Fukushima is about to blow and nobody gives a damn about you!
Mounting troubles at Japan’s hobbled Fukushima Dai-Ichi nuclear power plant now pose a real threat to human survival. If the area in which Unit 4 is struck by another 7.0 magnitude earthquake, there’s a 70 percent chance that “the entire fuel pool structure will collapse” and massive doses of lethal nuclear radiation will be released into the atmosphere. The disaster would release approximately “134 million curies is Cesium-137 — roughly 85 times the amount of Cs-137 released at Chernobyl as estimated by the U.S. National Council on Radiation Protection (NCRP).” Experts believe that the amounts are sufficient to “destroy the world environment and our civilization”, which makes containment “an issue of human survival.” (“The Greatest Single Threat to Humanity: Fuel Pool Number 4“, Washington’s blog)
The structural integrity of Unit 4′s cooling pool was greatly compromised by the earthquake and following tsunami which struck the facility over a year ago. At present, the pools are not adequately protected or reinforced, which means that a sizable tremor could “cause a disaster worse than the three reactor meltdowns.” If such a disaster were to occur, “people should get out of Japan, and residents of the West Coast of America and Canada should shut all of their windows and stay inside,” says nuclear expert Arnie Gundersen.
While the danger to life and the environment pose the greatest single national security threat the United States has faced since WW2, the Obama administration has provided little aid to the emergency effort. Japan is largely “going it alone” trying to cobble together a plan to safely store the spent fuel and minimize the risks to public safety.
On March 8, 2012, Dr. Hiroaki Koide, Research Associate at the Research Reactor Institute of Kyoto University, gave his bleak assessment of the situation on the Japanese a news program called, “Morning Bird”. Koide explained how 1,500 rods are presently located in a “fuel pool” that has been severely damaged. The rods have to be cooled constantly or a “huge amount of radiation contained in the spent fuel will be released outside”. If an earthquake hits and undermines the pool, the coolant will exit the pool, the rods will melt and radioactive plumes will rise into the atmosphere. Koide explained that the rods could not be safely removed from the existing pool because “if you hoist them up in the air, huge amount of radiation will come out from the spent fuel and people nearby will die.”
One of the journalists on “Morning Bird” asked Koide what would happen if the Unit was struck by another earthquake?
Koide answered, “That will be the end.”

“The end,” Koide repeated emphatically.

“Japan’s former Ambassador to Switzerland, Mr. Mitsuhei Murata… strongly stated that if the crippled building of reactor unit 4—with 1,535 fuel rods in the spent fuel pool 100 feet (30 meters) above the ground—collapses, not only will it cause a shutdown of all six reactors but it will also affect the common spent fuel pool containing 6,375 fuel rods, located some 50 meters from reactor 4. In both cases the radioactive rods are not protected by a containment vessel; dangerously, they are open to the air. This would certainly cause a global catastrophe like we have never before experienced. … Such a catastrophe would affect us all for centuries.”

Murata’s concerns have been brought to the attention of the UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon, to high-ranking officials in the Obama administration and EU, and to leaders around the world. The reaction has basically been the same everywhere, which is, “It’s Japan’s problem. Let them deal with it.”
There is no way to overstate the media’s complicity in concealing critical information about the tragedy that is presently unfolding at Fukushima. If there is another earthquake, the media will certainly be every bit as responsible as the government officials who saw the danger, but chose to do nothing.
Now you may be asking yourself, why is RTV covering this and not Fox, CNN, MSNBC, ABC, CBS, or any other bullshit corporate owned propaganda machine?

The UFO, CIA and NUCLEAR Connection
I just attended a lecture at the University of Oregon where Researcher Robert Hastings discussed the recent declassification of CIA documents with regard to the numerous UFO sitings for which they have records of. Apparently there is a noticeable pattern. The UFOs most highest frequency of appearances are related to nuclear weapons installations and research facilities, and in many, many cases, the appearance of the UFOs has resulted in the disruption of tests, planned exercises and communications with nuclear missiles. This has been documented in both the USA and Russia.
The lecture was quite interesting as we were given a tour of some of the key documents that Mr. Hastings has collected over his years of research, including excerpts from accounts of UFO incidents from the over 130 personal interviews that Mr. Hastings has conducted with retired military personnel.
Since 1981, Hastings has presented his research findings at more than 500 colleges and universities nationwide, and possesses hundreds of highly favorable letters of recommendation from sponsors. "I am not condemning any government agency for its policy of secrecy regarding UFOs", says Hastings, "but I believe that the public should be given the facts."
Hastings believes that UFOs are piloted by visitors from elsewhere in the universe who, for whatever reason, have taken an interest in our long-term survival. He contends that these beings are occasionally disrupting our nukes to send a message to the American and Soviet/Russian governments that their possession and potential large-scale use of nuclear weapons threatens the future of humanity and the environmental integrity of the planet. In short, Washington and Moscow are being warned that they are "playing with fire."
To suggest that this scenario is the only explanation for widespread UFO sightings during the modern era would be presumptuous, simplistic, and undoubtedly inaccurate. Nevertheless, Hastings believes that the now well-documented nuclear weapons-related incidents are integral to an understanding of the mystery that confronts us.

