The still image of Lt. Col. Shalom Eisner striking a dutch man, Andeas Ias, as usual, made its way across global media telling the story it was designed to.
A picture is worth a thousand words, with that picture's words meant to only demonize Israel.
So as usual with provacateur staged events( with media on stand by)a predertimed narrative is displayed and lapped up by those with an appetite for it.
The full story how ever is ignored.
The part about how these people refered to what they were doing as the "flytilla" as an omage to the mavi marma "flotilla".
The part about how these activist assumed the presentation of cyclists on an innocent ride, while choosing the path of literal greatest resistance.knowing their was a check point that they were not going to be allowed to pass.
From the flags in their hand (and mouth) to the media that magicaly appeared at just the right time, all the standard hallmarks of a staged event designed to demonize Israel were present.
None of which of course absolves soldiers from smashing in the face of civilians.
The part that is left out of the story as it was distributed across the world, was the aggression shown by the "civilians" prior to one being struck in the face.
All video capturing the events as they unfolded are missing the footage of this supposed aggression.
In this video attached, filmed by the activists, they can be seen waving more people to come to the soldiers, not yield. Then the film cuts to the part where the soldiers are attacking the civilians.Gee i wonder why their is footage missing?
The follow up to the story is that Lt. Col. Shalom Eisner has been punished for the events that took place.A part of events of course that those so interested in the events of the middle east never seem to bother to report.Eisner is now excluded from military promotion for 3 yrs, suspended presently, and had a finger broken as well as damage to his wrist requiring a cast. The result of the actions mysteriously missing from the footage.
But this isnt important information to the world media.
Just that Andreas Ias was taking a leasurely bike ride with a few of his closest friends, wanting to take in the scenery with palestinian flags in their mouths and camera crews following, when a spontanious protest broke out.
Cuz that is all one needs to know. The whole story is just a waste of time it seems. The still image of Lt. Col. Shalom Eisner striking a dutch man, Andeas Ias, as usual,... more

The USS John C Stennis is reportedly heading into the Persian Gulf in response to Iranian war games held earlier this month, 12/29/11. (photo: US Navy)
By Robert Parry, Consortium News
29 December 11
ith the typical backdrop of alarmist propaganda in place, the stage is now set for a new war, this time with Iran. The slightest miscalculation (or provocation) by the United States, Israel or Iran could touch off a violent scenario that will have devastating consequences.
Indeed, even if they want to, the various sides might have trouble backing down enough to defuse today’s explosive situation. After all, the Iranians continue to insist they have no intention of building a nuclear bomb, as much as Israeli and American officials insist that they are.
So, this prospective war with Iran – like the one in Iraq – is likely to come down to intelligence assessments on Iran’s intentions and capabilities. And, as with Iraq’s alleged WMD, the many loud voices claiming that Iran is on pace to build a nuclear bomb are drowning out the relatively few skeptics who think the evidence is thin to invisible.
For instance, the recent report from the International Atomic Energy Agency about Iran’s supposed progress toward a nuclear bomb was widely accepted as gospel truth without any discussion of whether the IAEA is an unbiased and reliable source.
In framing the story in support of the IAEA, the major U.S. newspapers and TV networks ignored documentary evidence that the IAEA’s new director-general was installed with the support of the United States and that he privately indicated to U.S. and Israeli officials that he would help advance their goals regarding Iran.
These facts could be found easily enough in WikiLeaks cables that the U.S. news media has had access to since 2010. Yet, the Big Media has ignored this side of the story, even as the IAEA report has been touted again and again as virtually a smoking gun against Iran.
This pattern of ignoring – or downplaying – evidence that runs counter to the prevailing narrative was a notable feature during the run-up to war with Iraq. It is now being repeated not just by the right-wing news media, but by the New York Times, the Washington Post, MSNBC and other centrist-to-left-leaning outlets.

