The plans for a Homeland Security bureaucracy were put together years before 9/11 and only able to be publicly announced and endorsed after the terror attacks of 9/11.
In the years after 9/11 we have seen a full scale police state begin to be initiated with the Department of Homeland Security at the forefront of the destructive, anti American police state policies that now run rampant throughout the country.
Just five days after 9/11, Gingrich appeared on live TV to essentially plug the idea of Homeland Security a full 14 months before it came into existence. The plans for a Homeland Security bureaucracy were put together years before 9/11 and... more

FEMA Continuity of Government Plans Prep Total Takeover of Society, Dispatching Military Domestically Under Economic Collapse Emergency
NOTE: Within an hour of posting this article and linking to the pertinent document, the feds at FBO.gov have pulled the link and implied that it was a classified posting. We believe this was public and of interest to American citizens, taxpayers and peoples of the world and are in the process re-establishing an archive link of the material.
Obviously, however, this information is revealing and certain parties do not wish it to be widely known. If you believe this material is important, please archive it and share it with your contacts. In the meantime, here are links to many of the pages: Page 1, Page 2, Page 3, Page 4, Page 5, Page 6, Page 7, Page 8, Page 9, Page 10, Page 11
Infowars has discovered new FEMA documents that confirm information received from DoD sources that show military involvement in a FEMA-led takeover within the United States under partially-classified Continuity of Government (COG) plans. It involves not only operations for the relocation of COG personnel and key officials, population management, emergency communications and alerts but the designation of the American people as ‘enemies’ under a live military tracking system known as Blue Force Situational Awareness (BFSA).
Further, this Nov. 18, 2011 FEMA-released plan National Continuity Programs (NCP) Program and Mission Support Services (PAMSS) [PDF] linked at the FedBizOpps.gov website outlines a scenario that overlays with eerie accuracy the bigger picture sketched out by concurrent calls for troops to keep order in the streets of places like New Orleans, as well as other bombshell documents like those released from KBR seeking to activate contracted staff for emergency detention centers and for services like fencing and barricades, as well as numerous agencies and think tanks who’ve prepared for civil unrest and economic breakdown in America.
Hold onto your seats. The plan for the takeover of the United States has not only been drafted, but activated. Our sources and independent research make this abundantly clear. Martial law scenarios preparing for a breakdown of order under the ongoing economic collapse are underway, even as pretexts for control are initiated in locales across the country. Bold individuals like Ron Paul have warned that dangerous legislation like the NDAA designate the American population as potential enemies. Now, there is more evidence this targeting of the people is sadly taking place.
A laundry list of operations organized under FEMA’s National Continuity Programs (NCP) provides a base of technical support for the deployment of national emergency plans and the logistical tracking of all personnel incorporated under what Homeland Security chief Janet Napolitano has lovingly termed the big “federal family.”
“Friendly” military and FEMA personnnel, along with their contracted employees and those of other federal agencies, will carry transponder ID badges, like those described here, to designate their “blue” inclusive status. As our military sources have confirmed, under the Blue Force Situational Awareness (BFSA) all other American citizens and civilians are designated under the “red” category and treated as an enemy or potential unfriendly. Throughout his past investigative work including witnessing numerous military drills, Alex Jones has also witnessed the technology and the use of this alarming code branding ordinary Americans as battlefield enemies. The plan includes drone and other high-tech tools to monitor and target individuals designated under the “enemy” status.
The military’s blue force tracking technology has been adopted since 2003 in Iraq and used in theaters like Afghanistan to quickly distinguish “Blue” friendlies (including U.S. forces and allies like tribal forces) from “Red” enemies. However, on the U.S. homeland battlefield, it is the American people who will be designated under “red,” whereas cleared occupying personnel are tracked as “blue” friendlies by their ID transponder badges. The designation was set-up to reduce “friendly fire” incidents.
Blue Force and other related programs like Geospatial Information Systems (GIS), Continuity Analysis and the Command, Control, Communications and Computing (C4) operations named in the document electronically track and verify the location and clearance of COG-related personnel, the usage of emergency shelter facilities and their components as well as the military’s friendly/enemy designations– creating a matrix for live monitoring and control coordinating with FEMA databases during martial law or national emergency scenarios.
For instance, FEMA acknowledges in its documents the use of Blue Force tracking systems and other geospatial information systems to monitor the capacity and usage of its facilities under the National Shelter System and other programs. Preparations for the orderly control of the masses have already been put into place.