Gulf Dolphins Exposed To Oil Are Seriously Ill, Agency Says
Dolphins in Barataria Bay off Louisiana, which was hit hard by the BP oil spill in 2010, are seriously ill, and their ailments are probably related to toxic substances in the petroleum, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration suggested on Friday.
As part of an ongoing assessment of damages caused by the three-month spill, which began with an explosion aboard the Deepwater Horizon rig in the Gulf of Mexico, NOAA scientists performed comprehensive physicals last summer on 32 dolphins from the bay. They found problems like drastically low weight, low blood sugar and, in some cases, cancer of the liver and lungs.
Yet the most common symptom among the dolphins, found in about half the group, was an abnormally low level of stress hormones like cortisol. Such hormones regulate many functions in the animal, including the immune system and responses to threats. Scientists said the dearth of hormones suggested that the animals were suffering from adrenal insufficiency.
Lori Schwacke, the lead scientist for the health assessment, said the findings were preliminary and could not be conclusively linked to the oil spill at this point. But she said the exams were also conducted on control groups of dolphins that live along the Atlantic coast and in other areas that were not affected by the 2010 spill and that those dolphins did not manifest those symptoms.
“The findings we have are also consistent with other studies that have looked at the effects of oil exposure in other mammals,” Dr. Schwacke added, citing experimental studies of mink that were dosed with oil. Some of those minks developed adrenal insufficiency.

BP may pay U.S. $25 billion for Gulf spill

BP Plc (BP/), the operator of the Macondo well that caused the worst U.S. oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico in 2010, may reach a settlement with the U.S. for as much as $25 billion, Morgan Stanley said.
The company and the Department of Justice will probably agree on a sum of $20 billion to $25 billion before the trial scheduled to start on Feb. 27, analyst Martijn Rats said in a note published today. The figure, which includes civil charges, criminal penalties and fines under the Clean Water Act, exceeds the $12 billion that BP set aside for these costs, he said.
BP took about $40 billion in charges related to the April 20, 2010, blowout on the Deepwater Horizon rig and set up a $20 billion fund for victims of the spill. The higher-than-expected cost of a settlement will prevent BP from raising its dividend, Rats said.
The result of the trial, “would be particularly uncertain and difficult to predict,” Rats wrote in the note. “Given the large amounts involved, we believe both BP and the DoJ will find the associated risk unattractive.”

"By September of that year, the researchers had found evidence of improper payments to secure contracts in six countries dating back to 2002, authorized by the business director of the company’s Koch-Glitsch affiliate in France.

City Council of Tehran to name street after Rachel Corrie

The City Council of Tehran has announced that a street in the Iranian capital will be named after the American peace activist, Rachel Corrie.
During a session on Tuesday, the council ratified a proposal to name a street after the activist, who is viewed by many as an epitome of resistance against Israel, Fars news agency reported.
According to the proposal, the 27th street of Tehran's municipal District Six will be named after Rachel Corrie.
Corrie, a 23-year-old American activist from Olympia, Washington, and a member of the International Solidarity Movement, was crushed to death in the Gaza Strip by an Israeli bulldozer on March 16, 2003, when she intervened to prevent a Palestinian home from demolition.

The Iron Range (Wellstone: They killed Him Pt 1)

Gulf Oil Ecocide: Most toxic oil still in water columns?
This video exposes a confidential report of an experiment done in Norway in 2000 by a consortium of oil companies including BP and the US government showing how a deep water blowout would create clouds of super toxic oil which could not be recovered. Was it a surprise that most of the oil from the BP well stayed in the Gulf of Mexico, at depth, in clouds of small particles? It may have been to us but it shouldn't have been to BP or MMS (the government agency whose job it is to regulate deep water drilling). It also should have come as no surprise to NOAA (the government agency that regulates anything in the sea around the U.S.) All of those institutions did deny the first reports of the clouds when they were found by the Pelican research vessel and the University of Missisippi's Dr. Ray Highsmith and his crew. But they must have known because MMS and the oil companies paid for, and conducted an experiment off the coast of Norway in 2000 to see what would happen in a deepwater oil well blowout. Remember all that "this is a new problem" you heard on television? Well the study showed that the oil would not all rise to the surface to be collected but would tend to form cloud layers of neutrally buoyant particles that might be the most toxic part of the oil.