When a Gilbert police detective interviewed John Watkins as a suspect in a 2003 rape investigation, his message to Watkins was clear.
"There was DNA recovered," the detective told Watkins. "What I'm getting at is: DNA is black and white."
It took nearly seven years for that DNA to be tested - years Watkins spent in prison.
Last month, about halfway through a 14-year sentence, Watkins was released from prison in part because the test results showed the DNA did not belong to him. Nonetheless, police and prosecutors are not convinced they charged the wrong man, and they now insist that DNA evidence is not "black and white," but more a shade of gray.
Watkins' release, which came after his case was put under a microscope by the Arizona Justice Project, has rekindled the debate over police interrogation tactics and whether DNA testing is an infallible criminal investigative tool.

Police Say Wash. Acid Attack Self-Inflicted
Bethany Storro Admitted Story Was Fake, Vancouver Police Say
Posted: 7:23 pm EDT September 16, 2010Updated: 7:11 am EDT September 17, 2010
VANCOUVER, Wash. -- When the initial shock faded, police in this suburb of Portland, Ore., began to question some details in Bethany Storro's account of the day her face was irreparably burned by acid.
Why, they asked, did the burn patterns of the acid not reflect Storro's account of a stranger tossing it in her face? Why was she wearing sunglasses - something she said she never did - just after 7 p.m. on Aug. 30?
And why did no one see the alleged assailant?
Those questions culminated in a search warrant served at Storro's house on Thursday, when she admitted that she fabricated the story of a stranger's attack. Instead, she said, she did it to herself.
The attack drew worldwide sympathy. Facebook groups were formed to draw attention to her plight. A fundraiser was planned in Vancouver, and donation sites were established at branches of two local banks.
So it was in a soft-spoken voice that Vancouver police chief Clifford Cook told reporters on Thursday that Storro invented the story.
"During the course of the investigation, several discrepancies began to emerge regarding the alleged attack," Cook said. "During the interview, Ms. Storro admitted the injuries were self-inflicted."
Cook said he did not know a motive for Storro's actions, but added she is "very remorseful." He said Storro was still being interviewed by detectives during a press conference on Thursday.
Police had been seeking a black woman with a ponytail after Storro described the alleged attack. She had said the woman asked her, "Hey, pretty girl, want something to drink?" then threw acid in her face.
After the incident, Storro made several media appearances, but a planned interview on "The Oprah Winfrey Show" was canceled. She said she had received correspondence from people around the world concerned for her well being.
She recounted details of the alleged attack at a news conference, with her head wrapped in bandages and her parents by her side. She said she wanted to know why the unnamed assailant had attacked her.
Funds were set up for Storro at Umpquah and Riverview Community banks. Messages to the banks were not immediately returned Thursday.
Vancouver police Commander Marla Schuman said detectives were working on a way to return any money donated to Storro.
Cook said any decision to charge Storro with a crime would be left to the Clark County Prosecuting Attorney's Office. Clark County Senior Deputy Prosecutor John Fairgrieve did not immediately return a call from The Associated Press seeking comment Thursday.
"She is extremely upset," Schuman said. "In many ways, this got bigger than she expected."
Schuman was asked whether Storro will face a charge of filing a false police report, to which she responded: "At this point, yes, that would certainly fit."
A burn surgeon who operated on Storro said the substance thrown on her face was an acid as strong as hydrochloric or sulfuric acid.
Police said Thursday that they haven't yet identified the substance Storro used, nor did they find any evidence of acid in her home or car.

The suggestions finally worked: Children who initially denied that they were abused in any way finally said that they had been. Children tried hard to find answers that pleased the adult interviewers. One child said that “She made us eat boiled babies,” another said that “she put a sword in my rectum,” and a third said that she “played piano naked.”
"The interviews with the children in the Michaels case are some of the worst I have ever heard. The children were undoubtedly abused, but probably not until they met the investigators." Stephen J. Ceci

