How in this day and age can the United Nations now help my people. America has acknowledge its' wrong doing and its' illegal takeover our Kingdom and forcing our Queen to give up the thrown to save what Native Hawaiians were left. America gave her no choice, they were only 25 Police Officers, and some Palace guards against the United States of America and its’ Armed Forces and Provisional Government. How can they side with an; entity, corporation, business, whatever you wanna call it. The UN does nothing to assist the movement nor the intervention of American Affairs in Hawai’i, our people are dying from poverty, lack of education, imprisonment, lack of housing, lack of health care, lack of land rights, lack rights to language and culture (The law cited as banning the Hawaiian language is identified as Act 57, sec. 30 of the 1896 Laws of the Republic of Hawaiʻi, and on in the past 25 years or so has the language been reintroduced to my generation through my grandparents generation. The land, what is left of it is all that we have it should be protected for and be used for the best interest of the Hawaiians. When will the UN see that this is an Illegal trade of Stolen Land from the Hawaiian People? When will the government stop the desecration and Illegal Justice against my people? When will we be educated by the Billions Of Revenue from Ceded Lands create? Where is Healthcare? Where is protection against cultural and sacred places? Injustices against my people. The injustices of the Hawaiian People have still not been recognized by The illegal occupiers “The United States of America”, we have no rights, our public education system sucks, housing, economy (BEFORE THE GLOBAL ECONOMIC CRISIS), culture, and everything part of a Aboriginal people. How can the USA enforce and require, and then expect countries to behave when THEY STILL can’t even be fair or respectful of our History and Culture. The United States Armed Froces, Navy, Army, Marines, you name it US Military, the Command Center of the Pacific. They desecrate our ancestral and cultural sites with no RESPECT of our history no disregard of our precious ‘Aina. The Governor of Hawai’i Linda Lingle is declaring war against the Hawaiians by invoking her powers to overturn a prior settlement against the Illegal Actions against the Hawaiian people by Congress to give all rights of the Hawaiians Land to the Illegal State of Hawai’i, to sell, trade, and to do as they feel the best interest of themselves. The State of Hawai’i, including the Lingle Administration that abuse the powers that were granted to her. The State of Hawai’i, and administrations have not been managing the funds from ceded land properly. I hope this opens the eyes of more lawmakers and world leaders about the illegal occupation and actions against the Kingdom of Hawaii, and its' people. Hawaiians are living on beaches, and are not educated because of the Agression from the United States, many Hawaiians are incarcerated, and many leave the islands because it is to hard to live here.