"This is important information, because the water-soluble compounds are generally the most toxic ones when exposed to marine biota. The results from these measurements show that the rising of the oil through the water column represents a kind of a "stripping" process of some of the most toxic compounds in the oil. The end result is therefore that a portion of the most toxic compounds is left in the water column."

Media Blames Glenn Beck for inspiring a right-wing terrorism attack
In two jailhouse interviews, alleged Bay Area "progressive hunter" Byron Williams says the attack he planned on the ACLU and the environmentalist Tides Foundation in July was fueled by Fox News host Glenn Beck (who often criticizes the Tides Foundation) along with other "conspiracy truths" purveyors. (Williams was arrested in a shootout with police on an Oakland freeway before he reached his targets.) Is it fair to blame Beck for violence committed by volatile, impressionable listeners? Blame the shooter, not Beck: Williams was a "violent kook" before he started listening to Beck, says Jesse Walker in Reason. Not only did he have an extensive criminal background but he had already started exploring his last-straw, Tides-involved conspiracy theory before getting Beck's "confirmation." Besides, Beck is "very explicit about urging nonviolence."

Beck is a dangerous "enabler": The Fox host's nod to avoiding violence "misses the point," says Dana Milbank in The Washington Post. Columbine Shooting Witnesses Speak Out

As you can see in this media interview from 20 April 1999 with Columbine High School sophomore Chris Wisher, some witnesses to the Columbine shootings reported gunmen other than seniors Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold as having been involved as active participants in the now-famous massacre we all know as "Columbine."
I've documented some of the many, and by many, I mean, in some cases, dozens of witnesses who independently corroborated specific witness reports of other gunmen at Columbine, many of whom named the non-Harris/non-Klebold suspects by name, in a 2007 video called "The Columbine Cause" and subsequent pieces. These other suspects included current and former CHS students Chris Morris, Robert Perry and Brian Sargent, as well as at least one unidentified adult who was reportedly witnessed prowling the science areas with a sawed-off shotgun.
I recently managed to get in touch of with some of the witnesses who had reported some of this information to ask them what they had to say about the way that the "investigation" ultimately turned out and how they felt about the overall state of the history of Columbine, since, in their police interviews, it seemed that many of them had indicated that they were very sure based on their own observations that others had been involved, others who, in some cases, were known to the witnesses on a personal basis. Six of the witnesses responded to my inquiry and none of them gave me permission to identify them so I will not disclose any personal information about them. Two of witnesses did not answer any questions. One turned silent immediately after I explained what my interest was and the other told me that he would only comment for money. I didn't take him up on this offer because I did not believe that I would necessarily be getting accurate information.
The next two witnesses were more open but explained that the shooting had really bothered them and that it had taken a long time for them to feel at all normal again even years after the fact. One said he would watch "The Columbine Cause," think about my questions and then reply. He didn't reply, and follow-up questions went unanswered. The fourth witness told me that he had blocked out a lot of memories, was still shaky when recalling the shooting and probably wouldn't be able to answer any questions, even though he had no ideological opposition to doing so. I thanked him and suggested that if he ever did feel like talking about it, there are people who are interested in listening.
The fifth witness agreed to speak with me on the phone, telling me that he was, quote, "willing to talk." Once on the phone, the witness turned combative and heavily critical almost immediately, but continued to talk for about fifteen minutes. our conversation is too long to share in this video, but you can read the full transcript at http://www.EvanLong.net.
The sixth and last witness was, by far, the most forthcoming. He, too, had suffered emotional trauma but this did not hinder from from making a statement. He told me that he had definitely seen at least one non-Harris/non-Klebold gunman and had been put under a lot of pressure to change his story and back the official version of events which held that a pair of "lone nuts" perpetrated the shooting on their own, completely unaided in any way and without the foreknowledge of anyone else at all. The witness told me, quote:
"I have a hard time watching your entire video. I watched 5 min. I saw too much that day, plain and simple. I have been told I could and would easily disappear if I tried to expose what happened that day. I was locked inside that building [for hours] with the teacher [Dave Sanders] that died, risked my life to save him and he still died. I lost [...] friends [...] and had many friends seriously injured. [...] I was O. C. D. trying to save myself from death at [such a young age]. I was also told by the police and investigators that I [...] was the most credible witness that day: However, I did not see [...] this and [...] that! [...] Everything I said happened in those 4 hours, the police have evidence of happening within 2 minutes of when I say it happened. They only denied my credibility after celebrating my accounts as true and belittling me and my mother to our faces! My mom taught me to “Pay attention to time, location, and description.” She taught me that it pays to pay attention. This time it didn’t pay it cost me. I am a potential threat to those guilty and still living. They cannot make up their minds of what is right and wrong, they’ve been sucked into to the evil [...]. I want to write a book, and have since it happened, but know too many reasons not to [publish it], like my family saying it risks my life. It still plagues me that my friends were forced to leave me while those sickened minds who killed them still walk [among] us. I want peace without being a martyr! I love and so I am lovable! What makes that so hard?!!! My protectors betrayed me, deeply. Would die for the truth, but want to live for the beauty of my lost friends memory and most important power of LOVE!”"
Returning to Chris Wisher with whom this video opened, this last witness' statement to me echoes almost exactly the sentiments that independent reporter John Quinn conveyed in a series of articles from 1999 in which he interviewed Wisher and Wisher's parents over the telephone in the weeks following the shooting. Quinn wrote that Mrs. Wisher, quote,
"told me that so many Columbine students know of other assailants being involved that she sees no way the truth about this could be covered up. [...] In my conversation with Mrs. Wisher I brought up the fact that Chris said he knew personally a girl who was coerced into changing her testimony by Sheriffs investigators, and made to say that she had only seen Harris and Klebold. Mrs. Wisher replied: “Oh, I know the girl. She was over here right after...” (the questioning). She told us all about it, but you know, this was right after the massacre....”
There is really no telling at this point exactly how much of the official story of Columbine and the background surrounding it is myth and misdirection. However, there is some precedent for the staging of mass shootings like Columbine by groups based within the State for political ends, the Gladio shootings in Western Europe being a prime example.

