This issue have been happening for quite a while. Here We are enjoying the weekend and the Sun is shining, the Sky is blue and the Weather is just great on the North Bay. But not for too long as you start to hear this heavy humming noisy in the sky. I am sure some of you have seen this aircraft pulling a banner around the bay blasting everyone with noise back and forth. The noise he makes is on purpose to attract people's attention to the banner he's pulling. But does people pay any attention to it? I would not mind an aircraft pulling a banner if it was not shooting everyone with noise that it is enough to make your brain vibrate. Sure I have my exceptions because he is also a source of air pollution in the skies. So the question is:
-What can City Hall do to stop this person from taking over our airspace with these harmful humming noise?

Important Note: I posted this video because I want the population to take control of our City airspace and not let it on the hands of an organization that does not care about our health or well-being. FAA should be limited to control and see if these aircraft are following safe routes that does not interfere with City Life or Living. Real events of daily acoustic abuse and free will from many pilots and traffic controllers have been proved that they do not have enough responsibility to understand acoustic issues that negatively affects the neighborhoods population quality of life. The irresponsibility goes both ways! From them that violate our acoustic rights and from us that do not make the effort to take control of the airspace that belongs to us.This issue have been happening for quite a while. Noise at locations such as Jannus Landing, an open-air venue in downtown St. Petersburg, is now measured using sound level meters. The City Council wants to switch to a plainly audible standard.
ST. PETERSBURG — Faced with growing complaints about boisterous patrons, the blare of music concerts and thumping nightclubs, the City Council is considering revamping its noise ordinance.
The city wants to switch from using sound level meters to regulate noise to a plainly audible standard. That means police officers would have the authority to determine what "too loud" means.

Civil Arrest of Acoustic Violation, Trespassing Report:
Saturday, April 12, of 2008, 5:00 PM
Vehicle: Pick Up Truck
Licence: California License Plate [5X53124]
Charges: Arrested and Abated for Neighborhood Acoustic Trespassing, Acoustic Nuisances.
Description of Event:
Pick up truck mentioned above had its noise alarm going off every time a Motorcycle or a Car with modified muffler passed by. The aware time of the Acoustic Violations begin at 11:00 AM and continued until 4:55 PM. Vehicle was disconnected by a civilian at 5:15 PM.
Obs: The Unusual Alarm mentioned above was going off for more than 30 seconds at the time.
Abatement was made observing the right of California Civil Rights Law.
The Movies and Photography Evidences are on Files.

3480. Section Thirty-four Hundred and Eighty. A public nuisance is one which affects at the same time an entire community or neighborhood, or any considerable number of persons, although the extent of the annoyance or damage inflicted upon individuals may be unequal.

3502. A person injured by a private nuisance may abate it by removing, or, if necessary, destroying the thing which constitutes the nuisance, without committing a breach of the peace, or doing unnecessary injury.

- What about if we show San Francisco Transportation and the World about Acoustic Property Lines Trespassing and Human Rights Violation to SFMTA-Muni and its Commissions?
Sir, We need to be the teachers of Ethics and the Law, observing Human Rights principals, and not this actual denial and submissive entity of this actual Environmental and Human Health abuse and corruption living inside of San Francisco Government Body.
