GOP politics are being reduced to a terrifying absurdity. Obama tags, right wing terrorists and a great white hope fill the Republican imagination. Republicans are praising right wing terrorists. Republicans are joking about Obama Tags and political assassination while longing for a great white hope. The sky is turning grey and Republicans are losing their collective mind.

One Marine said, "I see the way propaganda and information war is waged on America's sons and daughters, and how patients are treated when they have a vaccine reactions," adding, "That should trouble all Americans." (emphasis added)
One soldier that Wagner interviewed said that the military flu vaccine issue "is the worse cover-up in the history of the military. When the issue, I believe, of the use of the vaccine comes out, I believe it will make the Walter Reed scandal pale in comparison."
CDC targeting pregnant women for an H1N1 vaccine contradicts its own advice.
In New ACIP Guidelines: Guidance for Vaccine Recommendations in Pregnant and Breastfeeding Women updated version (May 5, 2008), CDC refers to the live attenuated influenza vaccine LAIV), commonly called “live vaccine,” reporting:
1. “If a live-virus vaccine is inadvertently given to a pregnant woman, or if a woman becomes pregnant within 4 weeks after vaccination, she should be counseled about the potential effects on the fetus.”
2. “Live vaccines pose a theoretical risk to the fetus.”
3. A chart in this CDC report specifically designates "pregnant women" as persons who “should not be vaccinated with LAIV.”One Marine said, "I see the way propaganda and information war is waged on America's... more

It's no longer the end of the beginning but the beginning of the end for the haters out there. The thin veil of decency and decorum as come clean off because the lack the intellectual prowess to maintain the facade. Now that they can no longer hide it will be easy to call them out and expose them for what they truly are. The man declaring himself a proud terrorist is well within his rights to do so. The elected official enthusiastically agreeing with him is in serious violation and needs to be removed from office. It's no longer the end of the beginning but the beginning of the end for the haters... more

PLAYING THE HEALTH CARE GAME...
We have all watched in amazement as the defaced photos of President Obama as Hitler held by wild eye'd crazy people screaming loudly with no more of a purpose than to disrupt and to stop the Democratic process. These loud mouth antagonists following their seemingly well distrubuted scripts of Anarchy 101. These people who now claim, to be Blue Dog Democrats or, independents etc.. All also claim to be only wanting a different type of health-care reform? When the truth is self evident by any person that would quickly choose a sign of Hitler and swastikas' to taunt as if these evil signs and symbols had something remotely to do with health care. By their own professed actions they show more to be the apostles of the extremist far right locked in "goose-step" with others like them across the country... following the lead of organizations like: NEWSMAX and Christopher Ruddy, Rush Limbaugh's along with the other hate screaming Neocons and Fascists. It seems rather amazing as after eight years at the helm with Bush, leaving the country on it's knees ruined. Now these over-caffeinated and angry losers, who only want democracy- Only if "they win", are at it again!
We need not forget ~ That some of our goose-stepping colleagues have been assigned to be here.
You can hear some of their voices here among us everyday. They are on a mission... Their own mission to instigate hatred, conflict, discord to disrupt the process and ultimately to destroy Democratic process.
You might ask... Why would they do that? Because, A Democracy is not a "Republic".
You hear their voices twisting the honest need by real people for Obama's Health Care Reform as an "Evil Socialist Plot" to take over the country and the government. These people are deliberately trying to push everyones buttons to cause, a riot and revolt between each other. They want that!!! The truth is, they are nothing more than a group of people with their own agenda that has less to do with Health Care.... and more about their own twisted political beliefs. = > To them.... IT IS ONLY ABOUT THEM!
They want to disrupt this political process by yelling "FIRE" in a crowded movie theatre!
SO NOW.... LETS TALK ABOUT THE REAL ISSUES HERE...
"HEALTH CARE and THE MILKING OF THE CASH COW! "
FIRST.... IT IS NOT ABOUT HEALTH CARE: It is all it about MONEY!
The Huge Money that flows into all these MEGA BUSINESSES. Business like; BlueCross, Blue Sheild and all of the other major health care insurance companies. This is all about keeping that money coming into their pockets! This is huge money!!!! BILLIONS!!!! That these industries are making EVERYDAY, EVERY HOUR, EVERY SECOND. All coming from the wallets and the backs of the hard working people across America.
"ALL THEIR DISCUSSION ABOUT HEALTH CARE THIS IS ONLY ABOUT KEEPING THAT MONEY FLOWING INTO THEIR POCKETS!!!! "
The Obama Health Care Reform Plan, when passed will stop that cash flow and their Milking of the "Cash Cow" and that damages their bottom Line! >> THAT IS WHAT THIS IS ALL ABOUT!
(2) IT IS NOT ABOUT THE QUALITY OF HEALTH CARE:
Every one of these Paid Government elected Politicians are lying through their teeth about how bad Government run Healthcare is . Because All of them have "Government Run Healthcare" themselves. (AND THEY ALL LOVE IT !)
(3) WAKEUP!!!
Health Insurance Companies have been bleeding all of us with as much money as they can get from our pockets !
(4) THE HEALTH CARE INDUSTRIES ARE ADDICTED THAT MONEY:
They are addicted to that cash flow like a drug. Like any addict or Junky... they will: LIE, CHEAT and, STEAL in order to continue that cash flow and keep that (MONEY/DRUG) coming in.
What we are all witnessing on all media everyday are these Addicts doing everything and anything to continue to protect their overcharging of population by Billions and Trillions of Dollars !!!
THAT IS WHAT THIS IS ALL ABOUT !PLAYING THE HEALTH CARE GAME...
We have all watched in amazement as the defaced... more

