You can find numerous pundits explaining the inevitability of disaster and the impending collapse due to the loss of national financial sovereignty to transnational banking cartels. Similar lines of thought follow through on global energy issues.
These issues can only be complicated by Global Warming which will affect every life on the planet regardless if the cause proves to be people or not.
A world at peace would have preempted these problems or be actively working on solving them. Today a world at war only pushes these problems toward greater complications, unnecessary suffering and death.
With the occurrence of any unexpected problems, such as hurricanes, tornadoes and severe storms, resources turned towards war are not available for aid. We have given up our reserves to invest more deeply in misery.
Now is the time to embrace world peace.
Peace may have seemed like an idealistic option once upon a time. Peace has emerged as the only viable solution for a sane and sustainable world.
Wasteful and abusive attitudes towards the environment and both wild and domesticated animals could be ignored in the past. Now abuse and other forms of waste can no longer be afforded much less hidden from the view of thoughtful creative people.
The world has forever been changed.
The basic conditions of current economics, commonly referred to as capitalism, can no longer function the same as it has for hundreds of years. The conditions that supported capitalism no longer exist.
Capitalism is based upon employees producing more value than they are paid. This basic relationship has always been a cornerstone of capitalistic economics.
Since those who work cannot afford everything they produce, capitalistic businesses must find markets outside of the capitalistic work force. Without these outside areas to sell the surplus value produced by employees capitalism would not be able to realize a profit.
Secondly, once a profit is realized by selling to outside markets then those profits must at least in part be used to expand the scope of capitalistic production. These requirements of capitalism to find new markets and to convert new lands to capitalistic production have always been part of capitalism.

With all the fear and uncertainty there is hope and action right now.
There are organizations who intimately understand the issues and there are others that are still entrenched in some kind of ism. It's up to you to choose the world we will inhabit and bequeath to our descendants. Bring consciousness to your choices. Question everything.
Loose the fear through understanding and knowledge.
Connect with the one thing that binds us all together. Life. All life. All living things.
There is an awakening to how connected we all are; not just by living on the one planet, but by shared experiences and compassion that comes from adversity. People everywhere are realizing that real peace starts in the heart of every person and spreads from there. The same can be said for hatred, bigotry and fear.
It's up to each of us to choose a better way forward and spread the word.
With all the fear and uncertainty there is hope and action right now.

Watch this footage of the 2nd plane seemingly teleport before it hits the building at an unbelievable angle, then pauses for dramatic effect before causing the fireball which it disappears into.
"Photos show the spectacular flames vanished quickly, and then the fire remained restricted to one area of the tower and slowly diminished. After a few dozen seconds the building was quiet, stable, and motionless."
The massive 110 story building then stood intact for 56 minutes before it suddenly was reduced to powder. Defying all scientific reason.
The official account was that the buildings collapsed due to the impact of the airliners plus the intense heat of the fires.
The fires could not have reached temperatures higher than 1,600 degrees F, and were most likely in the range of 1,200 to 1,300 F. To melt steel would require heat in the range of 2,770 F, which could only be produced by some special device, such as an oxyacetyline torch, or say... carefully planted thermite explosives.

Philip Mantle, editor of UFO Data Magazine, is set to unveil findings at an international conference this month that allegedly prove that UFOs exist and have been on Earth since 1947.
He investigated the site in Roswell, New Mexico where many people believe there was an alien crash landing, analysing rock, earth and vegetation. The area is surrounded by charred trees and bushes and a mysterious blue substance that dribbles down rocks.US physician Dr Ronald Rau said in the 1940s high levels of radiation pointed to a ship landing there in the 1940s.
Mr Mantle said: "A good friend of mine Ed Gerham first found the site and I flew over as soon as I could. It was a real find and as soon as I arrived there I knew what a special and peculiar place it was. There is nothing around it for around 70 miles, it is literally in the middle of nowhere. Us Brits really have beaten the Americans at their own game and it is really great that we have done that. It really is revolutionary for the UFO world."

although this is a little old I thought it was a great idea held by the U.S.C.F. and NASA. they decided to hold a chess match of epic proportions earth vs. space. while Astronaut Greg Chamitoff plays one side, the moves for earth are to be chosen by a range of students between kindergarten and third grade and they are to choose 4 different moves ( 1 per grade I'm guessing) and the moves would be voted on by people who visit

And now, for a brief escape of the horrors of our present world...
Staring across interstellar space, the alluring Cat's Eye Nebula lies 3,000 light-years from Earth. The Cat's Eye (NGC 6543) represents a brief, yet glorious, phase in the life of a sun-like star. This nebula's dying central star may have produced the simple, outer pattern of dusty concentric shells by shrugging off outer layers in a series of regular convulsions. But the formation of the beautiful, more complex inner structures is not well understood.
Here, Hubble Space Telescope archival image data have been reprocessed to create another look at the cosmic cat's eye. Compared to well-known Hubble pictures, the alternative processing strives to sharpen and improve the visibility of details in light and dark areas of the nebula and also applies a more complex color palette. Of course, gazing into the Cat's Eye, astronomers may well be seeing the fate of our sun, destined to enter its own planetary nebula phase of evolution ... in about 5 billion years.

Negative energy can be disastrous to a person’s life. It can cause general bad luck, health problems, etc. Often when a person thinks that they are cursed or hexed, the real problem is negativity.
Some Things that generate or can cause Negative Energy
Your own Negative Thoughts and words
Pessimism can be very damaging to a person’s life. On a physical level, constant pessimism can lead to low self esteem and negative subconscious programming. If you are constantly looking at things in a negative way, you could develop a self defeating "I can't" type of personality.
Pessimism can also be damaging on a spiritual level. Thoughts are more powerful than most people realize. This is because thoughts generate energy.
Enough concentrated negative thought can cause negative things to happen. That is why it is so important to be optimistic. If it looks as if something negative is going to happen, instead of dwelling on it, take measures to prevent it.
Negative Thoughts of others
An unbalanced person that constantly thinks negative thoughts about you or wishes you ill can cause you problems. This is especially a problem with jealous people. I have had these problems myself with certain relatives. I noticed that every time I got around certain members of my family, I would feel bad, and often become ill.
At first I thought it was just my imagination, so I started keeping a journal and noticed the same things consistently happening everytime I got around certain people. These people by their words always had something negative to say to me. They would constantly criticize me or tell me why I could not do a particular thing I had planned to do etc. Anything that good that happened to me, they would belittle or almost seem to get angry over it.
Discontinuing contact with these people solved my problems, so you may want to consider this if the problem is bad enough. If this isn’t an option, try carrying a piece of hematite to absorb the negativity when ever you must be around these people or speak to them. Be sure to clean it periodically to remove any negativity it may have absorbed
Also keep in mind that YOUR negative thoughts towards others will be returned to you, same as anything else you do. Negative energy can be disastrous to a person’s life. It can cause general bad... more

Benevolent beings will be making contact with the human race in the very near future. Originally it was believed that this would be taking place on October 14, and that it would be visable in the southern US states. It is being said on the internet that The Galactic Federation of Light will be visible our skies for 3 days on Oct. 14, 2008 (in two weeks), a 2,000 mile size light~ship is predicted to make a global appearance.
