While examining ways to mine Mars for its rich supply of earth-absent Deuterium (heavy hydrogen) and tritium, a cheap source of high energy yield, astrophysicists are intent on another moon landing. Colonize the moon and we start the process NASA and its owners want to see: a space-based jumping off point to Mars - where the money is.
NASA wouldn't spend billions unless a compelling reason (and Congressional approval) was assured. It is. In January 2004, Pres Bush proposed sending several humans to the moon to establish a permanent base, with Mars in mind. He was also thinking of the Chinese and their own interest in Luna Base 1.

This is truly the most compelling and amazing footage of UFOs with interviews of the people involved. You must absolutely see this if you haven't already.
The creepiest thing are the giant flying jelly fish like creatures that are only visible in infrared and ultraviolet light that inhabit the upper atmosphere. Very unusual NASA footage to say the least.