Do ordinary U.S. citizens need to take the advice of a public servant like ‘Janet Napolitano’ and function as an operative of their government? Must we really become estranged from or suspicious of one another, as a matter of daily routine? Is this “If you see something, say something” mentality and campaign, taking shape out of Washington, all that fundamentally wise or necessary to begin with?
In the United States, before we are condemned by the state, we are routinely informed of the right we have to remain silent. But in case its become obscure somehow for an average Joe, when it comes to the ‘business’ of Homeland Security, one also has an inherent right to remain non-compliant to the state of paranoia in America that has yet to enthrall the majority of the people in the same outrageous manner it has our nation’s leaders.

A week after U.S. Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) grilled Transportation Security Administration Chief John Pistole over the absurdity of his agency's random pat-down system (which results in 6-year-old girls getting frisked while suspects on the terrorist watch list board planes unperturbed), the TSA is in the news again for another seemingly nonsensical body search.
A Florida woman, Jean Weber, says her wheelchair-bound, 95-year-old mother was forced to take off her adult diaper at Northwest Florida Regional Airport.
“It’s something I couldn’t imagine happening on American soil,” Weber told the News-Herald. “Here is my mother, 95 years old, 105 pounds, barely able to stand, and then this.”
Weber described the TSA officer's statements to her on CNN:
"They came out and told me it had something to do with her 'Depends,'" she said. "That it was wet and it was firm and they couldn't check it thoroughly. They would have to remove it. ... She said she could not complete the security check without taking the 'Depends' off."
Perhaps most amazingly, TSA defends the actions "Our officers acted professional and according to the proper procedure."
But it's the "proper procedure" that's the problem. Any system that produces absurd results needs to changed....

In a hearing about rail security Wednesday, Sen. Rand Paul pressed Transportation Security Administration chief John Pistole on the agency's controversial pat-downs at airport security checkpoints.
Paul (R-Ky.) said Pistole and other TSA defenders had the wrong outlook on transportation security.
"This kind of gets back to this whole idea of what what are willing to...give up as a country," he said. "In your interview with ABC News...you said 'I see flying as a privilege.' Well, there are those of us who see it otherwise, including the Supreme Court."
Paul said recent reports that TSA had given children pat-downs made him feel less safe.
"It makes me think you’re clueless, if you think she’s going to attack our country and you’re not doing your research on the people who want to attack our country," he said....

Saturday night, a certified TSA official will be at the Santa Fe High School prom to oversee student searches.
This all comes after two Capital High School students, sisters, filed a lawsuit saying they were groped by a security agent at Capital High School's prom last month. On Friday, the court ordered Santa Fe Public Schools and the security company ASI to provide at least one TSA certified person at the Santa Fe High School prom and the Capital High School graduation.
KOB Eyewitness News 4 talked to one of the sisters suing the district earlier this week. Candice Herrera said, "She grabbed my breast and shook the inner part of my bra and shook it and then picked up the front of my dress to mid thigh and she was patting down my bare legs."Saturday night, a certified TSA official will be at the Santa Fe High School prom to... more

Secretary of Homeland Security Janet Napalitano lies about TSA's genitalia fondling and kiddy fiddling pat down security measures.
On May 7, Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano took questions from attendees at an Atlanta Press Club lunch. When asked whether airline security will ever "get past the grab-and-grope phase," Napolitano responded that, "Well, actually, very, very, very few people get a pat-down. It’s only under very limited circumstances."
So the grab-and-grope business is no big deal then, and the whole thing is just a minor practice being blown way out of proportion? I guess, at least if by "very, very, very few people" she means roughly 1.8 million human beings each and every month.Secretary of Homeland Security Janet Napalitano lies about TSA's genitalia... more

A new bill sponsored by Texas Republican Rep. David Simpson would make the Obama Administration's policy of TSA's fondling travelers genitalia in enhanced patdowns a felony. It's simply beyond words that we even need a law to ban the TSA's outrageous constitutional violations.
***
A former Miss USA's tearful claim that she was groped during a pat-down at Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport could be a criminal matter under a bill gaining momentum in the Texas Legislature.
The proposed Texas law, aimed at people conducting security checkpoints at airports and public buildings, would make it a felony to intentionally touch someone's private areas — even on top of clothing — unless the officer or agent has probable cause to believe the person is carrying something illegal.
State Rep. David Simpson, R-Longview, who sponsored the bill, said Friday that the invasive pat-down searches at airports nationwide are a violation of the Fourth Amendment, which prohibits unreasonable searches.A new bill sponsored by Texas Republican Rep. Susie Castillo (Photo from http://www.susiecastillo.net)
American beauty queen and actress Susie Castillo said she was violated by a TSA screener recently at a Dallas airport when the agent fondled her vagina.
She refused to pass through the full body scanner and was then obligated to undergo a physical pat-down where agents are required to use palms and fingers to probe the body in search of hidden weapons – agents are instructed to check the full body, including breasts private areas.
Being a frequent traveler she often avoids the body scanners because she fears possible health implications. The incident left Castillo very emotional, crying in the airport.
“I’m really really upset that as an American I have to go through this,” she said. “I do feel violated. I didn’t think that I would when I had to opt out of the machine. But, I feel completely violated. This woman touched my vagina four times.”
Following the incident she filed a complaint with TSA by filling out a complaint card at the airport.
“I’m hoping that other people that feel violated as an American will make these complaints and maybe they will change something if they get enough of them,” she said. “Maybe they’ll change something if they get enough of them.”
Castillo is a former Miss USA and Miss Teen USA. She is current working as an actress having appeared on of ABC, NBC and other programs.

