I could not find too many issues related to this topic but I found some interesting ones. First let me tell you that I have nothing personally against the Actual San Francisco Mayor Gavin Newsom. However as a San Franciscan, I do observe daily the streets and talk to neighbors. I want to reach something that it is more transparent and as close to the reality as possible. We all know that San Francisco it is divided by neighborhoods and many parts of the City offers different levels of habitat and quality of living. However eight Years has passed since the Mayor took seat at the San Francisco City Hall substituting the previous Mayor Willie Brown and many issues of City importance has not been resolved. I well know that many things has been done and I am not discrediting the Mayor or its administration. However many things have been left undone and from these, I will make these simple observations:
1. The Mayor has not being able to fix or get hold of the City Transportation through its Departments and Commissions at City Hall. Our transportation has been an acoustic and mechanical environmental mistake since 2001 after the City bought and (overpaid) for the new buses that are mechanically inferior in quality than the previous one. SFMTA Muni, ignored during these eight years many citizens complaints and insist in adopting a "Nazist" policy of noise thus acoustically invading many homes along the way and degrading its inhabitants quality of life.
2. The Mayor Trusted its elitists consultants and subordinates that keep him out of reality concerning transportation, public safety, crime and traffic public safety in the City of San Francisco.
3. Between what the Mayor says as eloquent as he is and with corporate media support all the way to the Bank versus the reality of the streets has a long, long way to go as he has not being able to accomplish its goals, to between many things at least offer a fair public safety, a good environmental transportation that would maintain the quality of life to its citizens in San Francisco.
Well, the big question remains in the minds of every Californian as time goes by and the next election for governor begins. - Should Mayor Newsom, with many present unfinished business in San Francisco, pass the revolving door to Sacramento?
Unlike corporate media Mayor Newsom, I cannot lie for you!
From my part I do have a responsibility to expose issues of importance happening in the City of San Francisco and I have a feeling that somewhere, somehow there is a lie that it is so big and evident that the general public need to be alert and act on it if we are to clean up bad works, mistakes and bad business.

The SFBC is teaming up with the SF Municipal Transportation Agency to give away hundreds of bike lights to cyclists who don't already have them. SFBC volunteers with handy fingers will be out along the city's major bike corridors to help riders increase their visibility with the darkening winter hours. Remember, bike lights are a key piece of safety gear! If you'd like to volunteer, go to http://www.sfbike.org/?vol_sign_up_bl

Interesting article not only about bikes, but the multiple ways many people have found around instead of driving. Scooters, public transportation, and my fave: the lovely bicycle

Gas prices have also driven more people to commute by bike. BART officials report an increase of 10 to 15 percent in bicycles aboard trains, and bike racks at stations are fuller than ever. In San Francisco, a traffic count by the Municipal Transportation Authority in July found that during a one-hour stretch of the morning commute, there were more bicycles than cars, taxis, buses and streetcars heading eastbound on Market Street. According to Judson True, an authority spokesman, 509 bike riders were tallied compared with 400 cars, 43 taxis and 30 transit vehicles. On Bike to Work Day in May, he said, officials counted twice as many bikes as motorized vehicles.Interesting article not only about bikes, but the multiple ways many people have found... more

In this Washington Post article they state that this is the third time the FBI backed off. I know they are trying to protect the USA and are probably under White House orders, but enough is enough! Why can't the FBI stand up for our rights as well? They're there to protect and serve. Not protect and serve madmen that believe the Constitution is "...only a piece of paper." (there may have been an expletive there in that quote from a high ranking person in the white house, I have not researched the authenticity of that!)
What I'm saying is that the US Government should not be trying to find every which way to remove and step all over our rights. The police, the FBI, the CIA all should have the guts to say: Enough is enough, we will not destroy the Constitution, so play by the rules or go to jail!In this Washington Post article they state that this is the third time the FBI backed... more

- So much to view so little time...
Look at the bird, the girls, the guys, the politicians, the something else going on overseas, look, look and forget about your daily life, economy, education, health care, inflation, food manipulation, the polluters, the bandits robbing your precious time and income, the lack of jobs, forget what this part of the public and government are doing to screw you up every single day and slave you. look at the bird baby!!!
Have you ever wonder why this Country, Locally and Nationally gets away with murder daily after day, monthly after month, yearly after year and by the time you wake up, it is too late?
Well wonder no more! This posting section is part of a Project I developed called simultaneously "Pick and Choose," or "Pick, Choose and Lose."
I do not know about you but I am sick and tired to turn on the TV and after haven watched the News, seen the same brain dead format, very little attention for Local and important issues to the point of acting on a dangerous deadly denial mode. That is our Corporate and Secular Network Media. Being a media broadcaster, I pray everyday so the Spirit of GOD will give me guidance to spot the most social and humane issues and air it before the spoofery, bullies and brain dead entertainment comes along to fool you.
What about you?
Still looking and giving more importance to what is killing you?

Sensorial Sciences helping people to improve their quality of life by understanding the toxic energy that surrounds them.
Helping healthy and disable individuals to understand the real reality behind sound energy. The vehicle manufactories industry and it engineers lobbied the Government giving decibels measurements that are bias and not appropriate for human life or living. It is time for them to correct that!
Many times I wrote that you can not assess an acoustic noise event from traffic based on decibels alone. Who understands decibels? Not the general population and there is where they fool you! To assess an event of noise use these items I am going to layout bellow:
1. Source of Noise
2. Type of Noise
3. Range of Noise
4. Decibels
5. Frequency
6. Landscape Architecture
7. The human factor
Please, tell Congress and our Local Government that you are tired of lies and you want the true about correcting the decibels that is appropriate for humans not a machine.
Here is the question to Engineers:
- How far a sound wave from the source of the noise emission is reaching out at the spectrum landscape? I know you can calculate that "range" in meters or feet and I am sure you know that --these items described above are the most important ones to assess an acoustic event, not decibels alone.

1. Local News:
2. National News:
3. International News:
I personally feel that there are dangerous broadcast ideologies happening today that diverts our attention to external news thus giving us the impression that our local news are less important. It looks that the problem is always elsewhere but where you live, your neighborhood, your community. I am not saying that National and International news are not important, what I am saying is that we do not have a choice from the networks and National and International news is only what we get. Now this is also a tactic practiced by many news networks to focus your head elsewhere so you will be alienated from your own neighborhood and community issues.
My goal is to practice a loop of journalism that takes care of local issues first as the spirit of GOD tells me to start an issue at home first. Local issues these days have to do with citizens living and personal security. To this point I am concerned to every aspect of local Safety & Traffic issues that favors citizens safety. For that matter is where I started to have interest for the urban acoustics issues of pollution. First there it is a challenge issue in so many ways because there are a great lack of personal public education on the issue. Government bodies, Public Transportation, Manufactories of Market and the Wrong After Market Vehicles Manufactories has been for years taking advantage of our lack of education contributing to the general pollution chaos in the City.
