Hundreds of millions? Let's give Koch the benefit of the doubt and grant that he probably meant to say "hundreds of thousands." Given that there were a total of around 9,000 fatalities worldwide resulting from Islamic terrorism in 2008* (the most recent year for which data is available), those hundreds of thousands must have been pretty damn incompetent (those are total fatalities; there were around 7,000 attacks).

An epic movie about Islam's Prophet Muhammad is in the pipeline, backed by a producer of the Lord of the Rings.
In accordance with Islamic rules, the Prophet cannot be depicted on screen. Images of the Prophet are considered blasphemous by Muslims.
The $150m (£91m) English language film should go into production in 2011.
I'm not expecting to see queues of muslims lined up around the block to go and see this film, also how do they expect to base a film around a man they cannot show? for fear of threats of beheading and jihads?
http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/entertainment/8337721.stm
also will they include his child bride Aisha in the film?

Iranian authorities have posted a film on the Internet designed as a riposte to a controversial anti-Koran documentary by the far-right Dutch politician, Geert Wilders. (The above is just part one of 2 parts of the film)
The whole film is available on the sites: www.ngoic.com, www.youtube.com, and www.videogoogle.com.
The new documentary, entitled "Beyond Fitna", was directed by a group of Iranian filmmakers and produced by the 'Non-Governmental Organization Islam and Christianity' said 'Beyond Fitna' deals with incitement of violence in the Bible. Muslims believe that the book deemed holy by Christians today is a distorted version of the original Bible.
'Beyond Fitna' focuses on the orders given to worldwide Christians in the (distorted version of) Bible for stoking violence, committing genocide, attacking others, beheading and burning women and children who have been taken into captivity.
During Ramadan we can expect another response to Wilders movie from Pakistan.

In the Koran, there’s lots of talk about Isaac and Joseph. I am always fascinated by this, and I always feel I have a relationship with this faith. And knowing what’s happened in the Middle East, what better way to build bridges?”
"Abraham is our forefather," Bayyari said. "We're first cousins. How we got to hate each other is beyond me."

The newspapers have reprinted the caricature which depicts the prophet Muhammad wearing a turban shaped like a bomb with a lit fuse in it. Jyllands-Posten and several other leading newspapers - including Politiken and Berlingske Tidende - reprinted the caricature in their Wednesday editions.
"We are doing this to document what is at stake in this case, and to unambiguously back and support the freedom of speech that we as a newspaper will always defend," Berlingske Tidende said.
Their decision to print the image comes after an alleged plot to kill one of the artists who was behind the drawings. Upon its original publication, the drawing sparked violent protest across the world with many Danish embassies being attacked and their goods boycotted. The newspapers have reprinted the caricature which depicts the prophet Muhammad... more
