A collection of 14 (real life) short stories written and illustrated by Californian surfer and surf artist Ron Croci. 'Beach Fights' are an unfortunate part of surf culture, a simple consequence of passionate surfers, protective of 'their' spots, waves and honor, with alcohol only making things worse. This series of short stories chronicles events the author has witnessed over a number of decades.

A painting tutorial by one of surfing's most sought after surf artists, Ron Croci. This painting tutorial takes you through the steps to produce the artwork for the Roxy Jam in Biarritz, Côte des Basques, 2007 contest poster.
The original art was created as a contest poster, as well as other collateral uses. The goal of this demonstration is not to say that there is only one way to paint a picture, but to show Ron's approach to his art, and what steps he takes to accomplish his unique set of goals.