“AWOL Bush” NY Times Coverup Revealed, President “Runs Away” During Vietnam War : Veterans Today
FLASHBACK: When the NY Times ignored gaping holes in candidate Bush’s war record

One of the striking talking points that came out of The New York Times in the wake of its controversial article last week about whether Connecticut Democrat Richard Blumenthal had, over the years, exaggerated his military service during the Vietnam War era, was the insistence from the Times that the story was a deeply important one and one that needed to be covered. The Times, faced with stiff criticism for its handling of the Blumenthal story, seemed to suggest it had a moral obligation, not to mention a newsroom duty, to look closely at the military service rhetoric from a New England politician running in a statewide election.
A Times flack even appeared to lecture Blumenthal about how he needed to be straight with Nutmeg State voters.
But I’m having a tough time buying the Times‘ sudden devotion to the topic, considering that during the 2000 presidential campaign, the same Times staff went out of its way not to report on the web of detailed allegations that Republican George Bush had failed to fulfill his military obligation while defending Texas air space as an Air National Guard pilot and that the presidential candidate had routinely lied about that fact. For that story, the Times team shrugged. But it’s decided this spring to go all-in over Blumenthal? Seems strange.
Now, I realize that it’s been an entire decade since the 2000 campaign played out and that most people don’t recall what the coverage was like — and specifically have virtually no memory of how Bush’s Air National Guard story was covered. But I’m not overstating things when I say the Times’ stubborn failure to cover the controversy really did mark one of the true cases of journalistic malpractice of that crucial campaign season.
The full scope of Bush’s lack of Guard service was revealed on May 23, 2000, when The Boston Globe’s Walter Robinson reported a Page One piece detailing all the holes in Bush’s military service: “1-Year Gap in Bush’s Guard Duty; No Record of Airman at Drills in 1972-73.”
After combing through 160 pages of military documents and interviewing Bush’s former commanders, Robinson reported how Bush’s flying career came to an abrupt and unexplained end in the spring of 1972 when Bush asked to be transferred so that he could work on a family friend’s Senate campaign in Alabama. But Bush’s Alabama commander, Lt. Col. William Turnipseed, told the Globe that Bush never showed up for duty. (A trained pilot, Bush asked to be reassigned to an Alabama base that had no airplanes.) In 2000, a group of veterans offered a $3,500 reward for anyone who could confirm Bush’s Alabama service — and nobody from Bush’s unit stepped forward.
Consider this: The Times‘ Frank Bruni tailed Bush obsessively on the campaign trail that year, filing more than 200 dispatches. But he never once referenced in print the Globe allegations. (Just try to imagine the Times‘ reaction if, during the 2000 campaign, the same Boston Globe had reported on Page One that Gore’s discharge papers from Vietnam showed he rigged his wartime duty and orchestrated an early exit by simply refusing to report for duty during the final two years of his commitment.)
During 2000, the Guard story never landed on Page One of the agenda-setting New York Times. In fact, the Guard story barely even made it inside the daily, while key facets were boycotted. Here’s how many times in 2000 the Times, supposedly busy scouring the backgrounds of the candidates, reported the fact that Bush was grounded by his Guard superiors in 1972 for failing a mandatory physical: zero.
