Whitney Chiles, 30-year-old teacher formerly at Lima North Middle School, Ada, Ohio, has been accused of engaging in sex and smoking marijuana with a male student.
Chiles resigned her position as intervention specialist at Lima North Middle School after two Lima Senior teachers, including Chiles' husband, reported her to school officials. The male student later admitted to having sex with Chiles at her home.
A school district report sent to the Ohio Department of Education in April said Chiles’ husband, Drew Chiles, contacted Superintendent Karel Oxley on March 31 to report his wife may have engaged in “suspicious activity” with a pupil that extended beyond appropriate boundaries. later other teacher, Jeannine Jordan-Squire told that Whitney Chiles had confided in her that she had kissed, smoked marijuana with and possibly engaged in sexual intercourse with a current high school student.

Jessica Pomerleau, 36-year-old special ed teacher at Massabesic High School, Waterboro, Maine, has been arrested for gross sexual assault and aggravated furnishing drugs. Both charges are stemming from the alleged sexual relationship with a 15-year-old student.
Pomerleau has worked for RSU 57 for four years, with the last three as a Special Education Teacher in the "Success Program." The alleged victim is no longer a student at the school. An investigation was launched last month ago after the mother of another child contacted a school district resource officer and reported that she had information about a teacher who had engaged in a sexual relationship with a student.
Pomerleau, who is married, is said to have had a months long affair with the teen and she isalso alleged to have supplied him with marijuana during the course of their affair. Officials believe the relationship took place during the last school year and possibly into the summer.

Holly Marie Polson, 35-year-old married mother of 4 from Palmdale, California, had been arrested for allegedly engaging in repeated sexual episodes with a 13-year-old boy.
Polson, who worked as a teacher's aide at an Antelope Valley middle school, faces four felony counts of lewd acts with a child she was supposed to be tutoring the 13-year-old after school. The victim and suspect allegedly engaged in several acts of sexual intercourse while in a vacant classroom on the school campus. According to the boy, during the past two weeks, he has had sexual intercourse with an Instructional Aide at his school. Officers say Polson confessed to the affair and admitted to several instances of having sexual intercourse with the young boy on school grounds when she was arrested at her family home on last Tuesday.

Amy Kathleen Caudle, 31-year-old teacher at Andalusia Middle School, Alabama, has pleaded guilty to two counts of second-degree sodomy for sexually abusing students.
As a result of the plea deal with prosecutors, she was sentenced to 15 years for each count, to be served concurrently. She will serve three years, with credit for time already served in the county jail, and will have 12 years of supervised probation.
Caudle was arrested back in March this year, for allegedly sexually abusing three students. She let slip to a former school employee that she performed sex acts with at least two students. The employee informed police Caudle was arrested a short time later.
According to Chief Assistant District Attorney, Caudle performed oral sex on two underage victims multiple times between November 2010 and February 2011. The incidents in question took place in her vehicle, one on Bray Street in Andalusia and one in Johnson Park.

April St. John Alexander, 26-year-old biology teacher at MacArthur High School, Irving, Texas, has been arrested for allegedly engaging in sex with a 16-year-old male student.
The student, who is now 18, told investigators that the sexual encounters with his teacher took place at MacArthur High School, where she was a biology teacher, and in her car. They had sex sex approximately 25 times in the fall of 2009, from October to December.
The Irving Independent School District said Alexander resigned with no reason give on Nov. 17, 2010. She started working with the district on Oct. 14, 2008.

Stephanie Diane Harris, 29-year-old former teacher at Marble City Schools, Oklahoma, has been sentenced to five years in prison for raping a 13-year-old male student.
Harris, who was arrested in September 2008 for allegedly engaging in sexual relations with a 13-year-old student and faced felony rape charges, pleaded no contest to first degree rape and three counts of soliciting sexual conduct or communication with a minor by use of technology. On August 24th 2008 she sent text messages and nude photos of herself to a then 13-year-old boy, asking him if he wanted to have sex with her. Later Harris picked the boy up in her vehicle while he was walking down the road and took him to her home, where Harris performed sex acts on the boy before the two had sexual intercourse.

Andrea Martinez, 28-year-old Stanfield teacher was arrested Wednesday night for allegedly having sex with a 14-year-old former student, after Police caught her in a car with the boy.
On Wednesday officers from several agencies were working a detail in the area of Highway 84 and White and Parker Road in Stanfield when they observed a white SUV pull off the roadway around 10:40 p.m. Through night vision goggles the officers observed two individuals in the SUV appearing to have sex.
Officers learned the Female was Andrea Martinex, 26, teacher at nearby school, and the male was her former student, only 14 years old.

Stephanie Ragusa, 31-year-old former teacher from Tampa Bay, Florida, has been 10 years in prison followed by five years of sex offender probation in one case and fifteen years of sex offender probation in the second. The sentance is the maximum according to a plea deal.