Even as the media continue to repeat the claim that credit has frozen up, evidence has emerged suggesting the entire story is wrong.
There is something approaching a consensus that the Paulson Plan -- also known as the Troubled Asset Relief Program, or TARP -- was a boondoggle of an intervention that's flailed from one approach to the next, with little oversight and less effect on the financial meltdown.
But perhaps even more troubling than the ad hoc nature of its implementation is the suspicion that has recently emerged that TARP -- hundreds of billions of dollars worth so far -- was sold to Congress and the public based on a Big Lie.Even as the media continue to repeat the claim that credit has frozen up, evidence has... more

The marriage of American capitalism and democracy has always been a Pamela Anderson and Tommy Lee affair -- stormy and erratic since its hasty wedding. But during the debate over a Wall Street bailout this week, we watched that matrimonial knot unwind into a tangled tale of terror.
As a financial crisis became a political panic, capitalism murdered democracy (ironically, while pursuing a vaguely socialist bailout). Only, unlike a typical horror story, the dead body wasn't hidden, it was dumped in the nation's public square.
The fiasco started, like most, with unreasonable demands. Under threat of financial meltdown, capitalism's corporate lobbyists asked our democracy to forsake its usual deliberations and hand over $700 billion of taxpayer money in less than a week.
Many were surprised when democracy responded with such valiant defiance. As television screens split between the floors of the stock exchange and the House of Representatives, lawmakers initially voted with their constituents and against the bailout.

The only thing standing between US energy independence and Big Oil is your government. While we are in an economic melt-down Congress just approved an eight billion dollar tax give away to Big Oil in the form of repealing the offshore drilling moratorium.
Once again America is being forced to lag far behind the rest of the world in alternative energy by a corrupt government that is bending over to the Fat Cats and actually impeding alternative energy progress by giving subsidies to Big Oil and halting federally funded alternative energy projects.
Please look at this links cited below where a company in New Mexico is running a bio-fuel plant that is so efficient that using 1/10th of the land in New Mexico for bio-fuel production would yield enough bio-fuel to meet our total energy needs and make us totally energy independent. Valcent produces biodiesel for $20 a barrel while refined diesel sells at more than $5 a gallon.
What's stopping us? The RepubliCrats!
Do yourself a favor and vote in new blood in Washington. The current litter of pigs needs to be lead away from the troth.

