BELGRADE, Serbia—A Serbian court has requested an international warrant for the arrest of the grandson of late Yugoslav Communist dictator Josip Broz-Tito.

According to TMZ.com, the arrest warrant was issued after Foxy failed to appear in court from an assault and weapons charge involving a Blackberry before her last incarceration