Rape shield laws are rules of evidence intended to protect a rape victim from being discredited by her sexual history. They prevent a defendant in a rape trial from impugning the character of the victim through the "slut defense." In cases where there is clear, physical evidence to convict a rape suspect, rape shield laws work very well as a tool of justice. Where they can work against the interests of a defendant, however, is when evidence is either circumstantial or non-conclusive.
Maine's Rape Shield Law was improperly applied in the case of a homeless man convicted of a sexual assault in which no credible physical evidence was introduced. The most damning piece of evidence in the trial was a jacket found in Drewry's belongings 2 days before the issuance of a search warrant and identified by the victim as hers 13 months after the assault but differing widely from her original description.
I met Brandon Drewry in the Protective Custody Unit at Maine State Prison in the winter of 2008 and became so intrigued by his case that I spent 1 ½ years studying volumes of material, eventually writing a 200-pg manuscript that is now in the hands of the Innocence Project.
Drewry, a homeless man who had lived in a shelter for 3 days in Bayside – Portland, ME's answer to the Bowery, was arrested for gross sexual assault on a married woman with 2 children. The victim called police on the morning of August 30, 2004, and said she met a stranger around midnight and went on a walk with him to smoke marijuana. While the 911 transcript clearly claims rape, she later told police and testified that she was dragged down an alley with tall weeds and broken glass, choked, punched, forced to have oral sex for approximately 15 seconds and was digitally penetrated but not vaginally raped. In 2006, after 28 months in county jail, Drewry was convicted and sentenced to 30 years.
DNA was recovered from semen samples (possibly 2) taken from the victim - no match to Drewry, her husband or another individual with whom she was known to be having sex. The trial court, while allowing testimony that the semen was not a match for Drewry, refused to permit that it did not match the other 2 men. Their reason was that since there was no allegation of vaginal rape, its source was irrelevant. By allowing this "irrelevant" vaginal DNA evidence in the first place, however, the court introduced the character issue but left unresolved its possible link to other assailants.
Drewry suffers from PTSD and a social disorder. On the first day of his 4-day trial he suffered a heavy nose bleed in front of the jury. His attorneys asked the judge, on the record in chambers, that he be removed from the courtroom as a biohazard. In the sentencing hearing, the prosecutor derided him as a person with a GED high school diploma and "…having no redeeming qualities."
This case is a chronicle of suburban ethos, evidence tampering by the Portland Police Dept and elitism among Maine's judicial brotherhood. The Innocence Project currently is considering accepting Drewry's case for federal appeal. We can only hope.

School handyman faces jail over child porn plot
(UKPA) – Aug 4, 2010
A handyman from east London who ruined a school caretaker's life by planting child pornography on his computer is facing jail for perverting the course of justice.
Neil Weiner launched the "wickedly evil and vile plot" hoping to get Eddie Thompson sacked so that he could be promoted.
He sent police a CD containing 177 indecent images of children saying they had come from Mr Thompson's laptop, the Old Bailey heard.
A further 235 pictures were later found on the computer and the caretaker was arrested in 2006. He told police he had been set up by colleagues who did not like him but it was eight months before he was told no further action would be taken.
When the allegations were made public, he and his wife became afraid to leave the house, after he received threats and when he returned from suspension to Swanlea secondary school, in Whitechapel, east London, where he had worked since 1993, he said he was shunned by "almost all" of the staff.
"My life and good name was nearly destroyed by a villain who tried to destroy my reputation in a monstrous manner. This must be the work of a depraved mind," said the caretaker, now 62, in a victim impact statement read to the court.
Jurors heard that Weiner - said to be a computer "wizard" - was arrested in 2007 after a mobile used to make the initial anonymous call was traced to him. Richard Milne, prosecuting, said the child pornography on Scots-born Mr Thompson's computer was planted by Weiner "for no better reason than to get him the sack, and because he did not like him". Some of the child pornography images were level 4, the second most serious.
Married father-of-two Weiner, 39, of Dagenham, east London, was convicted of perverting the course of justice and two counts of possessing indecent images of children, each by a majority of 10-2. He was placed on the sex offenders' register and remanded in custody, and warned by Judge David Paget that he faced a "substantial custodial sentence" when he returns to the court on September 23.
The court heard that Mr Thompson, who did not get on with his deputy Martin Nunn and Weiner, Nunn's handyman assistant, shared an office with the two men. A month before the CD of images was sent to police, Weiner had spoken at a barbecue of his dislike for him and how he wanted to put child porn on his computer so he would be sacked.
Mr Thompson said he had the "fright of his life" when police told him what had been found on his computer. The caretaker, who was in court to hear his statement read out, added: "Now that the truth has come out, perhaps my wife and I can have closure on this dreadful episode of our life."