To the Speaker of the House of Representatives and the President pro tempore of the Senate:
As economists, we want to express to Congress our great concern for the plan proposed by Treasury Secretary Paulson to deal with the financial crisis. We are well aware of the difficulty of the current financial situation and we agree with the need for bold action to ensure that the financial system continues to function. We see three fatal pitfalls in the currently proposed plan:
1) Its fairness. The plan is a subsidy to investors at taxpayers’ expense. Investors who took risks to earn profits must also bear the losses. Not every business failure carries systemic risk. The government can ensure a well-functioning financial industry, able to make new loans to creditworthy borrowers, without bailing out particular investors and institutions whose choices proved unwise.
2) Its ambiguity. Neither the mission of the new agency nor its oversight are clear. If taxpayers are to buy illiquid and opaque assets from troubled sellers, the terms, occasions, and methods of such purchases must be crystal clear ahead of time and carefully monitored afterwards.
3) Its long-term effects. If the plan is enacted, its effects will be with us for a generation. For all their recent troubles, America's dynamic and innovative private capital markets have brought the nation unparalleled prosperity. Fundamentally weakening those markets in order to calm short-run disruptions is desperately short-sighted.
For these reasons we ask Congress not to rush, to hold appropriate hearings, and to carefully consider the right course of action, and to wisely determine the future of the financial industry and the U.S. economy for years to come.

1) Has anyone calculated the costs of directly helping the homeowner instead of giving a trillion or two to Wall Street? Not a single Wall Street executive has stepped forward pledging to accept a pay decrease and returning his/her Golden Parachute to help our troubled economy. Not one.
2) Help troubled home owners to bridge their mortgage payments so that they are able to remain in their homes.
3) A house that goes into for-closure is a large loss to the homeowner, the banks and now the taxpayers of America.
4) A for-closed home depresses surrounding neighborhood real estate values which adversely affects all American homeowners.
5) Do not allow real estate speculators to walk away from their speculative losses if they are financially able to maintain the mortgage. No one bails out an investor who loses money in the stock market. I believe that a good percentage of the people who are walking away from their mortgages are financially viable and more than able to maintain the mortgage. Why should the taxpayer have to pay for rich people to avoid losses?1) Has anyone calculated the costs of directly helping the homeowner instead of giving... more

The commune of the 1960s may be making an unwanted comeback thanks to the bursting of the housing bubble, says California investment expert and author Thomas C. Scott. In a possible sign of things to come, Scott says he's noticed that a growing number of people facing foreclosure or bankruptcy are doubling up in the middle-class version of crash pads. And he expects the trend to grow as more and more baby boomers face under-funded retirements.
Scott, CEO of Scott Wealth Management and author of the forthcoming "Fasten Your Financial Seatbelt," says that at the epicenter of the housing collapse, Orange County, "I'm hearing a pattern of stories about people caught short with maxed-out mortgages, big houses that won't sell, and eroding incomes who are throwing in the towel and sharing homes with others."
In one case, Scott says a family moved in with friends so they could rent out their own home in an effort to save it. "A retired neighbor of mine recently took in her son, daughter-in-law, and grandkids because they couldn't afford their own home anymore."
Scott says this may prove to be a major demographic shift as baby boomers swell the retirement rolls.
"Baby boomers as a group have failed to adequately save for retirement. Although every study suggests people expect to work past age 65, they won't be earning what they did during their peak years. Millions will reach retirement age with Social Security, Medicare, and whatever work they can get."
Boomers are getting squeezed from both ends, he says. "They loaded up on mortgage debt during the good times, and calculated their retirement assets based on inflated home prices. Now all that paper wealth is gone, they're stuck with white elephants, and the end of their peak earning years is in sight."
Scott says the housing bust could be lengthy, and painful. "The collapse of the 1980s took seven years to work itself out. In the next seven years, some 30 million boomers will reach retirement, many unprepared." The commune of the 1960s may be making an unwanted comeback thanks to the bursting of... more
