I was a boomerang kid before the term came out. I didn’t move out of my parents house until I was 28 because I didn’t see a reason to. Neither did my mother who cried for two days even though I only moved 15 minutes away. I lived on my own visiting twice a week for twelve years and then after my wife and I got evicted from our house we were renting and seeing that we couldn’t find anything acceptable within our price range and the fact that my mother was in her 70′s with health problems we moved back in with her.I was a boomerang kid before the term came out. Even though Oprah Winfrey gave 18 months notice before ending her legendary talk show this week, the TV world doesn't seem any closer to finding her replacement. Erin Gibson decided to do her part by hitting the streets of Hollywood to discover the next Oprah. If you see only one video this year that puts Julia Roberts' face on a stick, make it this one.
For good reason, no woman has ever had the balls, moxie or delusion to claim the title of "the world's premiere basic cable expert on lady stuff."
Until now.
Meet Erin Gibson. She's freakishly tall, sort of smart, and willing to do just about anything to get a bemused chuckle.
Her segment, Modern Lady, on infoMania, is dedicated to reporting and commenting on what's happening on Planet Lady.*

I could have sworn that a couple of years ago I heard commercial after commercial that Oprah's final season was happening, but even today when I click the little black rectangle, there she is, still. She hasn't gone anywhere! That damn show is still on and her "final farewell for realsies show" is three freakin' days long this week, labeled: The Oprah Winfrey Farewell Spectacular.
It seems so strange that she would name it after herself being the shy and humble person she tells us she is. I mean she didn't name her magazine after herself ... it's just "O The Oprah Magazine". See? There's no "Winfrey" in there so it's not about her, not at all, except maybe that she is on every cover of the magazine, but that's normal right? Nor is her "Harpo Productions". Sure, they share the same five letters but it's not her, unless you have a "The Shining" moment and notice that REDRUM is actually MURDER spelled backwards. And lets not forget her latest television network OWN. That's just a regular word ... own. It has nothing to do with her initials and network at the end of it. So why in the world would she start branding herself now?
But what does that have to do with her leaving the show after 25 years? Nothing! I just can't stand people who are so self-righteous and braggart-like and claim the opposite. Now I don't mind somebody telling their story of struggle and suffering, but when it comes from someone who has to produce it and shove it in everybody's faces at every opportunity on all the major networks on all the biggest shows, holy F woman WE GET IT OK??? Now granted she does a lot for charities and gives away all kinds of prizes and what not, but let's be honest, those "prizes" aren't coming out of her pocket-book, those are corporations whoring their goods out on the most popular show on the planet and other planets that haven't been found yet. Don't get me wrong, if I had a coffee mug or a t-shirt with our logo on it, I'd have her pimp the living shit out of it on that show and put one under each and every chair. Sure, all the monetary contributions help out well deserved charities, but the more you give, the more you can write off your taxes, and the more your face and name can be plastered all over said charities walls. And let's face it, she's not going anywhere. We're gonna see her all over the TV Scape talking about herself to no end. You're not fooling us Miss Winfrey you silly gal.
So yes, FAREWELL Oprah, fare thee freakin' well. I'm sure you might scrape by with your billions of dollars and your famous friends and your 50 acre estate and your book-club and your television network. We are so happy to be celebrating with you from our 900 sq.ft 1 bedroom apartments, celebrating with you while we scramble to fill our gas tanks, celebrate with you while the economy is taking a dump on all of us, losing our houses, going bankrupt, struggling on unemployment, and barely surviving the Goddamned Rapture last Saturday. Thank you so much for letting all of us get to share in your moment of tear filled happiness/sadness with Tom Cruise and Madonna, we're so lucky. I am now convinced that since the Goodbye-Forever-This-Time-For-Reals-Spectacular was scheduled for this week, the Second Coming of Christ had to be postponed and everybody should get off Harold Camping's case and blame HARPO.I could have sworn that a couple of years ago I heard commercial after commercial that... more

This is a teaser from an article I wrote on Examiner.com:
From Public School, to church, to the movies and the major media and elections themselves, the American public is induced to believe that the Judges of America are men of integrity beyond reproach.
So with all of those credentials and long years of propaganda and censorship one faces a mighty steep mountain of indoctrination, propaganda and goodwill in exposing the true nature of Minnesota and the Country's Judiciary.
With the Judiciary's reputation reputation for integrity and honesty firmly embedded in the minds of WE THE PEOPLE, what standing do I have to challenge their reputations. In my estimate, what ever I might say would be easily dismissed, for what is my word to the word of these prestigious Judges.
To overcome this handicap, I will use the American Legal Systems own words to expose the true nature of their character.
Let us begin with the words of former FBI director J Edgar Hoover:
"The individual is handicapped by coming face to face with a conspiracy so monstrous he cannot believe it exists.''
Whatever could the former director of the FBI, with all of the domestic intelligence information at his disposal, have meant by such a statement? I leave it to the reader to reach their own conclusion.
Next, I am going to use the words of Judges themselves. Judges have a strange little way of reaching conclusions allegedly using case law and jurisprudence. This effectively means they theoretically use the findings of previous judges to base their decision on the current case. Most of these rulings are reduced to short citations of a single sentence or a paragraph along with the case caption and where it is publicized (When judges do bad things and don't follow the law, they just don't publish their rulings - You see the secret is, Judges just censor from the general public most of the bad, unjust things they do.)
I recently had cause to research various rulings on immunity for Judges and State Governments. And I was astonished and devastated to learn the liberties they had taken and leaps of logic they had used to write the rules in their favor.
Using their own words, the first case I will cite is Wiggins v Hess (1976, CA8 Mo) 531 F2d 920 and Harley v Oliver (1976, CA9 Ark) 539 F2d 1143
"Judicial immunity applies even when judge acts maliciously and corruptly; judge loses his immunity from liability for damages in violation of 42 USCS &1983 ONLY if he acts in clear absence of jurisdiction."...