Rahm Emanuel just can't take it anymore.
That's what "Washington insiders" are telling the London Telegraph, which reports that the White House chief of staff is tired of sparring with both Republicans and fellow Democrats and will quit in the next six to eight months.
"I would bet he will go after the midterms," The Telegraph quotes a "leading Democratic" source as saying.
"Nobody thinks it's working but they can't get rid of him - that would look awful. He needs the right sort of job to go but the consensus is he'll go."
Emanuel, 50, has been one of the most prominent faces of the Obama administration and a lightning rod for critics.

WMR's intelligence sources in Asia suspect that the March attack on the South Korean Navy anti-submarine warfare (ASW) corvette, the Cheonan, was a false flag attack designed to appear as coming from North Korea.
One of the main purposes for increasing tensions on the Korean peninsula was to apply pressure on Japanese Prime Minister Yukio Hatoyama to reverse course on moving the U.S. Marine Corps base off Okinawa. Hatoyama has admitted that the tensions over the sinking of the Cheonan played a large part in his decision to allow the U.S. Marines to remain on Okinawa. Hatoyama's decision has resulted in a split in the ruling center-left coalition government, a development welcome in Washington, with Mizuho Fukushima, the Social Democratic Party leader threatening to bolt the coalition over the Okinawa reversal.
The Cheonan was sunk near Baengnyeong Island, a westernmost spot that is far from the South Korean coast, but opposite the North Korean coast. The island is heavily militarized and within artillery fire range of North Korean coastal defenses, which lie across a narrow channel.
The Cheonan, an ASW corvette, was decked out with state-of-the-art sonar, plus it was operating in waters with extensive hydrophone sonar arrays and acoustic underwater sensors. There is no South Korean sonar or audio evidence of a torpedo, submarine or mini-sub in the area. Since there is next to no shipping in the channel, the sea was silent at the time of the sinking.
However, Baengnyeong Island hosts a joint US-South Korea military intelligence base and the US Navy SEALS operate out of the base. In addition, four U.S. Navy ships were in the area, part of the joint U.S-South Korean Exercise Foal Eagle, during the sinking of the Cheonan. An investigation of the suspect torpedo's metallic and chemical fingerprints show it to be of German manufacture. There are suspicions that the US Navy SEALS maintains a sampling of European torpedoes for sake of plausible deniability for false flag attacks. Also, Berlin does not sell torpedoes to North Korea, however, Germany does maintain a close joint submarine and submarine weapons development program with Israel.
The presence of the USNS Salvor, one of the participants in Foal Eagle, so close to Baengnyeong Island during the sinking of the South Korean corvette also raises questions.
The Salvor, a civilian Navy salvage ship, which participated in mine laying activities for the Thai Marines in the Gulf of Thailand in 2006, was present near the time of the blast with a complement of 12 deep sea divers.
Beijing, satisfied with North Korea's Kim Jong Il's claim of innocence after a hurried train trip from Pyongyang to Beijing, suspects the U.S. Navy's role in the Cheonan's sinking, with particular suspicion on the role of the Salvor. The suspicions are as follows:
1. The Salvor engaged in a seabed mine-installation operation, in other words, attaching horizontally fired anti-submarine mines on the sea floor in the channel.
2. The Salvor was doing routine inspection and maintenance on seabed mines, and put them into an electronic active mode (hair trigger release) as part of the inspection program.
3. A SEALS diver attached a magnetic mine to the Cheonan, as part of a covert program aimed at influencing public opinion in South Korea, Japan and China.
The Korean peninsula tensions have conveniently overshadowed all other agenda items on Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's visits to Beijing and Seoul.