Erin Baynard Stewart, 30-year-old social studies teacher at Chauncey Rose Middle School has been arrested for allegedly engaging in sex with a 14-year-old boy. The student was age 14 at the time of three of the alleged incidents and age 15 during the fourth and final alleged incident, according to information presented in court Friday morning.

This generous teacher, who today admitted to doing great favors for a couple of teen boys, is facing 10 years for it.
The fact that she faces 10 years is a travesty. She has been in jail since her original arrest. Cut her loose with credit for time served and a warning to keep it legal from now on.
Boys need to keep their mouths shut and not assist the police in convicting those that help you out like that.

Ashley Jo Beach, 38, was sentenced to 20 years in prison for engaging in sex with a 13-year-old boy for several months. She will be eligible for parole in four years.
that she said he was the 'light of her life." Prosecutors said that the former teacher, who admitted that she loved and needed him, wanted the boy to mow her lawn and babysit her three children.
It was also revealed that Beach, who's birthday was Tuesday, was having an inappropriate relationship with five other students. She has since written apology letters to those teenagers. Details of those relationships include talking about getting "tipsy" and other inappropriate matters.
Mrs Beach was caught in some bushes back in September with the teen.
Beach admits the relationship lasted over the summer and that they even had sex in her classroom with the door locked. Prosecutors used previous evidence from Beach against her in court.

Gail Gagne, 27-year-old female teacher formerly at Cretin-Derham Hall High School, has been accused of engaging in sex with a 16-year-old male student in the summer of 2008. Gagne faces two counts of third-degree felony criminal sexual conduct.
According to the alleged victim, he was completing a work-study job in the athletic weight room at Cretin-Derham Hall in summer 2008. He was a student athlete and also used the weight room. He "became acquainted" with Gagne because she was the weight room supervisor, the complaint said.
Gagne took the student out for meals that summer and gave him rides home from the school. He reported "that on several occasions," Gail Gagne "engaged in sexual conduct with him," the complaint said. At the time, Gagne lived in Bloomington and she brought the student to her home "and engaged in oral sexual penetration with him," the student told police, according to the complaint said.
Later, the student said Gagne took him to a hotel near the Mall of America. They spent the night and had sex, the student said. Wendy Cannin, 30-year-old track coach and math teacher at Heppner Junior/High School, Wendy Cannin, has been arrested for allegedly engaging in sex with two teen boys, ages 15 and 17. Umatilla County grand jury indicted Wendy Cannin on one count each of third-degree rape, second-degree sexual abuse and third-degree sodomy, all of which are felonies.
The grand jury also indicted Cannin on two misdemeanor counts of third-degree sexual abuse and one misdemeanor count of sexual misconduct.
The sexual activity allegedly occurred before the end of the last school year and continued during the summer until the middle of July.

Melissa Ann Andreini, 28-year-old special education teacher formerly at Helper Junior High School has been arrested and charged this week with engaging in sex with a 15-year-old male student. He is a ninth-grader in her school, but not one of her special education students.
Andreini faces three counts of third-degree felony unlawful sexual activity with a minor. Moreover, she allegedly paid her victim somewhere around $1500.
The victim told police and a Utah Division of Child and Family Services worker that Andreini would bring coffee to school for him and his friends two or three times a week. They would go by her classroom before school to get the drinks. He also told police that Andreini paid him money after having sex with him in her home on at least three different occasions in June 2009. She is alleged to have given him approximately $500 on each occasion.

Clinton County Common Pleas Court Judge John W. Rudduck sentenced Robin Pickering to four years in prison for the sexual battery of an 11-year-old student. Pickering has also been classified a tier 3 sex offender, for which community notification will be required for her lifetime.

Brookanne Collier, 32-year-old elementary school principal, who was arrested in April for having sex with a teen female, pleaded guilty to three felony counts last week.
The prosecution says her relationship with a 14-year-old girl started about six years ago and lasted until this year.
The former Tunnel School Principal was facing seven felony counts of sex acts with a minor. In April, Collier entered not guilt pleas to all of the charges. Following Thursday's plea agreement, Collier pleaded guilty to four charges after three of the seven charges were dropped.
Collier will face one year in county jail and five years probation when she is sentenced next month.

Julianna Christine Sauls, 38-year-old algebra teacher at Azle Christian Academy, was arrested in November 2008 for sexual assault of an 18-year-old student. In December same year, additional charges were filed against Sauls when another victim informed police about his relationship with the teacher.
Julianna Sauls pleaded guilty last week to two charges of improper relationship between an educator and a student with the understanding that she would be eligible for "shock probation" after serving six months of the 10-year prison term imposed by 43rd District Judge Don Chrestman. Unless she misbehaves in prison, Sauls will be returned to Parker County within six months and placed on probation for 10 years.
One of the cases was headed by Azle Police and the other was handled by the Parker County Sheriff’s Office. Officials said investigators from both agencies worked together to make the cases against Sauls.
An arrest affidavit stated Sauls performed oral sex on one of the students in October in his driveway and had “deviate sexual intercourse” with another student in the same month.
