We are seeking and demanding that Perpetrators of such Criminal Misconduct and Human Rights atrocities be prosecuted.
In the US, an enormous number of children are kidnapped by the state courts, in conspiracy with county prosecutors and higher state judiciaries, and given to one parent (overwhelmingly to females) in order to collect extortion “incentive” kickback money ($Billions annually) from the willingly defrauded and colluding federal government (social engineering). In a vast majority of these cases, the children are abused and suffer, with the knowledge and often participation of the said judiciary, from “Stockholm Syndrome” due to perpetration of “Parental Alienation” in “Hostile [and unlawful] Custody Environment” just so that the states, their courts, judiciaries and county prosecutors get their share of the kidnap (“incentive”) money and ransom.
For example, in the corrupt State of Indiana , courts which participate in and perpetrate (in conflict of interest ?!) such atrocities and abuse upon children and their victimized “Non-Custodial” Parents get 22.2% of the kidnap money, counties' general budget get 22.2% and the county prosecutors who enforce these unlawful and unconstitutional kidnap orders under Title IV-D (42 U.S.C. 651, et seq.), get 33.4% of the kidnap (extortion) money.

Contested child custody provides many challenges for alternate dispute resolution. With no-fault divorce, and a standard for determining custody in light of the child's best interest, judges are besieged with a backlog of disputed custody cases without clear and concrete guidelines to follow in deciding whether to favor the mother or the father. Many experts in family law - both from the legal and mental health arenas - have observed an increase in deceptive and manipulative tactics used by divorcing couples. This paper looks at Parental Alienation Syndrome, which is a complex manifestation of mental and emotional abuse resulting from conflicted parents fighting for custody. Recommendation are given for a model that could be employed by family law mediators that could decrease the number of custody cases that go to litigation, while ensuring that families suffering from Parental Alienation Syndrome receive prompt and effective intervention.