A girl of eight yesterday said she had lied about being raped by two ten-year-olds.
The youngster told the Old Bailey she had wanted to play with the boys because she thought it would be 'fun'.
She said she made up the rape claim because she was worried she wouldn't get any sweets if her mother found out she had been 'a bit naughty'.
The boys, now aged ten and 11, are believed to be the youngest ever in Britain to face trial for rape.
Evidence: The alleged victim today told the court she had not been raped and had removed her underwear herself
They are alleged to have dragged the victim around a block of flats and bin sheds hunting for a secluded spot before they took turns to rape her in a playing field.
But yesterday, in an extraordinary twist, the girl said neither boy had raped her. She did however say one of the boys made her touch his penis as they played in a field.
In cross-examination by defence counsel, the girl admitted she had wanted to play with the boys and had pulled down her own underwear while the boys exposed themselves.
Linda Strudwick, defending one of the boys, asked her: 'You told her (your Mum) that it was the boys because you did not want your Mum to think you had been naughty, is that right?'
The girl, giving evidence via videolink, replied: 'Yeah.'
The judge, Mr Justice Saunders, asked what the girl had been worried about. She replied: 'No sweets if she found out I had been naughty.'
A court sketch from the Old Bailey features the two boys facing a TV screen as the eight-year-old girl gives evidence holding a teddy
The jury heard the girl had been playing near her home in Hayes, West London during the school half term on October 27 last year when the alleged attack happened.
The girl told the jury she had 'been a tiny bit' naughty when she took down her knickers to show the boys several times.
Miss Strudwick asked her: 'You found it quite fun to play with the boys? No one dragged you to the bin sheds, no one held or forced you or pushed you in there?'
She added: 'You were all giggling, it was just silly wasn't it?' The girl replied: 'Yeah'.
In a series of questions, the girl was asked if any parts of her body had been penetrated by the boys. She replied each time: 'No.'
After she finished her evidence Mr Justice Saunders told her: 'No one is suggesting you have done anything wrong.
'I am the judge and I don't suggest you have done anything wrong. Remember that.'
Cuddling her teddy Mr Happy, a girl of 8 tells court how two boys aged 10 took it in turns to rape her
When the group of children were found by their mothers minutes after the alleged attack, they all denied doing anything.
It was only when the girl got home she told her mother she had been raped.
She was later taken to hospital to be examined after complaining of stomach pains, where doctors found a number of scratches and grazes.
Earlier, the girl had agreed with Miss Strudwick that scratches she had on parts of her body may have been caused when the younger boy was trying to help her over a fence.
The boys, who cannot be identified for legal reasons, deny two charges of rape and two charges of attempted rape.
Yesterday the girl bit her fingers nervously as she was asked questions.
Sitting in an annexe to the court, she covered her face with her hands and tugged at her hair as she spoke about how she was 'naughty' with the boys.
Previously the court had been shown a video of her being interviewed by police about the alleged rape.
Tightly clutching a teddy to her chest, she told how the boys forced her to pull down her pants before taking it in turns to do something to her that made her bow her head and wipe her eyes.
She said the boys had 'showed me their willies' and demanded to see her ' minnie', flushing red with embarrassment as she was asked to point at what she meant.
The trial continues.

TELFORD - Two women from Telford have been arrested for allegedly filing a false report of rape - then later admitting the sex was consensual in exchange for a pack of cigarettes.
One of the women allegedly told police they decided to file the report because they "didn't enjoy the sex."
According to the Washington County Sheriff's Office, the women reported they went outside their home at 255 Browning Road, Telford, when they heard barking dogs. Jessica Kathleen Alexander, 18, and Tammy Nicole Ortego, 29, said two men then threw them to the ground and raped them.
However, police said both women later recanted their original story.
They allegedly admitted they had met a man on a telephone chat line and then met him for sex. In exchange, the man - who police say was previously unknown to the women - gave them one pack of cigarettes.
The WCSO said Alexander advised they filed the report because they "didn't enjoy the sex."
Both women were arrested and charged with filing a false police report. Ortego was charged with an additional count of the offense in connection with a report of arson at her home on Nov. 11, 2009. She allegedly admitted to giving false information in that investigation as well.
Ortego was being held in the Washington County Detention Center on a $10,000 bond, while Alexander's bond was set at $5,000. They are each scheduled for arraignment this morning.
Police say an investigation is ongoing, and more arrests are pending.

