PORTLAND — A federal appeals court has ruled that mobile tracking devices can be attached to suspect vehicles as part of a marijuana investigation in Oregon. The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals upheld a lower court in the case of Juan Pineda-Moreno, who argued his constitutional rights were violated when U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration agents attached devices to his sport-utility vehicle.

In Sept. 2009, a psychic makes a cloud grow larger and another cloud shrink by psychic telekinesis power. The best cloud control video yet by T. Chase, Amateur Psychic.
(I have 2 versions of this video, the other version is uploaded straight from the camera, and in this version I added some slides to it and also fast forward the cloud changes.)
I make a cloud grow by telekinetic power, and another cloud I then shrink. I, T. Chase, amateur psychic, focus on a cloud in Sept. 2009 and make it grow larger by psychic ESP psychokinesis. In the second part of this video, I focus on shrinking another cloud and it does shrink. Try it yourself. See my other videos on making a cloud disappear by psychic psychokinesis ESP power. In those videos, telekinesis, telekinetic psychic power is focused on a cloud by amateur psychic T. Chase. Psychokinesis or psychokinetic power is an ability that humans have but is rarely used. Watch this video and try it yourself. Pick out a cloud or several clouds and focus hard on making it fade away, or grow, chanting cloud disappear or cloud grow as you do. This may even indicate psychic mind over matter telepathic weather control and turning away hurricanes is possible by the dormant mental psychic powers of psychokinesis, if focused strongly enough by powerful psychics with level 5 mind ESP mental psychic power. The only reason I chant during these videos is that it is my way of focusing psychic energy.
I find I have to speak in a lower voice to control clouds, it has something to do with the sound.
Try it yourself, focus on a cloud and say something like cloud disappear or cloud grow for 5 minutes, and you can make a video of it. I think lots of people can do this. I know for myself it only works with small clouds, I can't make thunderstorms disappear. If enough of us cloud shrinkers would put cloud shrinking or growing videos on online then maybe people would start to believe in this ability. You could also try having several people focus on a cloud, the ability might be more powerful then. Also, try making the wind blow on a calm day. Think of the possible applications for psychic weather control such as bringing rain to drought areas. Watch this video and try it yourself, you may find this is something you can do, you also may be a cloud shrinker. If you are a cloud shrinker, then if you post a video of cloud shrinking, or cloud growth, you will help prove that many people can do this. And there may be someone out there who can make a thunderstorm disappear, that would make quite a video.

This might bounce a few of you, maybe not, dependent upon the size of your visual cup.
Identity so precious and so coveted to be correct especially if it's close to who we are and certainly not otherwise of our understanding of ourselves if we have anything to do with it...
... it's possible and certain that minds today believe that their emotions and their individuality override their own understanding of what really makes a person a person.
Sure it's all of those things but concretely and human it's more...
If you base your identity upon your sexuality or if you make your stand in life based upon your sexual preference please consider that sexuality is only one facet to the human molecule. I would argue that True Identity is not based upon physical, emotional, or spiritual understanding or lacking in any thereof but truly the balance of all, if your screaming your gay from a mountaintop, then your a troll if your screaming you hate gays from a crevice then your a troll.
