“Takers,” directed by John Luessenhop, revolves around a notorious group of criminals (Idris Elba, Paul Walker, T.I., Chris Brown, Hayden Christensen and Michael Ealy) who continue to baffle police by pulling off perfectly executed bank robberies. This is an incredible photograph, the look on this guy's face says it all. His expression reminds me of The Pogues' song “Fairytale of New York,” it's so full of mixed up emotions about the Christmas season. On the hand the man looks a bit happy, but on the other hand he looks much more sad. It reminds me of the Comedia Dell'Arte masks. This picture's a brilliant commentary on the ambivalence of the holidays.

Hollywood actor Matt Dillon was arrested and charged with driving at an excessive speed after police clocked him traveling at 106 miles per hour on a Vermont interstate highway.
The star of the 2004 movie "Crash" was pulled over at about 10 p.m. on Tuesday in the town of Newbury after he was caught on police radar traveling north at high speed in a rented 2009 Chevrolet Impala, said Vermont State Police Sgt. "Oscar-nominated actor Matt Dillon was arrested Tuesday night by Vermont state police and charged with excessive speeding.
Police said Dillion, 44, was clocked at 106 mph in the northbound lane of Interstate-91 at about 10 p.m. in the town of Newbury. He was driving a rented 2009 Chevrolet Impala. The speed limit on that stretch of roadway is 65 mph.
Dillon -- whose address is listed on arrest documents as New York, N.Y. -- was photographed, fingerprinted and released with a citation to appear at Orange County Court Jan. 21, police said.
Dillon was charged under a statute that bans going more than 30 mph above the speed limit while traveling 60 mph or more.
If convicted, Dillon could get three months in jail or a $300 fine or both.
State Police spokesperson Tara Thomas said Dillon was extremely cooperative.
