Charles (Chuck) Samuelson is the Executive Director of the American Civil Liberties Union of Minnesota. He graduated from Syracuse University with a B.A. in Medieval History and a minor in political science. He studied at Freiburg University in Germany and pursued a doctorate in Medieval History at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
