Scottish actor James McAvoy has signed on to star in Mandate Pictures' comedic adaptation of the Will Reiser novel "I'm With Cancer". The story is based on the real life experiences of screenwriter Reiser, who won his own fight with cancer in his mid-20s. Nicole Holofcener will direct the flick which should begin filming in January. Seth Rogen, who is also producing, will co-star, reports Variety magazine. While talking to Mark Millar SuperheroHype.com discovered that the script for Wanted 2 is complete and that shooting will start in eight weeks time.
Timur Bekmambetov will return to direct while James McAvoy will again play Wesley Gibson.
Millar us stated the sequel will revolve around the international group of assassins from issues 4 and 5 from Millar's graphic novel.

Movie magazine Empire is holding its first-ever photographic exhibition featuring all 19 of the portraits for specially commissioned 20th Birthday issue by guest editor Steven Spielberg.
This exhibition starts on Thursday May 21 and runs until May 27. Visitors will be able to browse the portraits and read about how the shots came about, before the photos go under the hammer at a charity auction on Thursday May 28.
The collection contains the world’s most celebrated actors, each of whom posed exclusively for Empire in celebration of the magazine’s 20th birthday. They include: Arnold Schwarzenegger, Tom Cruise, Mel Gibson, Anthony Hopkins and Jodie Foster, Clint Eastwood and Morgan Freeman, Ben Stiller, Matt Damon, Viggo Mortensen and Sean Bean, Keira Knightley and James McAvoy, Jack Nicholson, Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint and Emma Watson.
The exhibition is free to attend and runs from 10am to 10pm every day. It's all taking place at the Century Club in London's West End. You can find all this photographic goodness on Shaftesbury Avenue.