A woman who made a false rape allegation that led to an innocent man being arrested and put in a police cell was today jailed for 18 months.
Rosanne England, 21, cut and then tore her underwear and scratched her own face before making the allegation that a masked stranger had entered her house in Holbury near Southampton.
She told officers he asked to use her phone and toilet because his car had broken down but then donned a joke dog mask and attacked her, Winchester Crown Court heard.
Rosanne England was jailed for 18 months at the Winchester Crown Court after she admitted perverting the course of justice
The businesswoman gave Hampshire Police a detailed description and officers launched a manhunt using an aircraft to try to find the man because they feared a dangerous rapist was on the loose in May last year.
At the same time about one mile away, Derek Cummings, 59, who did not know England and had never met her, was at a sport and social club in the 'wrong place at the wrong time', the court was told.
The married father of two teenage daughters fitted the description and could not offer an alibi because he had been walking his cocker spaniel in nearby woods alone.
He was arrested and detained for 28 hours while samples were taken before being released on police bail.
Meanwhile England gave further interviews and an e-fit of the suspect was circulated and a drawing was made of the car and mask with her help.
But the Forensic Science Service discovered that England's clothing had been cut before being torn.
After 24 days England finally admitted to police the allegation was completely untrue and Mr Cummings, who had suffered abuse from the public, was exonerated.
Mark Florida-James, prosecuting, said: 'This allegation of a stranger attack was taken very seriously by the police and a major investigation was launched. The cul-de-sac where Miss England lived was cordoned off and the force aircraft was used to search the area.
'It is unfortunate he (Mr Cummings) was in the wrong place at the wrong time and bore a resemblance to the description.
'But at no point was there any evidence that Mr Cummings was involved. It was completely made up and fabricated and he was totally innocent.'
The court heard that England, who suffered from mental health problems, believed she had been raped but when she realised that was not the case she still waited 36 hours before she told her father who called the police.
She is receiving psychiatric help.
Mr Florida-James said 73 staff were involved in the investigation and 54 statements were made. The costs of forensic work and overtime alone totalled £14,000.
England admitted perverting the course of justice at an earlier hearing and the court was told she was remorseful for the trouble she had caused.
Sentencing England, the Recorder of Winchester, Judge Keith Cutler, said that such an allegation of stranger rape could have left Mr Cummings facing a jail term of at least eight years.
'You made a convincing complaint and as a result of that complaint an innocent man was arrested, a man of good character, a family man.'
The judge said Mr Cummings had to go through 'horrors' including an intimate examination. He said such false allegations 'sap the morale of the police' and added:
'There is a real effect of all this for women who are genuine victims of this horrendous crime of rape. If people make false claims it impacts on genuine claims and how they are treated.'
Speaking after the case, Mr Cummings said he still had trouble from people close to where he lives in Fawley, Hampshire, who wrongly believe 'there is no smoke without fire' and he cannot go into certain pubs.
"My family has been through hell. I have two teenaged daughters who were doing their A-levels at the time,' he said.
'I do not want to see a 21-year-old woman jailed but she knew I had been arrested and I was totally innocent. I have mixed feelings about her.
'I was in the wrong place at the wrong time. I had no alibi because I had been in bed reading a book until 10 in the morning and I had walked in the forest with my dog.
'I do not blame the police - they had to do a job. They were heavy handed with me initially but they realised I was innocent and I knew the DNA would clear me.'