Just more than a week after The Boston Globe had raised serious questions about Bush’s Guard service, the Times ran a May 31, 2000, story headlined “Bush Questions Gore’s Fitness for Commander in Chief.” The article noted that some were “questioning the nature of Mr. Bush’s military service in the Vietnam War,” but did not provide any further detail about the substance of the criticism. Instead, the Times simply reported that “Mr. Bush did not serve overseas but instead served in Houston in the Texas Air National Guard.” The article made no mention whatsoever of the thorny allegations swirling about Bush’s lack of military service.
On July 11, 2000, the Times‘ Nicholas Kristof wrote a biographical feature on Bush’s life during the Vietnam War: ” Close to Home; Bush’s Choice in War: Devoid of Passion or Anxiety.” The feature omitted any reference to questions about Bush’s absenteeism, getting grounded, failing to take a physical, and walking away from the Guard for months at a time.
But Kristof was hardly alone at the Times. It was a determined team effort to play dumb.
In late July, the Times got around to addressing Bush’s wartime experience with an article headlined “Governor Bush’s Journey; After Yale, Bush Ambled Amiably Into His Future.” Certainly a piece focusing on Bush’s post-Yale years in the late ’60s and early ’70s would center its attention on the troubling allegations raised by The Boston Globe, right? Wrong. It wasn’t until 2,500 words into the article that the thorny issue was detailed. In total, the Times article dedicated about 300 words to the entire controversy, giving readers the sketchiest outlines of Bush’s perplexing missing year from the Texas Air National Guard. And that fleeting, buried reference represented the bulk of the Times’ coverage for most the entire campaign.
In a September 4 article on the campaign debate over military readiness, the Times referenced the fact that “Mr. Bush trained as a fighter pilot in the Texas National Guard during the Vietnam War.” The Times politely omitted any mention of Bush’s Guard controversy.
Twenty days later, the Times reported, “An array of veterans, including senior officers who served under Mr. Clinton and Mr. Gore, last week endorsed Mr. Bush, who served as a fighter pilot in the Texas National Guard during the Vietnam War and was, for the record, a lieutenant.” Again, the article politely omitted any mention of Bush’s Guard controversy.
It wasn’t until the eve of the election that the Times set aside an entire news article to examine some of the crucial questions raised by the Globe. The Times‘ conclusion in November 2000? See for yourself [emphasis added]:
Two Democratic senators today called on Gov. George W. Bush to release his full military record to resolve doubts raised by a newspaper about whether he reported for required drills when he was in the Air National Guard in 1972 and 1973.
That’s right, half a year after the Globe published its scoop, the Times finally addressed the issue, announcing in the second paragraph that some questions about Bush’s Guard service were “unfounded.” (“The Times got spun,” was how the Globe’s Walter Robinson later described the Times’ Guard reporting.)
Bottom line: In 2000, candidate Bush’s military record during the Vietnam War was very much in doubt, as was Bush’s repeated explanation as to why, after receiving $1 million worth of taxpayer-funded flight instruction, he had essentially vanished from the Guard and failed to fly, show up for monthly drills, or even take a mandatory physical. Yet back in 2000,The New York Times didn’t seem to care much about that military-record story. And the Times newsroom seemed to make a decision not to cover the controversy — a controversy that, given the historically close nature of the 2000 race, could have tipped the balance of the vote.
So, yes, given that stark background, it’s tough to make sense of the Times‘ recent dedication to pursuing the Blumenthal story.

