very success with outdated "desktop" products threaten to cede the market to Google.
We'll have all of it, please
It's not really fair to Microsoft. Microsoft is a victim of its own success, needing to cater to its existing clientele with each new release, in true "Innovator's Dilemma" fashion. Hence, Microsoft continues to make a lot of money, but its last two quarters have seen traditional strengths like Windows become a drag on earnings as enterprises spend more money with Google, Red Hat, and others...Google was born on the Web and is increasingly giving Microsoft fits by forcing the... more
I’m not arguing for an eggshell model of security - crunchy on the outside, squishy on the inside - but it makes things much easier to be able to address an application server’s security requirements without the need to assume that whatever security you implement on an application level is all you will have.I’m not arguing for an eggshell model of security - crunchy on the outside, squishy... more
The seeming inconsistency between the perception of being immune from data breach risks with the rapid growth in data breach incidents, led us to think about whether organizations can actually quantify their level of breach risk. As the news broke that President Barack Obama was scrapping President George W. Bush's proposal to place missile defense bases with yet-to-be proven technology in Poland and the Czech Republic and moving ahead with a mobile, partly sea-based system using existing technology, Senator John McCain became a leading critic of this decision. He decried Obama's plan—which followed the recommendation of Defense Secretary Robert Gates and the Joint Chiefs of Staff—as "seriously misguided" and called it a cave-in to Vladimir Putin, the Russian leader who had opposed deployment of US missile defense systems in Eastern Europe. As the news broke that President Barack Obama was scrapping President George W. Everyone is getting fired up over the health care reform, especially within the last month. So i figure, what do the people of current have to say?
I personally feel we should ease ourselves into the UK model of health care, simply because it costs their people less with a National Health Care System than we pay for private organizations, the UK has a lower death rate and infant death rate, the doctors are praising the national system, and it has been in effect for years without costing the government or people any more money then the war in afghanistan, or even the war on drugs.
So yeah, I feel we should slowly shift to a UK national health care system, maybe with a few tweaks to make it American :)