Thomas Gordon Jr. of Philadelphia, a TSA “screener,” was arrested on March 24 and charged with distributing more than 100 images of child pornography via Facebook. He allegedly uploaded explicit pictures of young girls and also is said to have posted a photograph of himself in his TSA uniform, Fox News reported on Saturday. Gordon was arrested by Homeland Security and is being held without bail.
Federal agents also note Gordon routinely searched airline passengers, despite the fact the searches are unconstitutional and illegal. A growing number of district attorneys around the country have indicated they may charge TSA employees with sexual assault.
The Drudge Report linked the story and it was reported by Fox News, the Philadelphia Inquirer, and a handful of other news sites, but was virtually ignored by the larger corporate media.
Ryan Hamilton Jr., writing for Gather, says it is “very shocking that the TSA hasn’t alerted the public about these infractions…. This shocking news has come out as the Transportation Safety Administration (TSA) tries to figure out what to do about incidents such as these.”
In fact, instances of sexual perversion and criminal activity on the part of TSA employees is becoming routine.
In February of 2010, another TSA employee, Charles Bennett of Winter Garden, Florida, was arrested and charged with molestation of a minor after police say he tried to keep a 15 year old girl as a sex slave. On his MySpace page, Bennett called himself “Master Charles” and said he was into submissive females and claimed he is a master of bondage dominance sadism and masochism.
Sean Shanahan, a TSA worker at Logan International airport, was arrested last year after he allegedly sent sexually explicit text messages to a 14 year old girl. The inappropriate contact escalated and Shanahan had physical sexual contact with the girl at his home in February over school break, according to news reports.
In October, it was reported that an Amarillo, Texas, woman filed a lawsuit against the federal government after TSA agents allegedly humiliated her by publicly exposing her breasts during an “extended search” at an airport in Corpus Christi. The suit also claims that other TSA employees continued to joke and laugh about the incident for an extended period of time. The woman filed an administrative claim against the TSA, but the agency never responded, thus prompting her lawsuit....

Disgusting. That is the only word to describe this video of a TSA agent groping a 6 year old girl in a New Orleans airport.
The young girl broke down into tears because the TSA’s groping made her feel like a criminal.
Even more sickening is the TSA's defending this grotesque scene as part of standard procedure.
This video should remind everyone who fights for a free society of why we must continue to take a stand.
If you're as disgusted and heartbroken for our country as I am by these actions, please forward this message on to your friends, family, and others in your email list.
Let them know about the disgraceful acts being conducted in the name of "security" in our airports by the TSA.

New Hampshire may soon criminalize the TSA’s intrusive pat-downs and naked body porno scanners as sexual assault.
Debate has moved forward on HB628-FN, a bill that would make “the touching or viewing with a technological device of a person’s breasts or genitals by a government security agent without probable cause a sexual assault,” according to WMUR in Manchester.
“Let’s put their name on the sex offender registry, and maybe that will tell them New Hampshire means business,” said bill co-sponsor Rep. Andrew Manuse, R-Derry.
“That is a crime in this state, and we should charge them every single time,” added bill co-sponsor Rep. George Lambert, R-Litchfield.
TSA officials did not comment on the legislation. They insist so-called airport security checkpoints are under federal jurisdiction. “We have to understand that if things need to be changed, they have to be done at the federal level, not the state level,” said Democrat Rep. Laura Pantelakos.
In November, a California district attorney said he would charge TSA agents with sexual assault if they conducted the new pat-down procedures in his state.