Columbine, DOOM and Marilyn Manson
11 Years Later, Misconceptions Remain
Hello, my name's Evan Long and I'm reporting for EvanLong.tk and TheColumbineCause.tk. Today is Tuesday, 18 May 2010. The topic of this video is Columbine, DOOM and Marilyn Manson: 11 Years Later, Misconceptions Remain.
One of the most popular topics in the media analysis of the Columbine High School shootings was the possible role played by violent first-person shoot 'em up video games such as DOOM, and by recordings made by Church of Satan reverend Brian Warner, a. k. a. Marilyn Manson. Whatever the actual role of these influences in causing the shooting, a couple of myths have surfaced regarding these topics and the purpose of this video is to offer some alternative information on that. In particular, we're going to be looking at the notion that accused killers Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold did not listen to Marilyn Manson and also that they did not code a level of DOOM to resemble Columbine High School.
Regarding the DOOM thread, this topic was featured on a web site called Snopes.com which claims to dispel urban legends. According to an article written by Barbara Mikkelson, who runs the site with her husband, it is, quote, "false" that Eric Harris, who liked to play and create levels for DOOM, created a level that resembled Columbine High School. Furthermore, the article ads, no one should even bother looking for motive in this case; instead, we should merely accept that Harris was Satan incarnate and leave it at that.
Likewise, when it was suggested that the Columbine shootings had been influenced by Brian Warner's recordings, such as "Misery Machine," perhaps, which features the chorus, "My arms are wheels, my legs are wheels and blood is pavement," Warner himself was given space in Rolling Stone magazine to refute the claims, citing, quote, "responsible journalists" who had reported that Harris and Klebold did not his listen to his group. Although Warner cited no names, one journalist who did put forth this notion is Dave Cullen, author of the quote-unquote "definitive" book on Columbine, simply titled, Columbine, who wrote that, quote, "Harris and Klebold hated Marilyn Manson."
However, there is a large body of government documents related to the Columbine High School shootings which began to emerge in 2000 as a result of some survivors' dissatisfaction with the official findings known as Sheriff's Office Final Report on the Columbine High Shootings. The documents are comprised of witness interviews, intelligence on suspects from their peers and other information. These documents have not received much publicity and have not been widely read. However, they contain a great deal of information about the circumstances of the shooting, including information about both DOOM and Marilyn Manson.
Regarding DOOM, it is stated on page 7,043 of the documents that then-CHS student David Proctor, who had played the game with Harris and Klebold via modem several times, told police that, quote, "earlier this year [1999] Harris had told him he designed a level of Doom that was Columbine High School." Regarding Marilyn Manson, on page 26,113 is an essay allegedly written by Eric Harris in which the reader is exhorted to really "HEAR" the music he or she listens to. In it, there is a short list of bands the author apparently finds appealing. The sentence reads, in part, quote, "Songs from bands like RAMMSTEIN, KMFDM, NIN, M. M." In this context, "NIN" and "M. M." can only mean "Nine Inch Nails" and "Marilyn Manson," and since they are listed right next to KMFDM and Rammstein, which were widely known to have been among Harris' favorite groups, we must assume that he did hold some fondness for them.
Compared to some of the other information found in these files, however, this information could be considered to be of extremely low importance overall. For instance, in the main body of witness interviews, a section known as "11,000 Pages of Investigative Files," are found nearly one hundred separate instances of witnesses naming or describing in detail participants in the attack other than Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold.
The complete list of these is far too long to examine right now but to take a few specific examples, then-student Ashley Egeland, who was in a hallway when the shooting started, told police and gave a signed statement that she was shot at by Eric Harris and someone else whose name was redacted. However, we see on another page in Ashley's interviews that the name she gave was Morris, which tells us that she was naming Chris Morris, a friend of Harris and Klebold and the reported leader of the trench coat group in 1999.
Another witness was Cara Sander, who told friends and police that one of the gunmen she saw was decidedly not Harris or Klebold and later identified him as Brian Sargent, another trench coat mafia member.
Bijen Monte was another witness, one of many who named former student Robert Perry, a very tall young man with bad acne, as one of the shooters and still more implicated a shooter named "Joe," which is especially significant since former student and trench coat mafia leader Joe Stair was reportedly spotted on campus that morning by witness Leiha Murphy.
Even more disturbing than any of these, however, may be reports of an older gunman in his late 20's or 30's who appeared to be balding stalking the science halls with a sawed-off shotgun, as described by witnesses including then-student Jennifer Smull.
No mainstream Columbine books or videos address this information in any sort of respectable way, when they address it at all. As such, the history of the Columbine High School shootings still remains to be discovered by most, even those who may consider themselves well-versed on the subject.