Two-year rape investigation of magician David Copperfield closed
Federal prosecutors closed a two-year rape investigation of magician David Copperfield on Tuesday without filing charges, and police in nearby Bellevue say his accuser made a false sexual assault claim against another man last month.
The end of the federal investigation came in a brief court filing by Assistant U.S. Attorney Susan Roe. The U.S. attorney's office in Seattle declined to discuss its reasons, but in a written statement, spokeswoman Emily Langlie said that generally, investigations may be closed without charges if prosecutors determine there is no federal jurisdiction, no federal laws were broken, or that it would be impossible to prove the charges beyond a reasonable doubt.
"Neither the investigation, nor its termination, should be perceived as a comment on guilt or innocence," the statement said.
The woman who made the complaint, a 23-year-old fashion model, waitress and former Miss Washington contestant, said in a related civil lawsuit against Copperfield that she met him when he pulled her out of the crowd and onto the stage during a performance in Kennewick, in southeastern Washington. She was later invited to visit his private island in the Bahamas in July 2007.
The woman claimed that once she arrived, Copperfield, whose real name is David Kotkin, sexually assaulted her, in one instance holding her head under water to coerce her.
"She is disappointed, but it wasn't completely unexpected given the jurisdictional issue of prosecuting him here for something that happened on his private island," said Rebecca Roe, a lawyer for the woman.
The illusionist's lawyers, Angelo Calfo and Patty Eakes, previously said he denied the allegations and called the lawsuit "extortion for money, plain and simple," but they had no immediate comment on the prosecutors' decision.
Bellevue Police records obtained by The Associated Press on Tuesday indicate that Copperfield's accuser made false sexual assault allegations against another man last month. Police referred the matter to prosecutors for potential charges of prostitution and making a false or misleading statement to a public servant.
According to the investigation reports, the woman was working as a server at a restaurant and decided to meet with a customer for drinks on Dec. 2. She and another woman met the man, but before long the other woman left - later telling police it was because the other two had become so affectionate toward each other that it was making her uncomfortable.
Copperfield's accuser and the other man rented a hotel room, and surveillance images included in the police records showed them kissing and holding each other in the lobby.
The woman later exited the hotel room and told hotel staff the man took advantage of her, the police documents said. She said she was dizzy and couldn't remember what happened, but only awoke to find him on top of her, police said.
But the man also called police, saying she left the room and falsely accused him to the staff because he refused to pay her $2,000 for sex.
Roe, the woman's attorney, said she believed the police report was "overblown."
"I'm fully aware that Copperfield's lawyers are trying to shine a light on her instead of what he did and his modus operandi of luring young girls to his private island," she said.

MILTON, PA -- Bill Connington’s two young sons have been missing for 11 years after their mother abducted them and disappeared. Tuesday night authorities in Pennsylvania called Connington to confirm they had been found safe and sound in Milton, where their mother had been living under an alias.
Jill Diane Haugen, 48, was arrested Tuesday at her home in Milton, Pennsylvania where she was going by the name Ann Thompson. Haugen is Connington's ex-wife and the mother of Connington's 17-year-old and 15-year-old sons.
Milton Police Officer Todd Ulrich called Connington by phone Tuesday to tell him the news. Ulrich says Connington was "absolutely surprised" and had thought he'd never see his sons again.
"I always had the hope, I never gave that up," Connington said. "I thought I might never see them again."
In 1998 an arrest warrant was issued for Haugen's arrest after she took the boys after Connington was awarded custody. A break in the case came when a social worker grew suspicious because of things the boys, who were recently placed into foster care, said about their past. One of them used his real name and when the social worker Googled his name they found the boy was missing.
Monday morning Connnington got a call from investigators in Pennsylvania about his sons.
"I turned white like a ghost. I just started shaking. I was just in awe, I didn't know what to think I was just told they found them and nothing else and to contact the detectives," Connington said.
Haugen said Tuesday that she is a victim of domestic violence and her sons are victims of sexual abuse. Police say there's no merit to her claims. Investigators say that Haugen will be extradited to Washington and Connington hopes she spends time in jail for kidnapping his kids.
"I just want to see justice done," he said.
As for his sons they are in foster care right now. Bill says he can't wait to welcome them back to Spokane.