Following an admission of guilt in federal court earlier this week from a TSA supervisor, two more TSA agents based at a completely different airport have been arrested for stealing thousands of dollars in cash from the luggage of travelers, while another was arrested and fired for seriously assaulting a co-worker in a dispute over a parking space.
Two TSA workers, identified as Persad Coumar and Davon Webb, were arrested Wednesday on suspicion of having stolen around $40,000 in cash from a bag that was checked through a security line at John F. Kennedy Airport, reports CNN and Reuters.
The agents discovered the money while viewing the bag inside an x-ray machine, according to the reports. The bag was said to have contained $170,000 in cash, the origin of which is now being investigated.
After a colleague reported the incident, the $40,000 was recovered from the homes of Coumar and Web who will now face up to seven years in prison on charges of third-degree grand larceny, fifth-degree conspiracy, third-degree criminal possession of stolen property and official misconduct, according to the district attorney’s office.
The two workers are also suspected of having previously stolen valuables from luggage worth up to $160,000, according to police with the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey.
The TSA admits that in the last three years alone there have been 12 similar cases of thefts involving the removal of valuables and/or cash from baggage. These are just the ones that have been reported.
The latest case comes just days after a TSA supervisor at the ironically titled Newark Liberty Airport pleaded guilty in a federal court to multiple counts of theft, as well as admitting to taking bribes and kickbacks from another TSA worker to “look the other way”, while the agent he was supervising stole more money from travelers.
Michael Arato faces a maximum potential sentence of 15 years in prison and a $250,000 fine for stealing up to $700 per day from passengers for eight years.
Arato also allowed another worker to steal up to $30,000 in cash from traveller’s bags over a 13-month period, pocketing a share of the ill gotten gains himself. The court heard that the pair specifically targeted foreign travelers, mostly Indian women, who could not speak English and discussed how they should not feel bad about stealing from them because they were leaving the U.S. with “our money”.
Meanwhile in another completely separate case, Indianapolis TSA employee Michael Merriman was arrested on a battery charge for allegedly repeatedly punching another airport worker after he pulled into a parking space in front of Merriman.
Brian Hale told police that Merriman approached the driver’s side door of his car, shook an angry fist at him and said, “You’ll never do that to me again”, before striking Hale.
“Mr. Hale was put in a headlock and punched approximately six times in the face,” the police report read. “Mr. Hale was able to press the panic button on his car’s remote key fob, which he feels caused Mr. Merriman to stop the attack and run back to his truck.”
TSA agents are also prone to predatory crimes, particularly targeting women and children, emphasizing once again why they are attracted to jobs that allow them to sexually molest and ogle vulnerable members of society.
In December, yet another TSA worker, Andrew Cheever, was exposed as a pedophile when more than 10,000 child porn videos and images were discovered on his computer.
Cheever’s penchant for looking at naked pictures of children was undoubtedly a perk of the job when he applied to become a TSA screener, given the fact that body scanner images show intricate details of a person’s genitalia.
Working in airport security seems to attract perverts, rapists and pedophiles because it gives them legitimate cover through which to exercise their deviancy....

Homeland Security employs criminals and thugs to implement domestic police state.
The revelation that TSA workers have admitted to stealing huge amounts of cash from passengers they singled out for enhanced security screening is far from an isolated incident, and underscores how armies of degenerates are being employed by the federal government to push around and dominate members of the public going about their daily business.
As reported in several mainstream media reports today, a TSA supervisor at the ironically titled Newark Liberty Airport has pleaded guilty in a federal court to multiple counts of theft, as well as admitting to taking bribes and kickbacks from another TSA worker to “look the other way”, while the agent he was supervising stole more money from travelers
Arato was caught pocketing money on surveillance cameras last October when airport authorities began investigating complaints from passengers that their money and valuables were missing after their bags had been searched by the TSA.
In one incident, Arato allegedly took a wad of cash and “gave the middle finger to the office security camera”.
Sentencing will be passed in the case on May 24.
This is just the latest example of how TSA workers are prone to criminal behavior. It is certainly not an isolated incident.
TSA workers have also been caught stealing laptop computers, stealing luggage with thousands of dollars worth of jewelry, sabotaging sensitive screening databases, and joking about planting drugs on travelers.
TSA agents are also prone to predatory crimes, particularly targeting women and children, emphasizing once again why they are attracted to jobs that allow them to sexually molest and ogle vulnerable members of society.
Aside from the hundreds of stories of exposing breasts and forcefully groping travelers, there have also been scores of these even more unsavoury cases.
“A TSA employee based at Atlanta’s Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport tried to kill himself after allegedly abducting a woman, sexually assaulting her then giving her a suicide note to deliver,” reported the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. last November."...
